Morrigan listened to what the Oracle had to say. He was correct. Thinking a little more and hearing Akatan's words. "How about Destiny?" she asked. "I mean she's always with us, but she never really fights" she said. "She disciplined in the arts of being a priestess and we wouldn't have to worry about her becoming power hungry" she added. "In my opinion, she probably posses as much power as us..." she said trailing off. Give in to temptation...
...I mean...what's the worst that could happen?

∫Sumiko blinked a few times at the
Oracle when he went back to his seat. She slightly looked down and noticed that
with all her running her shirt was a little lower then it was supose to be. She
silently cleared her throat and then fixed her shirt. She listened to Morrigan and
then looked over to the Oracle when he spoke about Lilith."Has he kept an eye
on all of us?" she asked herself then. She then turned her head to look at Fayte
when he agreed with the Oracle. Sumiko hadn't really payed attention to Lilith so
she kept quiet about the subject. But when Destiny came into the conversation
she started to think about it. "I think that could work, but Destiny shouldn't

 Destiny
Destiny looked at Kendal and smiled. "Thanks Kendal, but you know that death is inevitable" she said with a small laugh. As a priestess that was her first lesson, that everything serves a purpose on earth for a certain amount of time. "You don't have to try and impress me Kendal" she said. "I've always thought you were pretty strong" she said giving her opinion. I know my path...

Fayte looked towards Xalain. " Well to obtain the Lingering Illusion you would have to clear the impenetrable field of mind warping aura, so far no one alive can even hope to step near it I doubt even they with their strength can get much closer then we can. As for all 5 fragments being controled by a single person that is also near impossible the level of strain it takes to control one is enormous which is why only the royals can do it, to have all 5 would kill the person they were connected to extremely quickly. " He said as he thought some more. " As for Destiny taking control of another Great Fragment I have to object like you said Destiny is to sweet to be drawn into theis mess, I will not have my little sister become bait for these monsters! " He said sternly. He slammed his hand onto the table as he finished his sentence. He was very adamant about family ever sense Kristen and his father were killed.
Staring at Fayte the Oracle sighed. " You all need to decide who will acquire the next Great Fragment, but be warned because it is new it's power will be unstable the Fragment will have a mind of it's own so to speak, in other words if yo chose someone with a weak mind the Fragment will lose it's connection and cause another catastrophe like the Tattered Canyon or Memoria, countless lives will be lost in the blink of an eye. " He raised his hand filling the room with a 3-D image. There was 5 total Fragments that now floated around the room. " These are the Fragments that are already in my possession they are all concidered Great Fragments, however each one has it's own abilities and drawbacks. There is The Harbinger, which takes the shape of an enormous cannon like device the destructive power of this Great Fragment is rivaled by none. There is also Night's Bloom, which takes the shape of an enormous star shaped crystal which has the ability to create miracles as long as the people believe in it's power. Next there is the Sage's Folly, this peculiar Fragment takes the form of a a blinding white light contained in a floating tower, it has the power to grant a single wish to it's master.Finally there is The Sentence of the Judges which takes the orm of a giant western style dragon statue this fragment is the closest thing to alive of any of the fragments I have created, it can create barriers that are as impenitrable as Memoria's and it can 'cleanse' it's domain of things that it's creator sees as a threat. " He said calmly. " These are what you may choose from but choose wisely they will shape the future of your entire world.

Morrigan sighed. She felt that Fayte was becoming too emotional and not thinking logically. Sipping her water she then spoke once more. "Well these fragments are impressive" she said. When Akatan offered that he would do it, her eyes widened. She said nothing. "Well I don't know if we're only having one decoy or five, but since Akatan has offered himself, we still can't ignore others who have the potential...you know...if something happened we should have backups. Fayte we can't think with our emotions, no matter who gets it...we do care about them" she added. "So we have Akatan, Destiny because she's capable, Kendal, and maybe Echo" she said suggesting the other people. She didn't want Akatan to do it, but she could not be a hypocrite.

