Hitomi hit the ground. Hard. "Dirty fighter, huh? Fine." Hitomi turned and pushed herself to her feet. Five feet... Hm... Hitomi picked up a rock. he's not good enough to hear a finger moving from far away... Let's see how he is up close. Hitomi chucked the rock at his head, aiming for the temple.

Hiei was still in his cocky parade of getting the drop on her when suddenly he could hear the sound of something being picked up off the ground. He stoped moveing to listen closer but suddenly he was hit about mid for head with a rock. Both of his hands raced up to his head as he fell backward. It wasn't much of a bruise, but it still hurt like a b***h. " Hey no fair " he said wipeing off the mark. He stood and remembered where the rocks original sound came from.
Hiei rushed in again quick and low. When he came close to the target, He made a weird shape with his hand. He curled each of his fingers individualy, leaveing the palm of his hand open. The shape could remind you of a cat paw. He ran in and up close quickly, then jumped up all at once and slamed the plam of his hand upside her chin, leaveing her in the air.

Hitomi was driven up in the air. She hadn't expected the attack, and she rolled back in the air, landing on her feet, which promptly gave out from under her. Kon~kou hits the ground in between them, letting loose a cry, flaring her crest and opening her wings, stopping him from going for Hitomi again. She made sure the cry was loud, and it was high, as well, it was naturally high, but she put a little extra force behind it.

(not sure what you mean. you HP has hit directly on 0, which dosen't knock you out yet, but you are unable to countiue the fight.)
Hiei landed his final attack on one knee, and let his arms fall to either side of him. Baylonka rushed up and began growling when the bird came into the middle of their fight. Hiei called him back and he did as told. Hiei could tell the girl would not be able to countiue after that hit. He looked up at the bird, and stood. He walked over to it and around it to the girl. " Had enough? " he said over the noise of the bird.

((aye, but you rolled a critical, meaning that you actually would have done 8 damage, if you weren't holding back. That would have put Hitomi's health at -4 and would have endangered her life. I was assuming that you weren't trying to kill her.
Kon~kou stepped in to protect Hitomi in case you were trying to kill her.))
Hitomi coughed and spit a small amount of blood on the ground, using Kon as a post to help her stand up. "Okay. Fine. You can fight. I guess it wouldn't be that bad to have you on a team." She rested for a moment and stood up again.

Hiei giggled slightly and offered her a hand up. " you gonna be ok or do we need to take you to the hospital? " he asked, as baylonka came over and began sniffing her leg. Hiei was faceing her but his atention was on her bird. It was the only real threat to him now, since the girl was in no shape to fight. " if your hungry we can go get something to eat. I have money. " he said cheerfully from behind his blindfold.

Her entire body tensed. a legit meal? She was still hungry even after her raid on Taitou... "I'm... I'm alright." She pet Kon~kou and whispered in her ear "Don't worry, we're good. K?" She thought for a minute. "I am actually pretty hungry." Guys aren't my thing, but it's a meal... "If you wouldn't mind me tagging along." She stood to her fullest and rolled her head across her shoulders, cracking her neck. "That was a good hit, kid."

Hiei shruged. " I've got good aim, but not much stregnth. " he said and picked baylonka up to keep him from agrivating her with his sniffing. " Its up to you. We don't haft to go eat but your welcome to come over to my house for lunch. I think we're gonna be haveing grilled fish. And we always have some vegistables with that too. they are cheap to buy and easy to make. " he said with a small smile.

Hiei was a bit confused. " Wheres your birdie going? dosen't it want to get something to eat too? " he ask lifting Baylonka on to his shoulder where the wolf calmly stood. " we have meat there that baylonka eats. He's more than welcome to some of it if you'd like. " he said offering it to her. He turned and shruged, walking off in the direction of his home. " what was your name again? " he asked, haveing forgot it durring the tussel.

No point lying. He is giving us food... "Hitomi. Hayaku~Omoi Hitomi." She began walking after him. "Kon~kou's going to Abunai. She prefers her catch live if at all possible." She was shrugging off her pain, as none of it was serious, and she had had much worse before. She cracked her neck again and rolled her shoulders.
