Takashi was ready to go. He nodded to his butler. His butler would know what he needed done while he was gone. He took Kimmy's arm in his and headed down the hall way. "This will be so much fun. And to think, i missed homecoming dances because of my parents. They took so much fun away, but i still have a chance yet to have some!" He thought as he walked kimmy down the hall. He felt almost like he was getting married, which made him chuckle a bit. He looked at kimmy taking in the cuteness of her outfit. When she looked at him concerned she had something on her, Takashi quickly snapped nervously, "No, No, everything's fine!"
They had finally made it to the cafeteria and there was a line. Takashi sighed as they stood and waited for the roses to be handed out.

Ken shifted uncomfortably inside his tuxedo. Sure he agreed to go to this thing, and sure, he was somewhat matching Trey with his black coat and red vest... but this thing was
So.
Damn.
Uncomfortable.
Finally giving up on his attempt at formality, he threw the bow onto the floor, and undid two buttons to give him some breathing space. Honestly, and people wore these things all the time to parties? He looked back into his appearance in the mirror. Really, the only thing different on him other than his clothing was that his hair was slicked back into a ponytail. The only spot that remained down was his white streak.
Well, it was the moment of truth... placing a lighter in his pocket, he walked out the door and into the cafeteria. The place was really something else. Everything festive about it the place could've brought a smile to his face if he wasn't trying to keep an image. His brother would've loved to see this place. Forcing himself to stop looking at the environment, he began scanning for Trey. Tai was already in the cafeteria hours before the Ball officially started. He had to help finish icing a few things over and create fake snow for the more lazy students who wanted to help (more like watch) the Ball build itself. Tai caught a glimpse of himself in a reflective peace of ice and chuckled at his appearance. He was wearing a full white tux, right down to even his white gloves and shoes. It looked like formal snow camo.
He took back his post of watching the Ball, ensuring that everything would go off without too many problems. Scanning around the room, he was wondering if that Hayden guy would cause any trouble. He seemed to be like a bear protecting its cub around Astin... and if anyone tried to ask Astin for a dance, there could be a problem. Riku signed himself into the school's guest list. Thanks to some help from the inside, he was able to get special permission to attend this years Winter Ball, despite no longer being a student enrolled in Hinamori. When he walked into the cafeteria, he noticed that he might've been under-dressed for the occasion. Khaki pants and a white button up shirt, along with an expensive sliver watch was all he had on him. Everyone else had on luxerious dresses, tuxedos, suits, and anything else that was over the top formal. But, if he was still going to go through with his hostile take over of the DJ stand like he did the prior years, he'd need something like he was wearing.

Aurelia slipped on a pair of white heels, ready to head down to the cafeteria. Looking at her phone she found nothing and a small frown came on her face. Still, she had a job to do tonight. Putting the small device in a white clutch purse she exited her dorm and walked to the dance.
Arriving at the cafeteria she smiled, finding everything in place. She dropped of the clutch at the coat check, intructing the students running it to notify her if her cell phone went off. Even in white she was able to blend in with the crowd, her mask disguising her face and her usually straight hair now in curls. She began to walk around, pretending to be on her way to another location when she was really patrolling and making sure nothing troublesome happened.

With a rather bleak look on her face Mandy walked into the cafeteria. The bright red dress she wore was shining softly in the lights surrounding the place. She had bad news to announce but she wouldn’t do it as of yet. She couldn’t do it now, hell, she wasn’t even sure if she could do it period. With a sigh she walked towards the refreshment table and poured herself a drink.
With drink in hand she gracefully walked around the floor. She had to put on a rather upbeat and happy look but she wasn’t sure if she would be able to. No, not with the news she had received earlier today. How could she? Anyone would be depressed after hearing what she had heard. Biting her bottom lip she sighed softly as she made her way towards the DJ Booth. She smiled when she noticed a familiar face, Riku.
“Riku, if I may... when everyone has arrived I need to use the microphone. I have an important announcement.” She explained leaning against it. With a sigh she smiled at him. “I thought you were transferred. She asked softly her head facing the dance floor. “How do you like the new school? Anyone interesting, girls or guys I mean. Hopefully no one has replaced my place in your heart.” She said laughing softly as she did.

While dancing with Takashi, Kimmy felt a sudden sadness. She placed her hand to her head only to discover the Camellia had wilted, withered, and died. She was now waiting for the news as tears streamed her face. She continued on with what she needed to keep Takashi occupied and content, which to her seemed fairly easy enough. She didint know it was only easy for him when she was around. She danced again with Takashi, but with tears in her eyes. When asked what was wrong, she simply replied, "He's at peace now," as she gently pulled the flower from her head and placed it in the decorative christmas tree.

