((Finally, thank you Jan, I've been wondering if I could post in here confused Yumi looks like this now (or just look at my avi) http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a196/painterc/Fave pics/YumiAt17.png )) Striding down the street at a quick pace, Yumi glanced up and down the streets suspiciously, almost as though she expected a sneak attack at every corner. Her eyes spoke this, but her facial expression was without pause, a collected but stern tight-lipped look. It wasn't exactly inviting, but it came across that she meant business for anyone who dared become one of her suspicions. On one of her routine patrols this night, the young Quincy's gloved bow hand twitched at each reiatsu she felt, but none that she sensed here were menacing enough to be an outright Hollow or Arrancar at least. Swiping the sweat from her forehead with the back of her other hand, she looked up at the sky, the stars barely visible with the light pollution from the downtown. Sighing, she murmered, "Can't remember the last time I had time to look for the constellations..." Shrugging the thought away, Yumi continued to walk her route, heading further downtown.

From the once silent streets of Karakura rose the sound of numerous growling noises as hollow after hollow, of all shapes and sizes, big and small, emerged from their respective hiding places and marched forth into the night as if being drawn by some force to one place in Karakura -- the ominous-looking tower in the horizon which sometimes overshadowed the entire town when the sun came at the right angle that the tower would cast its giant shadow far and wide. "It's calling...," one of the masked creatures blurted out as it walked by, along with its bretheren, onward to the tower. They were so preoccupied with simply marching blindly toward the the giant structure in the distance that they didn't wreak havoc, eat souls, or even give a damn about the young Quincy who was regularly checking the town for something out of the ordiary. Quite a girl scout, and a devoted one at that. All they wanted to do was to "go" to that place, lulled into a trance that they couldn't get out of even if they wanted to.
Soon, the hollows grew more in number, and now, even a few Gillian-class hollows appeared in the area and started making their way, along with the rest, towards the tower's location. It was a very strange that the hollows were so entranced by the tower that they didn't act like their normal selves and completely followed the "call" of the tower. Does it have something to do with the numerous spiritual pressures that emanated from tower which drew the hollows in, or did it have something to do with what was going at the very top of the tower? Regardless of these things, the facts were already laid out in front of those who wanted to see them. Numerous hollows converging into one, single point without giving a damn in the world about their surroundings. "It's calling...the tower...is calling."

A gargantua opened up in the already darkened sky and from its dark core came Zane holding his Colt Python in hand. Looking down at the city before him he gave a smirk as he watched the humans move around like ants. Unknowing what was going on around them. It was for the best that they could not see the spritual beings if they could who could they live there lives normally.
Breathing in the polluted air he sighed why did the world become liek this so full of war and hate. Sure he had fought in wars in the S.A.S, but he didn't like it he only fought for the protection of man kind. Now he fed off of humans. Still he never took a life just to kill he killed when his pride was attacked and only then. He was a man of honor even though he acted like a a**. Searching out for a strong reiatsu source he located a quincy some where in town.
With a smile he used sonido to appear on a roof just above the quincy near down town. Fiddling with his Colt Python as a hollow rushed past him going after the quincy noticing the remains of many souls coming from out of the hollow Zane trembled with rage. He was pissed because this hollow wanted to take a life when souls were every where. Grabbing the hollow Zane brought his gun to the hollows mask and fired. As the hollow faded away Zane sucked up its essence as an even worse punishment for his greed.

Landing on the rooftop that the one called Zane stood on, the arrancar known as Jin watched as a measly hollow was killed in cold blood by the man holding the old western gun.
"So Kid, I see you have something against greed in this world. Along with this you have kept the feeling or virtue of honor even through your life as a hollow... Arrancar like you... Arrancar like us are a like needles in a haystack unlike those simply bent on the destruction of souls." letting a deep sigh out Jin continued, "Do not allow your sense of honor mislead you or let you get off track of Aizen-sama's goals or you'll have more to worry than just preserving your honor."
Leaving the you Arrancar with his words of advice, Jin decided to begin the destruction of this small town with the obliteration of the young female quincy below. With a simple Sonido, Jin stood before the quincy girl, eyes closed and with his hands crossed across his chest.
"Quincy... your name please..." he asked in a cold voice.

As the Hollows began to come out, their spiritual pressures surfacing in Yumi's senses, she prepared herself, seeking out the closest enemy. Detecting one coming up behind her suddenly she expertly pivoted on her feet, bring her Sanrei's bow out, only to watch the beast be destroyed in front of her. Pausing she looked around incredulously. Who the hell is around to do that? Her eyes narrowed as she scanned her surroundings, and spotted the figure, or at that point, figures on the roof. How had she not perceived them before? No doubt about it, they were not allies.
The arrancar whose sonido brought him directly in front of her was a bold one. In the instant he appeared Yumi instinctively used her hirenkyaku to move a good five metres back, breathing room. Clenching her free hand's fist, she spoke clearly in reply. "Watanabe Yumi. What brings you to this world, arrancar?" Her eyes stayed steely, her trigger finger itched to pull back, but she stayed still and poised for reaction. This was no game, this guy wasn't just any Hollow scum it seemed. She leant back on her heels, at the ready.

