Robin was a bit concerned still about Luffy's eating habits but if Kilik said it was ok, and he had seen how Luffy ate. Seeing the cute little Elekid out Robin couldn't help but be cheered up by him. "Well if you guys are ok with it." Robin trailed off for a second before brightening up. "I am sure you will see Raz and Brook when the party starts." Maybe sooner since she would probably have to feed them later on but she wasn't going to mention that.
When Luffy saw the small plug who he had made friends with before he gave a happy cry and jumped forward tackling him. The cool plug seemed a lot stronger then before but Luffy was a lot stronger now to and he couldn't wait to show off.

"The Aipom would happen to belong to Robin," Kilik responded to Crenu. He stumbled back as the simian Pokemon jumped at Elekid. The two Pokemon rolled around on the ground, looking to have a good time. "Anyway, I have no idea. I sup--" he froze as he felt his pocket shake, "Hold on. That's a text." He flipped open his PokeNav and tilted his head.
"Go to the Salty Seadra?" he raised an eyebrow, "That doesn't sound like a high scale place." He looked around for any sign of a place with a Seadra or with 'Salty' in the title. "Ah, I think it's that way. I apologize, Crenu." He looked at the other trainer, "We have a previous engagement with my father. If you'll excuse us."
Elekid managed to fight Aipom off of him and started laughing. When Kilik and the group began to walk away, he ran up to catch up to them. He certainly didn't want to get left behind!Flareon followed along, too. "Okay, Karri. It appears as if Mitsu takes great care of you. You are very pretty." The fox certainly felt foxy saying that.
"Here we go!" he said, holding the door open for the three ladies and the following Pokemon, "I was wrong. This place is pretty ritzy." He let out a low whistle.

Wow, Karri's gorgeous, M.A. thought, not really aware that the Psychic could read her mind pretty well. Could probably be a model or somethin'.
M.A. had given an apologetic wave over her shoulder to Crenu upon their leaving. Well, they couldn't bring the whole world, she figured. The Salty Seadra didn't sound very... appetizing, somehow, though. She imagined grimy buckets of mush and frowned -- the girl had a keen appreciation for food (this was why she loved to cook) and shuddered to see it at its worst.
The building seemed pretty quiet from the outside, just a large black buildling with curtained windows and a sign with 'Salty Seadra' in calligraphy. Upon closer investigation, the curtains were a rich maroon silk, and the words were lights that hadn't lit up quite yet -- perhaps when it got darker out. But that sort of detail is nothing compared to what awaited them once Kilik opened the door.
Glimmering chandeliers with candles hung at intervals over circular tables covered with dark red satin sheets. Waiters and waitresses floated from table to table, nimby supporting round trays of either lovely-smelling food or wine about, all wearing a sharp-looking uniform -- namely a black vest over a white dress shirt, black slacks, and shiny black shoes. Even the customers looked like high-class people. The ladies shone with slinky dresses and gems, the gentlemen were groomed for the occasion.
Somehow, M.A. felt a bit underdressed. Here they were, a group of teenage trainers with Pokemon rolling around their feet, in... this place. This place that screamed of high-class society.
M.A. wasn't sure if she was glad to see her father at the moment. Part of her rejoiced in knowing that they had come to the right place, and part of her died because of it. She felt so self-conscious in front of all these high noses and skeptic eyes! Of course, Dr. Rustings, being the non-conspicuous man he was, blended in with his relatively nice (but not stunning) clothes. "Mary-Anne, you should probably, er, close your mouth," the man said, grinning under his gray mustache. The girl snapped said mouth shut, just before her father gave her a peck on her forehead. "The restaurant belongs to that friend I mentioned we would be with today; retired from archaeology and found his passion in cooking. Won't be joining us tonight, but prepared a menu already anyways. Well, come this way, kids," the man said with quiet geniality.
He led them to a large room on the side, away from prying eyes. A long rectangular table was situated in the middle, covered with a plain white table cloth; comfy looking chairs lined it. Already, M.A.'s petite, dark-haired mother was already at the edge, across from Kilik's father, who was next to his mother. Skip a seat to Mrs. Rustings's side, and there was lovely lavender-haired Rein, her head on Sae's shoulder. She looked up and smiled serenely when the kids came in though. Apparently the two were very happy. Sae waved for M.A. to sit on his other side.
On the other side of the room, there was a gigantic mini-buffet with different tiers, some very close to the ground. "For your Pokemon," Mr. Rustings answered their questioning look. "This is a room for Pokemon to eat as well. I know, it's a bit much," he said with a chuckle as he seated himself next to his wife.

