its okay if we can use it without having doton. I dont mind, thats a useful move, and i dont want to waste an element slot on doton xp

Yes... Example.. Mokuton.. you start off with Doton and Suiton and get Mokuton as a result (since they wont count mokuton as a element here)
so really if you had mokuton you'd have 3 elements...
or Iron sand.. you get doton raiton then Iron sand

BTW sorry i keep bringing up questions, I cant help myself.
Any word about the progress on whatever is going on behind the scenes? (whatever the crew is up to that closed customs)

well this is a Q & A... so...
why does my bloodline app keep getting looked over?
someone told me on POTS that you can not RP until your character is fully accepted including Bloodline <- Is this statement true?

tsubaka inoue well this is a Q & A... so... why does my bloodline app keep getting looked over? someone told me on POTS that you can not RP until your character is fully accepted including Bloodline <- Is this statement true? I think you can still rp as long as you dont refer to/use your bloodline/clan untill you are accepted. SinnerXion I've got a question. When is the Puppet jutsu and puppet related items going to be done???? They arent going to like you asking this... a couple pages back people were getting yelled at for it.

We are still in the process of working out how we want puppets to work in the guild, all information should be completed and released after the chuunin exams are completed. I don't know exactly what you're waiting on, but for now, just use what little rules we have for puppets, and just ask Zane if you have any questions concerning puppets.

Could you send around 4 Kunai's worth of iron sand into the ground to get more iron sand? if so how much? And how much Iron sand is needed per jutsu rank? Such as C rank needing less then A rank but by how much or is it just up to the user? Also from reading the rules and since no one else who has a Rpc posted in the new profile thread has Satetsu in kumo, Could I get a Crew member to make a NPC so I can Learn jutsus or can I just ask for a scroll from one of the teachers or higher ups in the village?

so umm, I was just wondering I saw something that said that I can't make a custom char, is that still in effect because that is the only reason I have yet to make a char.

RPCs are not considered customs. The customs are things like new jutsu, weapons, and clans. Go ahead and make your RPC.
