Hey guys, got a question for you. I wish to make a character in the future that is from a clan from the fillers. The kamizuru clan. They dealt in bees mostly. There not on the list and I wanted to use wasps instead of bees. Would this be possible or...?

So wait I was talking to someone about the character I'm making (waiting for approval btw) and... apparently making yourself a human puppet isn't allowed? Well uh... why not? It's not like they're overpowered. The Jiongu clan can have five hearts, and a human puppet (Sasori) has one so... why would making yourself a human puppet not be allowed? I don't get it. It's not like it's overpowered or anything so it doesn't make much sense at all to me.

In the Character Creation Contest, is there a limit to the amount of character's you can create? I'm assuming there is, but I just want to know if it is in fact; One lol.

The jutsu wasn't described well enough to understand why being able to go without certain necessities and such makes sense. Also, the majority of its usage was performed on dead individuals, further complicating the matter.
No. If one of them wins, though, you'll have to choose between either the letter or the one that won.

Also, the majority of its usage was performed on dead individuals, further complicating the matter. That really shouldn't matter. You have ninja who are basicay immortal if they keep collecting hearts in this guild. There's no explainable way that should actuallIy be possible because, as you said, people need their organs and stuff. All these ninja's bodies have is the heart. Everything else is just made out of threads. Bottom line is it's still done in the show/manga, so that's all that should matter. Taking something away from a puppet master they should be able to do just doesn't make much sense to me and seems unfair. Btw, for an explanation chakra is like life energy in Naruto. Without it you die. In certain cases it's all you need to live and being a human puppet is one of them. That's my theory at least.

Self-puppeting like this, if allowed, would have to be no less than Kage-only, as the given effects of no stamina usage, questionable tenketsu, nigh-invulnerability, unknown chakra usage costs for those in the living, insta-switching bodies kawarimi-style, poison, virus, & disease immunity, essentially immune to eiseijutsu, all of genjutsu, most of tai and bukijutsu, unknown amounts of ninjutsu, and unknown chakra recovery options makes even starting it difficult, never even minding the previous post's concern. Not impossible, mind you, but more difficult than necessary. (yes, I just went and refreshed myself on all Sasori truth and speculation) Making a puppet body susceptible to all of the above would render it fine, but undermine its existence. I'm even fine with having a replacement arm, leg, etc, but the entire living body without an extensive overhaul to the jutsu? Hm. There are jutsu that do roughly the same thing and have actual limitations, but which of them to follow? Or what about similar item usage? Is it like Origami no Dara, Douka, Suika, the Iburi Juin, Kemuriton, Sōma no Kō, Orochimaru's Regeneration Replacement Technique [ Unnamed ], the two Shiki jutsu, Shisha Kuu'utsu [ Deceased Consumed Spirit ], Kage Kagami Shinten no Hou [ Shadow Mirror Body Change Method ], or even good ol' Henge no Jutsu used for every single post? There's a lot more to think about here than what's considered~ Items which might go well with offsetting certain parts of the jutsu: Pain/Obito/Madara/Sasuke's usage of chakra rods, Skiski rock (from the Sky Country/Village/Fortress thing), re-breather units, chakra dispersal gloves, and other less used or found items.
Jiongu, on the other hand, have living parts to their whole, and are affected by all of the above concerns. As a clan, even, their jutsu can be stolen or taught to nearly everyone else. If you'd like to come up with something applicable to becoming a Human Puppet with the title of Kage or Politician--with all of the above concerns taken care of--then I would be more than happy to alter the jutsu's description to include it, truly. ^_^

They essentially need an instrument to use their musical prowess, but from what I remember, someone got all bitchy about genin and personal weapons. And instruments are immensely personal. Sure, but batteries in the Naruto universe are huge. A custom musical weapon that is playable like that (An.... Ax, maybe? XD) would be fine. I used one in a different guild, many years ago, to play/slay popular songs against enemies. ^_^ Just run it by the custom weapons thread if it really uses chakra~

If you're going through the custom's thread, yeah, but as for hacking together some kind of regular, non-chakra electric guitar in-rp? Nah.