"Thank you," Karri replied playfully blowing a kiss towards the Flareon.
Upon enterng Mitsu felt very, very conscious of her surroundings. She'd never been in a fancy restraunt before, especially not one that screamed sophistication like . . . the Salty Seadra. The name could use a bit more work she decided as it made the place seem less grand than it really was. The dim lighting and lovely aroma was quite inviting and Mitsu couldn't wait to see what they were to be served. A second thought hit her then, the place looked extremely expensive and she felt bad about coming. Their family shouldn't have to pay for whatever is was that she was going to be enjoying tonight.
Mitsu let loose a small sigh as Mr. Rustings announced that his friend was who owned the extravagant place. Mitsu took a seat at the very end of the table, luckily it was also the farthest place from any family like matters or situations. The very idea still made her itch.
You should really relax Mitsu. Dinner's are supposed to be fun not a place where you're all anxious and jittery, Karri laughed.
Yeah, yeah. Says you. Who blend in perfectly here. No one was giving you that 'what-the hell' face, Mitsu replied through her thoughts which were accompanied with a slight roll of the eyes.

Following behind them all Robin and Luffy looked around at there surroundings as they walked through the city. Well at least this place didn't sound to expensive. Of course Robin was wrong and the moment she laid her eyes on the place Robin let out a small groan. There was no way she would be able to pay for her and Luffy, maybe if she didn't eat Luffy could? Well whatever happened Robin followed inside the resteraunt somewhat sullenly. She had never eaten at a place like this and she wouldn't now, Luffy would. Oh well as long as Luffy was happy.
Looking around the table Robin decided the safest place would be to sit next to Mitsu. After all she was the only person Robin really knew sorta, and Kilik but figured he would sit with his family.
Luffy upon seeing the mini bar and them saying that it was for the pokemon he seemed to have a little seizure. He let out a happy scream before jumping wildly and scampering to the bar and eating everything he could lay his hands on.
Robin just watched Luffy eat and had to hide her head in shame. She really couldn't do anything to stop him when he went into a feeding frenzy like this. She only hoped the others wouldn't mind to much.

Flareon's eyes widened when he watched the small simian go for the food in a flash. Looks like he was going to rush to eat, too. The fox broke into a run towards the bar, finding something that looked enticing to him and hadn't already been devoured by Luffy.Elekid, on the other hand, wasn't particularly hungry and jumped onto Kilik's shoulder as his trainer took his seat.
Kilik sat next to Robin and his little sister, and across from M.A. He scratched his nose and looked down the table at the other members of the family. As everyone got seated, waiters entered the room and handed out fine glasses of water to start everyone off. Kilik thanked the man who handed him his drink and took a light sip. He stared down at the empty plate then looked over at his dad when he clanged his spoon against his glass.
"This is nice," Mr. Ranmo said, standing up, "Our families together, along with some of my son's and Mary's friends! This is truly the essence of life, is it not!" He laughed and raised his glass of water up, "To good friends, family, and the next exciting find!" Mrs. Ranmo raised her glass as well, and smiled, as did Janie, though she was a bit too young to understand why. The little girl looked at Sae and smiled. He looked so dreamy with his girl with him. She did have to admit - she was kind of jealous. Then again, she was only seven. What did she know about love?
Kilik raised his glass as well then took a drink when everyone else did. He cast a glance over to Mitsu and Robin. "Don't worry. This will be fun. My dad may come off as a bit...excitable, but he'll make you laugh, I'm sure." As he turned his head, the boy cast a glance to M.A. and nearly knocked his drink over as he smiled. He grabbed the cup before it fell and ruined the table cloth.
"So what will tonight's dinner be, Shane?" Ranmo asked M.A.'s father, "I was thinking the Hawaiian theme, but the English theme certainly sounds appetizing..." the man tugged on the sides of his mustache as he thought and he fixed his tie. "Though, with the money we got from those rare Armaldo shells, I suppose we could get them both!" He laughed heartily.

