It's gotten under control later in the series... but some of the early volumes/episodes? He'd spout it off about 6-10 times, or more it seemed sometimes.
I never cared for it because it reminded me too much of sitcoms form t he 80s where characters would have catch phrases or actions that the writers would make sure shows up at least once every episode, if not more.
Which was, it seemed, against the grain of what the manga/anime was for me.
It'd be like taking a Summer Action Movie with explosions and chases... that suddenly has random "Chick Flick" scenes for no apparent.

Hey I just want to make sure, but when...wood guy or kakashi exsplainedwhat elements were better aginst what element. If I'm right earth is strong against water.
Water> Fire
Fire>Wind
Wind>Lighting
Light>Earth
Earth>Water.

Why would wind be stronger the lightning? When Lightning strikes it's so hot (Hotter then the sun), and moves so fast, that it displaces all the air around it.

It's magic.
I mean, you could argue just about any way about it.
Like the example in the old Xanth Novels, which had a Merman and a Dragon fighting over who won in a game of "Fire, Sand, Water".
The Dragon said Fire boils Water Away, so Fire wins.
The Merman said Water Douses Flames, so Water wins.
In the end the Dragon just killed the Merman, but the point there was valid.