Listening to Jin with mild interest Zane watched him appear in front of the quincy who name was Watanabe Yumi. Sitting down he pulled out a bag of pop corn in case a fight started you never knew when you would have some entertainment around so Zane had brought the pop corn along.
With his gun at the ready he made sure no other hollows would come to this area. Zane watched both Jin and Yumi actually betting that Yumi would win. Why wouldn't he think that seeing who he thought Yumi was hot, that was just like Zane to vote for the hot girl. Pulling out a stick, some clothm and a marker he went to work on writing some stuff on it before lifting it up like a flag. What was written on the flag was this Go Yumi Marry ME.

Glancing over to the roof momentarily as something flicked in her peripheral view, Yumi spotted the flag. Reading the phrase crudely written out on it she rolled her eyes. What sort of encounter was this that it came with an audience? Her stance stayed still, stance taut.

 A Garganta slid open in the center of town. Inside, Yuan took a moment to survey the area before stepping out. Its been quite a while since I've been to the real world. I must say, the air is a bit thinner. Not as much Reishi here. But the human souls running around everywhere look... well, almost like a buffet. But I can't just go chowing down like some unsophisticated beast. I think I'll do a little exploring before I eat anything. Yuan stepped down, solidifying reiatsu beneath his feet in a basic technique that almost seemed as though he was walking on air. He walked down, as though he were taking a flight of stairs, to the nearby rooftop of a tall building and stood, surveying the city. He leaked a bit of his reiatsu into the surrounding area, wondering what kinds of beings might be around who could actually feel it. It was almost like fishing really. If he could find spiritually conscious beings around he was sure that their souls would grant him greater strength than the souls of normal humans. Yuan watched and waited, the tails of his long blindfold wiping out behind him in the wind.

It was the middle of the night in a secluded part of the town. It was quiet, dull, and there were only a few people walking out in the streets, most of them were either high on drugs or drunk which is why a giant bat, suddenly flying out of nowhere and eclipsing the rays of the moon, shining above, seemed normal to them. A thick miasma of death and destruction soon filled the area where the bat was present, its malevolent energies beginning to get noticed by the few people that were there who started running away from the area as fast as they could. "Foolish humans. If I kill you all right now, would all of you also stop being foolish?"
The creepy miasma which emanated from the creature began to change the surroundings around it, most noticeable was that the once clear night sky became somewhat foggy and the pallid moon became as red as blood. One can describe the scene as something which was taken out from a horror movie, and a scary one at that. Perching on top one of the roofs in the area, the giant creature waited for the arrival of its prey, the man in the mansion who defeated the arrancar with ease. Its plan was to lure him out, tiring him out even more than before, then taking advantage of that, would then begin its assault on him, ensuring its victory and the safety of his master, Aizen's, plans.

The creature was getting bored because the prey that it was expecting to be here by now still wasn't within his line of sight. Since the man knew how urgent the situation was, he should be right there before him by now. It seemed as though the man from the mansion was taking his sweet time to get there which made the the creature feel angry and annoyed. It made it think as though the man didn't take his threat seriously. It was dead-serious about the words he let out before and it was determined to show just how serious it really was.
"Foolish shinigami. You will pay for your tardiness!"
The creature opened its mouth wide and released a powerful wave of energy straight in the direction of the mansion. The wave emanated evil energy from it, and although it can't be seen by normal human beings, the aura it gave out was enough to make those just outside its line of fire feel very uncomfortable. This was just a warning shot, however, since the creature's purpose was to simply lure the man out. It figured that this was the best way it would do that since it saw that the man was more concerned about protecting others rather than his own life. Threatening to destroy the things he protected was more than enough of an incentive for the man to hurry.

Rakey-chan and Xeion arrived at the designated place, but the two were met by an eerie and strange atmosphere. The air was thick with murderous intent and the smell of evil was everywhere. The blood-red moon, hovering above them like an eerie specter that watched over the land gave no respite for the slight fear they were feeling. It was as if they have been transported into a horror movie. "Xeion-kun, what is this place?" asked Rakey-chan in a semi-worried tone. She knew that they were still in Karakura, but it's just that she can't shake the feeling of fear she was having.
Xeion, knowing this, shook his head. "I don't know where we are, but whatever happens, we can always run away, ne?" said Xeion smiling for a bit, hoping that it will return the confidence Rakey-chan lost. "Speaking of which, were is Yuu-chan?" asked Xeion, realizing that his sister mught be fumbling about in the thick aura all alone. Turning to Rakey-chan, he requested her to find his little sister. She might be scared because of the malicious aura the place had. "What about you?" Rakey-chan asked in a concerned tone of voice, but Xeion reassured, "Don't worry, I won't die. You just focus on finding Yuu-chan, okay?"
Hesitantly, Rakey-chan let go of Xeion in respect to his request. Turning around, Rakey-chan gave one, last look at Xeion before she used her Sonido to cover more ground. With that, Xeion smiled. At the very least, if he were to die today, they wouldn't get dragged into it and suffer the same fate as him. "Now, it's about time to show yourself, monster...," murmured Xeion, looking at one of the buildings in the immediate area. Although the thick miasma is covering up most of the things there, making it hard to see, Xeion could sense a familiar trace of Arrancar energy there. "I'm here, as you requested. It's about time you show yourself, Arrancar."

