Slouching a bit with fatigue, the raven-haired youth scanned the room once, making sure he hadn't missed anything too important in the last few hours. Sighing heavily, the boy turned his scarlet eyes on the resistance leader and the higher ups.
"I think I'll be attending the party. With all that's been going on lately...the mess with Sue in particular...I'd just like to be a part of something positive for a while...At least everyone there will be having a good time. Maybe I'll suck in a bit of that vibe."
The Wind Mage, like some of the others going, had ulterior motives for his attendace at the party. He hoped that he may run in to Sue. His suspicions were growing by the minute. The party could not possibly go off without a hitch, and Tacitus may very well be the one behind any crashing. If that monster was there, he may have Sue with him. Soren hoped desperately that that was the case. Perhaps if he could just reason with her...But even so. If she were not there, and that TACKY morph was, the boy fully intended to take him out.
"Stephan? Do you mind if I head there with you? We can split up when we get there, if you like."

Stefan was somewhat surprised to hear the tactician to offer to spend any time with him. He normally seemed on guard against him at all times...