Fayte was suprised by Akatan's sudden interest in fragments, he had always been the person that had never seemed to need one. " You? You are going to control a great fragment? Well...I have no objections, however there are 5 and we only need one which one will you choose? " He asked looking at Akatan. He knew Morrigan was right, however he still didn't like the idea. " Destiny doesn't deserve to be drawn into war, she has nothing to do with any of this. " He said a little loudly. He heard the idea about Echo controlling one and wonderes. " I also have no objections about Echo controlling one, the same thing goes for Kendal. "
The Oracle smiled. " Finally someone with ensentive. " He snapped his fingers as each fragment lined up in a row. " Ask your questions about any one of them and I will answer just pick one and I will be happy to answer anything from what their powers do to how much mental strain they will cause. " Also I want to see if the people you've chosen have the potential to control these new fragments, where are the others, Destiny and Kendal? " He asked waiting for someone to answer.

 Zalain Valkash I will portect them even if i must allow my soul to be consumed...i will portect them
after hearing these names he couldn't help but speak up " Hell i already have a death sentence looming over my head, so what the hell i'll be bait, i will most likely take a few or more with me" he said leaning forward into his chair the hear the explanations. he sat waiting patiently as akatan asked about the fragments.

Morrigan looked at Akatan made his decision. Apart of her wanted to jump up and slap the s**t out of him. She had to control herself though. When the Oracle asked the question she spoke up, completely ignoring Fayte's objections for this. "Well Destiny I know is in Vackel and Kendal more than likely is there as well" she said. "He travels but always comes back to that kingdom" she said. "He possess the element of spirit and she possess the element of Quintessence" she added. Both rare elements in their own rights. When Zalain spoke up she noted it as well. He must have really had a deathwish, but she knew in his family, dying that way was honorable.

∫Sumiko thought about their
choices. But she was agreeing with Fayte, Destiny shouldn't be dragged into all of
this mess. Sumiko was also willing to have herself take one, but seeing as how she
had this mark and she had no idea how it would effect her it wouldn't be wise. She
looked at the great fragments then to the Oracle waiting for him to explain the
ones that Akatan asked about. Even though it would be Akatan's decision on which
one he would have, she might add some of her insight. But that might not be the
case. She would trust Akatan's ability to choose the right one that will benefit
everyone's future.∫ ——————————————————

if she was not there but that was fine with her. She stood there and then thought of something. One of the things they talked about was that it should be someone that was always with them but didn't really fight. Hitomi was always with them but she never really fought. She stepped forward closer to Morrigan. It was also her duty to protect Morrigan so if this would help protect her then she would do so. Then she looked over at Zalain"What? He's offering to be bait.?"Hitomi knew how strong he was, but still she didn't want him to be bait. She couldn't handle it if something were to happen to him. She sighed then looked over to Fayte."If I may speak. I know that you would rather prefer that Destiny not be brought into this, so if you wish I could take her place instead."she said. Hitomi waited for any answers, but had a strong feeling that the would say no. That of course would be fine with her. It was just a suggestion after all. ((it feels like Hitomi is invisible xDDDD))

" That's wonderful Morrigan but I don't care what elements they control I care about whether or not they are worthy of controlling these powers. " He said looking towards Morrigan. He looked back towards Akatan and said. " Alright I will start with the Night's Bloom. It's power like I said comes from the hope of the person it's connected to. For example let's say you were trying to save a little girl from a fire yet there was no way you could save her. If you were to fully believe in your heart that you could save her then through the powers of the Night's Bloom the flames would vanish and be absorbed into the Fragment leaving the little girl completely fine. Then we have the Sentences of the Judges, one of my personnal favorites this almost alive Fragment is by far the hardest to control, on it's wings rests 7 orbs which when activated spread through the region creating a barrier that is nearly impossible to breech. Also the spheres act as attacks drawing in energy from around it they fire a devastating beam of energy that wipes out what the wielder considers a threat. In other words if you were to consider spider a threat every spider like creature within it's reach would be killed by it's might. Finally there is the Sage's Folly a very interesting Fragment, possibly one of the most dangerous. The actual fragment itself is the blinding white light that grants wishes, it resides in a floating tower when the one connected to this fragment entered the tower and sees the light they are asked to make a wish, and no matter what that wish is it will come true, however you must be very specific when the wish is granted you get only one wish and if you are to vague the tower may not know what you mean. " He said looking at Akatan calmly. " Do you have any more questions about any of the Fragments? "

Morrigan was impressed by the abilities the fragments. When Hitomi had offered she really wanted to cry, but she showed no emotion. "You know what, scratch Destiny and Kendal, I belive that Hitomi and Zailin are capable of wielding a fragment as well" she stated. She really didn't want her best friend to get involved...but who was she to stop her.