((I'm going to extend this by one day since I'm curious as to what the manifestation of Xeion's willpower will be.))
"Very perceptive of you, brat," a deep and echoing voice, the combined voices of all three arrancar speaking at the same time, resounded from the top before the giant, bat-like hollow dropped to the ground from where it was perched with such force that the ground shook slightly under its weight. Its eyes reflected evil intent as they stared at Xeion, smiling a twisted smile for they knew they had a chance of beating the shinigami now that he was heavily injured. The shinigami also made a good call on letting the arrancer who carried him over here go as the creature had its mind set on eliminating her too. It seems as though the shinigami sensed that and purposely let her go to a safe place.
As soon as it opened its mouth, the creature began to make conversation with Xeion, although the things it said were not really conversation-worthy material. They were nothing more than just insults. "I see that you let the b***h go. Really now, I thought that most arrancar were stupid, but not stupid enough to help the enemy!" With a mighty flap of its wings, the creature sent forth a current of air toward Xeion as it took flight once again. "No matter, you won't be seeing your little ******** anytime soon, shinigami. Or ever, for that matter. Because tonight, my injured friend, you're going to die right here!"

The giant bat-like hollow quickly charged a cero in its mouth and was about to fire the shot at Xeion, but it didn't follow through with its plan. Instead, using its devious mind, it set its sights on a more valuable target like a few random places where people were sleeping. As soon as it let loose, the arrancar knew that Xeion would be distracted by the shot and immediately attend to it, leaving the poor fool open to its attack.

As soon as it fired away its cero, the creature extended its long, spear like tail and wriggled it, the tail going behind the shinigami. Since the shinigami was distracted, it gave the creature enough time to maneuver its tail without it being noticed by Xeion. When it reached the back, it would soon deliver the death blow to Xeion and stab him right through the heart.

When the creature was done with the other two, it then set its eyes on Xeion once again. "Having fun yet, boy? Well, it's not over yet!" Sticking out its tongue, the creature then bit its own tongue, drawing out blood from it as it prepared to launch another cero, or so it seemed. In truth, the creature was trying to imitate the Espada-exclusive technique known as the Gran Rey Cero. From what it had uncovered, the Espada mix their blood with their ceros in order to make it more powerful. While the Espada were trained in doing this, the creature was doing this one on the fly. This was the first time it was going to this. It also makes this situation all the more dangerous, both for the creature and Xeion, not to mention the entire town. Suddenly, the unthinkable happened. The creature was actually able to charge a near-perfect Gran Rey Cero in its mouth, but as soon as it let the powerful cero out of its mouth, the power immediately overwhelmed it and turned into ashes from the intensity of the heat produced by the energy wave. With the creature gone, the only thing left was a giant, uncontrollable, and unstable wave of energy, powerful enough to destroy Karakura Town and the 20 sq. km. of the surrounding area outside Karakura's outskirts. What happens next will be all up to fate.

Xeion took the monster's insults as simply as he could and shrugged off those words. Even though he felt annoyed that the monster was totally disrespecting a woman's dignity by calling her things which were a great insult to a woman, Xeion simply calmed himself down and tried his best to stand, regardless of the hellish pain he was experiencing. If he doesn't stand up to this threat, who will? Seeing as he was the nearest shinigami there, he was duty-bound to do his job and push on despite his difficulties. It's what a shinigami does, but more importantly, it's what a knight does.
When Xeion saw that the monster was about to fire a Cero at him, Xeion immediately went on guard, wincing in pain. However, his eyes grew big when he saw that the Cero the monster was charging wasn't meant for him -- it was meant for the innocent people in Karakura who had no clue that a battle like this was going on. Xeion extended his hand and opened a Dark Mirror to absorb the Cero while knowing fully the dangerous risks he was taking with his action. He had a feeling that this would come up, and then expected of a sneak attack right after while Xeion supposedly left himself open to attack. It was the oldest trick in the book for him and Xeion already knew how to deal with it as he has alread had a fair share of fighting against devious opponents like this one, one opponent specifically would be Ky, his friend, leader, and enemy, on some occasions.
