Altair finally got back he walked over to Laura and Night."Hey" he said, he smiled abit, feeling abit better with having fed.

Night blinked a few times and shrugged Laura's Kool-aid comment. "Well I'll be here, I need a rest." He smiled and turned into his wolf form and layed down.

Laura walked until she found a big rock to sit on. She sat down and found a necklace like Altairs. She put it in her pocket.

It all starts and ends in your mind, picture yourself the animal you are, a fox, think of it not as a seperate entity, but as part of who you are, think of it's traits, it's weakness or strenghs, try to find those in yourself, and see yourself being a fox at all times"