Right as she entered the cafeteria she pulled the matching mask over her face, practically standing on her tippy toes to see if she could find Ken. "God dammit, why did I have to lose my cell phone? Of all the klutzy things to d-" but as she spoke she finally spotted him, a grin crossing her face as she made her way over to where he was, a little shocked to see him... dressed up.
Once she was in front of him, trying to make herself seem cheery. This seemed awkward for her, sure she wanted to come to the ball with Ken, sure she wanted to tell him how she felt.. But this felt very strange to her. She never attended a school dance before, so she really didn't know how to act.
"You made it.." she said with slight surprise in her voice, then she looked over and saw Riku in the DJ booth. She couldn't help but chuckle a bit as she watched peoples expressions about that. And here they thought it would be their time with Aruelia.
Trey slowly scanned the area, she could see that every one was here.. Then she thought she saw a familiar face. Her heart stopped, her face froze.. Get a grip Trey. You are just seeing things. He is perfectly alright in the hospital. she thought, a attempt to make herself feel better. But it wasn't working, because in her mind he was standing in the back of the cafe, scowling. Then the image quickly disappeared.
She sighed and shook her head, it was odd... Being here while he was dieing in a hospital bed. She might not of liked him much. But they had a split moment, where she was willing to be his friend... And he jumped. But she quickly removed any thoughts of him out of her mind. "You look... Weird" she finally admitted. Wanting to smack herself as soon as she got the words out. Weird, weird! You try and say good and say weird. God Trey, you really are blowing it.

She continued to walk around, keeping an eye for anything suspicious, but stayed in the back of the cafeteria. After a while she got herself a drink and sat down at one of the tables, then got up and headed back to coat check. However, she returned to her seat after hearing that her phone had not rung once. Sighing she placed her chin in one hand and swirled her cup. "Merry Christmas..." She said to herself sarcastically. On that note she looked to the Christmas tree, hoping that the person who will receive her Secret Santa gift will love it. Then, she wondered what she will receive...and from whom it would be from.
Turning away from the tree Aurelia then thought about Jay. She had gone to the hospital, but she was told that visitors were not permitted to see him yet. The past week was busy for her because of helping set up for Winter Ball, and now she was here, alone and thinking of him. Shaking her head a little she sighed again. She had to tell him...that things were too complicated. That here she was, waiting for someone else at a dance he had asked to bring her to first. At that she felt a little guilty, the feeling spreading through her like a disease until she felt utterly depressed. Finishing her drink she told herself that she should cheer up a little more. Right now wasn't the time to be like this, and everyone else was having so much fun right now. Putting down her cup she watched as other students began to dance as more continued to pile in.[[edited]]

A cold wind blew through the cafeteria; although the doors were open the wind was far colder than normal. A black haired young man walked into the cafeteria, a small gust of wind kept the cold air moving around him, not touching him at all, his hair remained perfectly still through the whole ordeal. He wore a rather form fitting tuxedo, allowing people to see his well built abs and chest even though he had a jacket and shirt on.
A smile crossed his lips as he surveyed the room. All these beautiful women, too many to count and I know they are all dying to be with me. Even it if is just for a moment. He thought to himself as he walked, more like gliding into the room because his feet did not touch the ground for even a moment. The eyes of numerous women turned and followed him as he passed. With a smile he kept gliding, he knew they would stare after all who wouldn’t look and marvel at a living Adonis? However, one young blue haired ((I assume it’s blue)) in a white dress and mask stood out the most.
Slowly, he gliding towards her, and stood in front of her and dipped into a low bow. “Good evening Milady, such a beautiful ball isn’t it?” He ask taking her hand in his, softly kissing it. “Whoever paid for this and designed it must be one of the most wealthy and beautiful people in the world.” Releasing her hand he smiled softly. “So, why is such a beautiful woman as you so utterly alone? Shouldn’t you have every man here just dying to take your hand and dance with you?” Running his hand through his hair he looked from her to the dance floor. “If your dance card is not filled may I have the honour of the first dance? I promise I will be gentle.”

"Hm?" He turned around and looked at Mandy, placing a stupid grin on his face, despite the internal fear of previous encounters with her. "Ah, well, I did transfer, but with the help from a few people inside the school system, I was able to make one last appearance here." Riku scanned the room again, "And sure you can use the microphone, but, you're asking the wrong person. I'm just taking it over later on tonight for some well deserved 'not-so-formal' dance music. Now if you'll excuse me, I have plenty of people who probably want to see me one last time." He patted Mandy on the shoulder and walked about, mostly looking for Black Knight members, but mostly Aurelia. Wouldn't she be surprised he showed up. Upon hearing Trey's remark on his attempt at dressing up, he buttoned his suit up one button in what was probably a futile attempt to look more formal. "This is why I don't dress up..." He muttered. At least he knew his pony tail was in proper place... took him forever on how to figure it out. "So, uh... what do we do now?" He did everything he could to avoid eye contact and sheer embarassment. He had no idea what he was suppossed to do now. He had only planned far enough ahead to actually get here.

