"Yeah, actually." Aki, who maneuvered behind him while he was fighting with Kanji, pushed Devon into Kanji, who put him into a bear hug.
Kanji grinned. "Hi there."

"Ugh, gross dude!" Kanji squeezed tighter. "Aki do it already!"
Aki pulled out his Evoker. "I dunno Kanji, you sure you didn't enjoy that? I mean your shadow did talk with a lisp and all, and lived in a sauna completley filled with men. And you do sew." He chuckled.
"Dude! My shadow was not gay! And sewing is perfectly acceptable for a dude!"

"I know you were, that's why I didn't dipstick." Kanji shut his eyes tight. "Can we hurry this up?!" Aki sighed "Right." He lifted the Evoker. " Caesar! Thunder Reign!" Aki's persona appeared and raised its globe. Several giant bolts of thunder shot down and hit the two.

Caesar lifted its sword and swung at Serion.
Kanji dropped Devon and fell to one knee. "Ugh, good thing we're both Zio types huh Aki. Still...that hurt."
Aki looked apologetic. "Sorry, nice teamwork there though. I'd heal you a bit, but." He looked at Caesar. "Caesar's kinda busy."

Serion ducked and bit into Caesar's sword arm.

Caesar looked at Serion impassively and brought down its globe onto the head that was biting it.
Kanji lifted his hand. "Sorry kid, but its time to die for a little bit. Maybe you'll submit after that." His card appeared.

"Its time to die." Kanji crushed his card.
"Thunder Reign!" Both of them yelled. Several bolts of lightning shot out of the sky and hit Devon and Serion.

"Dude was as hard to kill as Kai!" Kanji fell foward and sighed.
Aki sat down on the ground. "How long should they have?"
Mitsuru looked at her watch. "About three hours."
Minato stared at Devon and Kana "Well, at least they wont be alone."

Devon and Kana lay on a dark ground. Gunshots and voices rang in the distance.
