Jounouchi smiled cheerfully at the acceptance and nodded quickly. "Well, A bar is a place where people like to dance and drink alcohol. A grill is a restaurant that mainly makes foods that they can cook on a grill, a type of open flame, metal cooking device. A bar and grill is a combonation of both." Jou explained gently. They soon arrived and smiled up at it. "Looks pretty nice."

"Ah. I see. I apologize for my lack of knowledge..." Malik said, looking slightly embarrassed, he held the wooden door open for Jou, "But alcohol is good." The Egyptian said with a chuckle, "Not so sure if I'm very good at cooking though."
The restaurant was classy and it emited a variety of sensual sights and smells. Since it was midday it only held a few occupants, and these few were in a small group bustling with gossip and wearing cheerful faces as they chatted about their daily lives.
I could get used to this... Malik thought, licking the corner of his lip a bit, as he absorbed the smells of the grilled onions and spices emanating from a sizziling ebony plate carried out by one of the waiters.
(Wanna time skip and say they both get the jobs... or what? I don't mind either which way... but, if a job interview is required then we need a part for the employers.
And.... hopefully they aren't sexual predators.... o_O wink

Jou whooped happily as they exited the bar. each with their own jobs as bartenders. He grinned and gave Malik a one armed hug. "Congratualtions, Malik!"

Malik wore a full fleged toothy grin, as the two exited the Bar and Grill together.
The Egyptian leaned into the hug a bit, and gave Jou a light high five with his unoccupied hand.
"Are you still up for going out tonight?" Malik said suddenly, letting himself free of the other's hug. He knew he shouldn't be asking in such an abrupt tone of voice. But he needed to know, now. He had been long awaiting Jou's approval, and this might finally be it.

Jounouchi blinked then smiled cheerfully and nodded. "Of course. I don't have any plans this evening though I should hget home before too late or my room mate will worry." He murmured, smiling at the Egyptian. "So! How about we grab those coffees on the go, and then go for that walk in the park?"

"Ah, okay." Malik said with a nod, although he was secretly a little curious about this so called 'room mate', of Jou's. He was wondering if it had any connection to what he had been saying about Seto Kaiba, earlier. In all honesty, Malik had only been half-listening to that part of the conversation, he had been in a slight daze after feeling Jou on top of him like that.
Even if it was all an accident to begin with, it was still somewhat refreshing to once again, experience the sensation of another man's warmth on his own.

Jounouchi winked at Malik again before chaining up his bike infront of the nearby coffee shop. "The parks just over there so I'll leave this here."
((it might be hard for me to post this weekend 'cause the internet connection at my dad's house sux. I'll try my best though.))

Malik took a sip of the steaming white chocolate mocha latte he had ordered. It was hot, and it stung his tongue a bit, "How do they expect you to drink this?! It's so hot...!" He questioned bitterly, staring at the drink.
The coffee man merely stared at him, a little bewildered. "You could've just ordered a cold drink..." The man muttered, shaking his head before he continued working.
Malik thrust a glare at the man, before looking back at Jou somewhat innocently, explaining himself, "It's not that it doesn't taste good, it’s just impossible to drink..."

Jounouchi chuckled and ruffled the other's hair as he guided him out of the place and towards the park. "You have to wait a few minutes for it to cool down. Try blowing on it." He instructed winking at his friend.

"I knew that!" Malik argued in his defense. He smiled a little sheepishly realizing he lacked any argument whatsoever.
The park was very peaceful, and the tall trees and plentiful bushes seemed to create a small utopia within the busy streets, and lights of Domino City.
Being here, made Malik feel peaceful. Most things above ground gave Malik some self satisfaction, but nature and its wonders, was probably his favorite thing of all.
"I've really wanted to talk to you lately... " Malik said, cautiously taking a sip of his drink as they walked.

Jounouchi blinked in suprise as he paused in sipping his own coffee. "Oh really? Why?" He asked, looking at his partner, slightly confused.

Malik hadn't predicted that reaction, he didn't like that reaction very much either.
Now, he needed to come up with a valid reason for letting that slip, "I've been wanting to get to know you better. Since, we started off on the wrong foot - I feel like, you haven't seen much good coming from me, and I'd like to change your opinion." He said smoothly, with the same false confidence he had always used to get his way. But at the moment, he was using it as more of a defense mechanism than anything.
"Is that so bad...?" The Egyptian said, looking at Jou with a kind smile.

"Well, you are an interesting person, Jounouchi. Don't doubt yourself on that one. It takes a lot of will power to break Millennium magic." Malik said, his eyes wandered to the dark sky above him, as if he was pondering the question to the gods above.