[edited a wee]
Before taking her place between Sae and Mitsu, M.A. released her three Pokemon as well, figuring they might be ravenous. And so Tora and Ulani were; the little elephant rushed over to the bar, nearly tripping up a poor waiter carrying three glasses in her haste. M.A. apologized for her reckless little wrecking ball. Ulani, meanwhile, floated over to perch on Luffy's hat with curiousity sparking in her eyes. It was comfy there! She'd get some food... once she got un-lazy enough to leave her perch. Tora wasted no time in picking up food with her nose, eying Luffy as she did so. Ah, competition! A tough one at that, look at that Aipom go. The Phanpy loved a challenge and decided she would not be out-done! With that she began to go into a 'feeding frenzy' too. Daemyn, meanwhile, was content to roll up at M.A.'s feet, softly growling with pleasure as she reached down momentarily to massage him behind his ears. He didn't care to go into that Pokemon crowd -- he'd rather stay here, it was so cozy. He'd sneak bites from his girl later, probably, he thought with a drowzy yawn.
She thanked the waiter for the water, asking politely if a shallow dish of water could be provided too for Daemyn's sake. Accordingly, when everyone else raised their glasses, she did too with good cheer.
"Aye to that!" her father agreed, his voice deep and low. Rustings was a stunning contrast to Ranmo. Where Ranmo was stubby, Rustings was tall; where Ranmo was loud, Rustings was quiet. Both were nuts about fossils though, and that's where their friendship cemented. "You remember Dr. Chelsea, right? Mmhmm, the one who went with us that one time. She wouldn't hear of the idea of us paying, still going on about that time we saved her. Anyways, she said it'd be her own special menu since we don't visit enough."
The brunette smiled as Kilik talked, not really feeling any anxiety. Since she was with her family now and her new friends, she no longer really felt uncomfortable at all, although she had to remind herself not to move her feet or she'd kick her favorite canine. Giggled a bit when Kilik nearly spilled. "Smooth."
After this, Rein and Sae showed M.A. their engagement bands. They had opted for something simple, sleek sterling sliver rings. The young girl grinned brightly, happy to see her brother and his love so happy -- they were practically glowing. She doubted they would be on earth this dinner very much.
All said and done, waiters began to spin into the room with various dishes. All sorts of delicacies and homey foods found their way onto the table; together, they made a lovely scene and aroma. An aging women came in, grey streaks in her once-all black hair. "Please, by all means, dig in," she said, grinning as she came over to re-greet the Rustings couple and shake hands with the Ranmos. Afterwards she left to leave them to their own doings, being the busy woman she was.

Karri laughed as Luffy and Flareon made a mad dash to eat what they could. She did wish that Aipom would slow down, they would be plently for everyone, or at least she assumed. Karri could seriously be underestimating Luffy's ability to swallow and chew after all. She snagged a few chocolate covered strawberries before Luffy could lay his hands on them and held them in the air with her psychic powers. They were clearly out of reach from any human or Pokemon for that matter. She enjoyed two of the red, succulent fruit, the chocolate shell cracking as she bit down onto it. Mmm, it tasted heavenly.
Mitsu smiled a bit sheepishly at Kilik, "Sure." Though he had told her not to worry it didn't help her any less, instead it achieved the opposite. She fidgeted a bit her seat feeling incredibly out of place. She quietly thanked the waitress that brought her a glass of water, thankfully she was kind and returned her thanks with a small smile. The purple-topped trainer took a sip of her cold water before placing the glass down carefully not wanting to knock it over as Kilik almost did.
She quietly released Ivy, Sapphire, and even Ebony into the Pokemon feeding frenzy. Poor Haku couldn't survive for long without water and the noise would definately hurt her. After all she was still a baby Pokemon. Zyhper would probably attempt to kill everyone in the room so she decided not to release him either.
Ivy relaxed not havng to make a run for the food like everyone else. He used his vine to nimbly steal food from under the other Pokemon's noise as he hungirly enjoyed the fruits in the mini-buffet. The strawberries were wonderful! Just as Karri had told him. The exotic fruits like star fruit and the kiwi were also yummy, but not quite as good as his strawberries.
Ebony wasn't really intrested in food as he clung onto Mitsu's shoulder. He was looking at all the people at the table. How lovely! New people to prank, his trainer was oh-so kind to him today! Sapphire on the other hand was ready to eat up so he briskly walked to the food area as well and began to munch on something, anything that he found appealing. It appeared that his fellow fire type Flareon was doing the same.
As the food arrived Mitsu couldn't help but wonder how much they'd bring out. There was already so much food! She waited a bit, feeling awkward. Perhaps if someone were to get the food before her she'd feel a bit better about eating it. She glanced sideways at M.A. quickly hoping to get a reassuring look. She was the only girl Mitsu really knew in the place afterall.