Trey giggled as he buttoned his shirt, a feeble, yet cute attempt at trying to be classy. She felt a slight flutter in her stomach as she offered her hand, which usually would of been the Male's move. But seeing that neither have any clue on what is going on, she decided why not. She was one of the guys half the time anyways.
"May I have this dance?" she hinted, as she listened to a slow, yet decent song play. Riku had good taste, she had to give him props for that. She couldn't help but look back at where she thought she saw Jay, sighing as she shook her head, maybe this wasn't such a good idea.. If it wasn't for Ken she wouldn't of came. That was a given. She didn't care about anyone else, not at the moment, not with what she had seen.

With a sigh Mandy went to the stand and took the microphone. Slowly she closed her eyes and cleared her throat. “Everyone, may I have your attention please?” She sighed rather softly; however, due the microphone it was amplified. “As you all know my cousin Jay recently tried to kill himself twice on school grounds. Since then he has been in the hospital, the intensive care unit.” Lowering her head tears began to flow from her eyes, she had to be strong. They had a right to know what happened. “Today, I found out...” She bit her bottom lip hard tears freely flowing now. Maybe she shouldn’t do it; maybe she shouldn’t even have started. “Today... He... He passed away.” As the final word came from her mouth she burst into tears falling down to the ground on the DJ station. The microphone slamming into the ground as she kept crying, she couldn’t stop, after all she had just lost a family member.

Her eyes widen as she listened to the girl's announcement, it could of waited until the school broadcast it in their announcements period. The girl had no right to try and ruin the ball. She was apparently being over dramatic, a water user, no doubt about it.
Karii quickly rose to her feet, looking at the other teacher, Tai, she believe it was and shook her head, "I'll take care of it.." she mumbled as she walked to the DJ's booth, she nodded to the boy, she hadn't seen him before, but this blue haired girl, she seen roaming the halls on the day of her arrival.
She sighed as she climbed the stairs, pushing through the door and entering the booth, she looked at the girl collapse, and taking the mic from the ground, her voice came over the loud speakers.
"Alright then, we will take a moment of Silence.." once a few minutes had passed, she noticed the shocked look on a few students face.. Their night had been ruined. "Well then, Riku lets get this thing restarted, shall we.." she spoke into the mic once more, ending the moment. Then she handed the mic back, and lowered herself to help the girl up. She didn't need to be here, she needed to be away from people in the condition she was in.
She she pulled her up to her feet, and with a strong arm around her shoulders she led her out of the cafeteria, leading her to the nurses office, mainly because she didn't know where the girls dorm was, she was in not position to be alone, and she might need to be checked out for her collapse.

((OOC: Just so everyone knows, Riku isn't supposed to be in control of the DJ stand... but new teachers don't know that >:3)) Riku was shocked to say the least, he didn't think Mandy had that kind of speech, he thought she was going to announce something less... devestating as a whole. However, when the teacher took over and told him to take control of the music, he was happy to oblidge. All the music at his disposal... plus his 'not so safe for school' tracks, too. Mostly techno tracks at his disposal for his personal amusement. Still, he didn't know what to do... so he simply took the mic, and spoke into it. "You heard the teacher... but, we'll put on a slow song for Jay. Least we can do, right? Grab someone and sway to the beat, or simply sit back and listen. Remember, I take requests." He put the mic back down and put on the first song that had a slow, slightly depressing beat to it. Ken looked left and right at everyones somewhat down face, and looked over at Trey. Slightly understanding that she felt at fault for Jay's attempted, and now succeeded attempts at suicide. Simply putting a hand around her, he muttered, "We don't have to dance... if you no longer feel the heart to dance."

Aurelia was surprised by the apearance of the new student. "I would like to dance with you, but I'm afraid I must decline your offer." She said politely. Looking at him she couldn't tell whether or not his attitude was that of confidence or arrogance. "I am here waiting for another person, you see. So, my dance card has been filled." She replied. Seeing Mandy stand up she stopped and took her hand back slowly. After hearing the news however she stood up, her eyes widening as Mandy's words settled in. As soon as Mandy broke down Aurelia looked down to the floor. "Now, if you could please excuse me." She said in an apologetic tone. Turning away from the stranger she began to head for the door of the cafeteria. But, she stopped when she heard a familiar voice on the mic, Riku's. Looking back she saw him and wondered if he could see her. Taking off her mask she then turned again and made her way out, taking her clutch from coat check. Avoiding any further contact from any of the other students she walked with hurried steps, going all the way up to the roof. Aurelia didn't care if it was cold outside, as long as she was alone where nobody could hear her.
