A B Up Start i wish sonic generations was coming out for the wii.... I don't. If it did, it would only slash it's potential. Sure, Sega can release a lesser verion for the Wii if they want to, but I'm still getting the greater PS3 version.

Sure, Sega can release a lesser verion for the Wii if they want to, but I'm still getting the greater PS3 version. well im thinking about geting a major console. right now i only have a ds. i wanted a wii for pokemon and brawl and to play sonic adventure 1 and 2. im not really much of a gamer i just play pokemon and sonic pretty much.

I like a system that can work well without having to take it apart once in a while. I also like not having to pay to internet use, or being able to check my messages without having to completely leave a game. Not to mention I'd rather play God of War and Infamous than Halo.

Put it this way: Why do I need to get a system that does everything the current one I have does, just in a different way? I don't need a screen to walk around the house with, because I have the TV all to myself. So, it will be a while before I get a WiiU. So what if 3rd parties are finally interested in the Wii? All three systems are still going to get all 3rd party games, with the exception of exclusives. Not to mention, PS3 and 360 are already ahead of the Wii in the online aspect, as well as graphics (Which has come to a hault since 1080hp is as good as it gets).
So, the claim that "The WiiU will surpass both Xbox and PS3" is a matter of opinion. Sure, it might get better sales, but that is because the system appeals to non-gamers.