Unlike the others Luffy didn't seem to care what he was shoveling into his mouth. He watched with wide eyes as others joined him this was a good day! Ice cream, lots of food for him to eat, and lots of cool pokemon for him to play with when he was done! He didn't even mind the blue bird thing that rested on Hat, he just hopped they wouldn't hurt Hat though. Next to him the strange long nosed pokemon was eating a lot of food to, it was good to see someone else liked the food to. There was a wide spread but Luffy didn't seem to be hampered by that, after all he had a secret weapon. One that just stole what the blue dog had just been about to eat and shoved it in his own mouth.
Robin seeing that everyone released there own pokemon she bit her bottom lip thinking of it for a moment before she reached for Raz and Brooks pokeballs. The Yanma buzzed eagerly doing a bunch of flips until he landed by the table squirming in so he could eat as well. Brook did a twirl letting out his 'Hohohohoho!' Laugh as he made his way over to where all the other pokemon were.
Seeing that there weren't any fights breaking out Robin decided that everything was ok. As they waited for the food Robin looked around feeling somewhat uncomfortable with all of this, she felt like she was mooching! Glancing over at Mitsu across the table from her she stared for a second wondering if it was rude to ask before deciding to go with it. "Umm... You have some pretty strong looking pokemon."

Kilik snickered and looked down at his plate. As the food was brought in, he immediately piled the mashed potatoes onto his plate and drenched it in the home-style white gravy. The tower of potato was at least six inches tall. That's what he got for growing up in Verdanturf - the love of country-style foods. He waited until the chicken had been set down before he grabbed a leg and put it on his plate. "It's been so long since a good, cooked meal." He laughed, looking at his friends, "A diet of Pokemon Center sandwiches isn't exactly...ideal." Kilik shoved a spoonful of potatoes and gravy into his mouth and was sent into a bliss. Never before had he eaten food this good.
"That's my boy!" Mr. Ranmo laughed, "Don't eat too much or you'll end up short and porky like your old man!" He began to cut the steak on his plate then took a bite. "Dr. Chelsea does know how to cook, for sure. Remember, Shane, when she made us that delectable soup when we were digging up around the Ruins of Alph? I swear," he laughed and took another bite of his steak, "Best meal of my life." Mrs. Ranmo cleared her throat and shot a cold look at her husband. "Oh, and my soups aren't as good?" she said jokingly, "I guess I just won't cook for you anymore." The woman stuck her nose up in the air and closed her eyes, smirking. She must have passed that smirk on to Kilik, because it was the same one. She put a few leaves of lettuce from her salad into her mouth. "N-no! That's not what I meant, hon! Best meal of my life...not made by you! That's it!" He looked over at Dr. Rustings and sighed. "Sometimes, y'know?" he shook his head with a laugh and looked back to his plate.
"Kiwik, I can't cut this..." Janie complained, pointing at the porkchop her father had put on her plate. She handed her brother the fork and knife. "It's easy, Janie," he smiled, "Just uh..." he awkwardly loomed over her and stuck the fork in to steady the chop while he cut it, "Do like I do." Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Sae and his girl being lovebirds. A light smile tugged his lips. "Congrats to you both. Maybe your sister will be so lucky as to find a great guy." The boy took a sip of his water. "Wike Kiwik!" she cheered. She may have been seven, but her speech impediment had stuck with her since the day she started talking. Her first words: "Wava wamp." Kilik felt the water dribble out of his mouth onto the napkin he had placed in his lap. "J-Janie, eat your porkchop." He quietly shoveled more potatoes and gravy into his mouth, keeping his eyes down on his plate. He lifted up his chicken leg and took a mighty bite.

Crenu nodded at M.A. as she waved back at him, he didn't mind being left out of the dinner plans. He would have turned it down if he had been asked, those kinds of things weren't really his style, so it saved him the trouble. Still, the way that Kilik guy kept writing him off at every occasion was starting to become noticeable, at least to him. The idea of possible jealousy or some form if dislike towards him made Crenu laugh. The thought of getting a chance to crush someone like him put a wide grin on his face. He felt no ill will towards Kilik, he was much to smart for grudges, but he was not particularly fond of the guy either. Crenu walked away from the spot he was standing, laughing somewhat maniacally as he thought about this and heading for the pokemon center.

