Yeah, but I don't think he'd find a sexual interest in a Bellossom. Plus, given his heritage, he'd probably be put off by the idea of a non-Eevee partner.

Oh yeah, I know it could happen. Hell, it could be a male Rhyperior and it'd still be fine.
It's just that Albus isn't really down with male Rhyperiors. In fact, neither part of "male" and "Rhyperior" works for him.
He takes his position as a royal VERY seriously. And to him (and most royals) part of that is "The eevee royal family will marry other eevees."
And, even if it's not an Eevee, it would still have to be a creature with a form that he would, well, go for. He doesn't really consider sex or partnership to be something he needs; if it's not a species he'd normally be attracted to, there's no chance.
And then he never second-guesses himself, and it's only about 10% as amusing.

Albus would probably toast the mud so it gets nice and hard, trapping Doku.
And then he would leave him there.
Hopefully, no one would be nearby. Or come nearby. For, oh, I don't know... How long does is take an Eevee to starve?
