Personality: Castiel is very bright, but like to keep any and every relationship as far away as possible. He has the fear of growing too attached to a person, and having them die on him.
Behavior: When Castiel is alone, he is full of life and cannot wait to take the next breathe. However, when he is alone, he tends to seem like the average Emotionally distressed teenager. When in Combat, he will always put his life on the line, and will take the pain for pleasure.
Backstory: The young Konoha boy was born on a thursday, into the family of the intelligent Nara Family. He was however born a b*****d, and his father a member of the elegant Nix Clan. They however were told that the baby was to be shipped away, and away he went. He was put into the orphanage in Otogakure, until he was adopted by a poor family. He did work around there, helping out and cooking for the family. In return, they showed love and caring. Well, until the boy's family was slaughtered in search of him while he was at the Academy. He returned home to see his father's clan's murderers, taking rest inside the house, awaiting his arrival. He quickly turned, and ran back to his old home, the orphanage.
Later on in his life, he completed the Academy training, and passed it only a year late. He showed since of emotional distress from seeing the bloodied house, but that wasn't the least of the world's problems at the time. The dwindling number's seemed to have an affect on the people of yesterday, but that is no matter for Castiel. He was named after the Angel of Thursday, and become an angel he would. Of course, the world just didn't know it yet.

Hey Deep, a few things:
1) It think you're allowed to know all the basic jutsus for your primary element but just to be safe, lets wait to see what Cobra has to say about it.
2) You left out your total number of chakra points which is 35 due to high chakra reserves being your primary strength
3) Don't you feel that 30 shurikens might be a bit much. Think about it your RPC will be carring 30 pieces of metal around with him all day in a small simple pouch. Might weigh you down and doesn't sound really smart.
4) You might want to add in your third element with your list of ninjutsu, just copy and paste.

Backstory: Okami's family is a little off the normal. His mother and father are both human puppets. They loved to show him how to make puppets and use them. One day they left him with his grandmother and Grandfather so that they may go and make puppets in secret but they left him with two of his favorite puppets that they made. His grandmother and Grandfather continued where his parents left off as they were also human puppet's and was also more skilled then them. They taught him how to fight while controlling puppets and all the neat things he could do with puppets. Now Okami has exceled in puppet usage and is currently on his way to becoming one of the best in the village.

Jokai-This puppet is hidden in a black cloak like the Sandaime Kazekage puppet was. It looks like Karasu, Kankuro's puppet, only it has long black hair. It is equipped with poison tipped senbon in it's hands and arm pieces, as well as it's mouth. It also has a single blade in each of it's palms and both it's feet. It's limbs are also able to disconnect as Karasu's can and also has a hidden blade at the end of each limb.
Tenshu-This puppet is hidden in a larger black cloak that looks like Jokai's. This puppet is somewhat like a mixture of Kurorai and Hiruko. Tenshu is a defensive and strategy like puppet. It has the body structure of a human being with two legs and two arms but it is trully a puppet(Not a human puppet) It has long black hair and it can hold people inside of it's body like Hiruko. It's body is much more tougher then Jokai's and is stronger then Kurorai when it comes to defense but slightly weaker then Hiruko in the same catagory. It can release a large amount of poisounous gas from it's mouth and holes in it's palm. It can do the same thing with senbon. It's chest cavity can expand like Kurorai's to capture enemy though it is already learge enough to hold Okami in it if needed.

200 senbon? Are you sure? That's alot of metal to be carrying around all day in one hollester. Might be a good idea to lower the number a bit.