Kasiya had given Mike and Flannery a sheepish wave after Shocker's little 'display' and felt a little bad for not warning them, but then again she had only been expecting Shocker to discharge the energy into the ground, not... everywhere else. It was very awkward to walk now, what with Shocker perched happily up on her shoulder and Helios nestled in her arms. She couldn't help but remember how much lighter Shocker had been before she evolved into a Raichu, and she felt a bit sad. It was only for a fleeting moment though as she knew Shocker was tough and the Raichu form seemed to suit her better than Pikachu. "Are you going to want to evolve into a Ninetales someday, Helios?" she whispered, gently scratching the Vulpix behind his ears. She also couldn't help but wonder if Keegan knew Helios needed a Fire Stone to evolve, but quickly banished the thought. Of course he does.
She hadn't been expecting Mrs Summers to go into nostalgia-mode, and she bit her lip as they walked, taking it all in. Keegan and Mike had been friends years ago? Seriously? And Flannery as well? She frowned, now watching Mike walk ahead of her. It all made sense now, why the two were always at odds, yet she did always seem to sense that there was something else there, and she was right - hidden away somewhere was a battered, broken friendship. For the most part she was glad the two were almost on speaking terms again (or so it looked like from her spot on the battlefield) but there was that small piece of her that was oh-so very angry that neither of them had thought to bring it up before. I guess they both just forgot to mention it. In all the time I've spent with either of them. She sighed and furrowed her brow although the annoyance soon faded as she saw Mrs Summers' teary-eyed expression. She wanted to deny that she'd brought back a better, less grouchy, cynical and generally pissed-off Keegan but after a moment of thought she realized she couldn't. Almost every time something had been bugging him she'd managed to crack him like an egg and get him to spill and he always inevitably felt better about it. "He is a good person, Mrs Summers," Kasiya said finally. "I just helped him to remember that." Her smile was genuine as she spoke and she snuggled Helios a little more despite the jealous growls she heard in her ear from Shocker. She couldn't really help it though; the Vulpix was soft and warm and he smelled like Keegan. She was glad her silly grin was hidden by the Vulpix she was carrying.
The first flash of lighting passed overhead and Flannery looked up, startled, only to be practically shoved into the dirt as another flare of electricity shot off in all directions. Flannery peered up as Napalm managed to deflect enough of the energy away to keep them all safe. Blinking slowly she stood up and stared at the Raichu but shrugged. She figured Kasiya knew her Pokemon well enough to understand and she simply brushed the soil from her jeans before continuing on like nothing had even happened. She smiled at the moment Mike and his Magby shared though, glad to see the two were quite close. But then again, Pokemon raised from eggs often were quicker to form bonds with their trainers than those caught in the wild.
The Summers' residence was no strange place to her, as she'd spent a lot of time there helping out with chores and taking care of the Pokemon in return for the family breeding for her, special eggs containing her now-prized Fire Pokemon. Houndoom had come from this breeding center, as did her Rapidash and Torkoal and Camerupt too. The only exceptions were Magu and Megu, both of whom she caught in the Fiery Path. Also, her elder Torkoal had been captured there as well. Something was up, though, as they entered the house. Flannery knew that Keegan's parents didn't just show up to her gym matches without reason, and she had a good idea that the reason was the little blonde-haired girl trailing along behind them.
=-=-=-=-= Jaeshan watched the Illumise buzz around him for a moment before becoming interested in the map. "It's nice to meet you, Lilac," he said, adjusting it so she could see better. That was, until a Gloom was suddenly flying at him, mouth open wide. Jaeshan let out a yelp and stumbled back, tripping over his own feet and landing on his behind. Ryka quickly snatched up the little Pokemon though and Jaeshan sat up, grimacing at the long trail of drool clinging to his arm. "Heh, it's okay," he chuckled, accepting the napkins and cleaning off his arm. "My Weepinbell used to do practically the same thing. Well, actually he's a Victreebel now, and well, I guess he still does that..." he trailed off as he stood up, looking around for a wastebasket to toss the crumpled napkins into. At that point he heard the nurse calling out to him and he walked over to the counter to reclaim his Pokemon. He hadn't even finished placing the spheres back on his belt when Combusken burst out of her Pokeball, kicking at the air and hopping up and down excitedly. Upon spotting Ryka, she stopped and stared, occasionally scratching her chin with her long claws as she studied the girl.
"Well, you've seen her in action and now you can meet her. Ryka, this is Combusken. Combusken, Ryka. Combusken evolved from a Torchic not too long ago, actually," he said, nodding. Combusken seemed to grin at her introduction, obviously quite proud of herself. Why shouldn't she be proud, though? She'd come a long way since she hatched. The Fire/Fighting-type hopped up and down again before wandering over to Ryka in order to say hi. Thinking about it, Jaeshan hadn't acquired any other new Pokemon since he and Ryka had parted. Only Combusken and Beldum, which Ryka had given to him. The thought made him frown a little and he decided he wanted to resolve that. Besides, he wanted to add both a Water and Electric-type Pokemon to his party, but there wasn't much of a rush. He ruffled the feathers atop Combusken's head and grinned at Ryka. "So, should we head out?"

Helios pondered the question over in his mind a few times, thinking about how different he'd be if he did evolve. He'd seen a Ninetales or two in his time and while they did look powerful, he'd not be able to ride up on Keegan's shoulder any more. But then again, he'd be stronger and probably able to do more in battle. It was a lot to think about, evolution, but for now he was just content to rest in the girl's arms.
Maggie had only and smiled at Kasiya as she knew all too well what the girl meant. As much as neither of them would ever admit it, Todd and Keegan were very much alike. It took a lot to find out who the real person was under the stony dispositions the two put up but it was worth the work in the end. Well, at least to her it was. They arrived at the house a little after everyone else and immediately Maggie went to work in the kitchen, peering out the little window at the back yard. "I think they might be waiting for you, Kasiya dear," she said sweetly, running a wash cloth over the already spotless countertop. "Best not keep them waiting."
Keegan had seen the two flashes of lighting off in the distance and he silently prayed that Mike and Kasiya weren't getting themselves into trouble again. 'The Dame' had looked up in curiosity as well, wondering what was taking these humans so long. It wasn't often she gave away her offspring, but she always liked to be sure of the trainers who received her eggs. He glanced over at his father as he shifted on his feet, and after a few grueling moments he finally saw everyone arriving. It's about damned time, he thought grumpily.

Keegan's house was so normal compared to Mike's. The boy silently pointed out to himself the stunning lack of assorted gadgets and machines strewn across the kitchen counter. Instead there stood various cooking supplies and well cleaned dishes. It was almost alien to see a kitchen so...bare? It wasn't so much bare as it was tidy and reserved, something he wasn't used to. Even their dishwasher was normal. Mike thought back to the time when his mom attempted to transform theirs into a machine that not only washed dishes but sorted them through a series of conveyor belts back to the shelves. Whole house nearly burned down. His ol' mom did have her moments. "House looks nice Mrs. Summers." Mike said, figuring it was only polite to mention. "I'll be outside with The Dame if you need any help." He looked back at Flannery and gave her a kiss on the cheek, wishing for a moment he had a few more inches on him so he didn't always have to reach to kiss his girlfriend. He let go of her hand and smiled, walking out the door to the backyard.
With his usual dramatic flare Mike burst from the backyard entrance accompanied by Napalm, the two strolling in happily to the breeding grounds. Amidst the mass of Pokemon, the large Charizard was very easy to find. She was a big girl alright. "Heyo!" Mike waved cheerfully as he made his way over to the Pokemon's sitting grounds, making sure to flash a reassuring double thumbs up to both Keegan and his dad, even if the current moment didn't really call for it. "Howdy Mr. Summers. Looks like you're keeping a tight shift here as usual." His tone sounded more like an old war friend than a brash young kid. "Place looks great!" He had always been impressed with the Pokemon that came from the Summers' breeding center. After all, his very own Nitro once came from here. Speaking of him, Mike took out his Pokeball and released his Charizard.
Nitro instantly recognized the place. It was his old home! The Charizard looked around anxiously for anyone he might recognize, turning around to see his mother. She looked a lot smaller now. The Charizard scratched his chin, did she shrink? Wait. Dur. Charizard. Nitro let out a happy roar and flexed his muscles, beating his powerful wings in hopes to show his mom just how strong he'd grown to be.
Both Mike and Napalm joined in on the muscly festivities, quite enjoying themselves as they displayed their manly physiques. All three of them ended with a loud and hearty grunt, then shared a laugh. "You see ma'am." The Lavaridge boy leaned over and gave the dragon a big hug, Nitro's scaly stomach was so pleasantly smooth. "Your little boy has grown into quite a beefcake." He laughed, squeezing the Charizard tighter. He loved him so. "Oh, and I also named him Nitro. Nitrogen Isotope Kyoka!" A weird name maybe, but it was hard coming up with simple names when your childhood toys were explosives and your wallpaper was plastered with the Periodic Table.
Nitro smiled wide at his trainer's compliment. The two had spent the last two years together almost every day. Each day their bond grew stronger, through thick and thin. The Fire Pokemon gently draped a wing over the boy, scooping up a clingy Napalm with the other. He was the luckiest Pokemon in the world.

After her parents began to eat, M.A. had helped herself generously as well; the girl sure knew how to feed herself. Before long, a mountain of food was on her plate, and she was munching on it with quite a bit of pleasure. Oh goodness, did she love food. Where the hell it all went, who knew. The girl nodded, smiling, at Mitsu and Robin, clearly motioning them to pick up their forks and enjoy. A stray carrot had somehow made its way to her cheek, but she didn't notice; she wasn't a total slob, but she certainly wasn't a very clean eater either.
Sae cast a gaze in her direction, although his whole body was still leaning towards Rein and their hands were interlocking. "Slow down, pig," he teased, almost sing-songing. M.A. stuck her tongue out between bites. Selfishly, she was a bit sad that Sae wasn't all hers anymore... But y'know, she could share, too. He was so happy, and Rein (who M.A. liked too) was so happy, so it was very good in the end.
Mr. Rustings laughed, a deep, rumbly tone -- kind of like a little earthquake. "I'm just glad when Mika doesn't food-poison us all," he said, winking at his wife. The tiny woman huffed. "So I burn things... sometimes..." she said grudgingly.
"Don't forget the time you replaced olive oil with pesticide," her husband reminded, grinning deviously.
"Pssssh," was the reply, although she too was laughing a little. "Alright, so I guess I'll have to pay attention a bit more, since both my little birds are leaving the nest and can't do the cooking for us anymore," Mrs. Rustings said, cocking her head a little to send a longing, brief look at her son and daughter. One would be an hour away at Slateport, and the other would be who knows where... "They grow up so fast, don't they?" she said, smiling regretfully at the parents in the area.
Meanwhile, M.A. watched with a grin as Kilik cut up Janie's food; when she was younger and Sae and her still weren't on good terms, she used to bite her food like a little Carvanha. A monster, she was. But it was an endearing little scene for them, if not a bit awkward.
"Thanks," Rein answered for the two, since she had just fed Sae a mouthful of pasta. He shrugged, grinning wolfishly. With Kilik's next sentence, however, the older brother frowned a little, swallowing. "Well, he'd better be a great guy, or I'd have to break him," he said off-handedly, as if discussing something as pleasant as the weather.
M.A. didn't hear much of this conversation, since the waiter had come with Daemyn's basin of water and she had been turned the other way. Sae sure did, however, and sent a glare in Kilik's direction. Nuh-uh, not this runt (he was disregarding the fact that Kilik was only a couple inches shorter than himself). But then Rein tugged his arm a little, unconsciously feeling his tention, and he melted right away, floating off again in their own little lovey-lovey world.
M.A. turned around then, smiling brightly. "So, tell you about yourself, guys?" she said, her hand over an already full mouth. Okay, so she didn't follow the rules of keeping her mouth closed while eating, but at least she covered it. She knew Mitsu the best here by a margin, but besides that, she didn't really know anything about where they came from, what they did, etc.
Meanwhile, Ulani was eyeing those chocolate covered strawberries that the pretty Pokemon and the flower Pokemon were eating. It looked... really good... But she didn't want to leave the Aipom's hat. "Can I have one?" she sang, her voice a little trill. The cottony bird gave an imploring look to the Gardevoir, puffing her cheeks out a little.
Tora, meanwhile, was mowing along, finding herself at a disadvantage without hands. Or tail. One's nose could only move so fast, y'know? She glanced at Luffy again, seeing the monkey go and feeling motivated again. Eventually, though, with a burst of recognition, she realized that she was stuffed to the brim. Abruptly, she rolled to her side, feet in the air. Food... coma...
