Why wouldn't people like it? It's a of continuance of the first, plenty of action, enough drama for a teenage girl. Basically it's good for everyone who's in the mood. Anyone who doesn't like it should have gone to watch Schindler's list instead XD.

Yeah it had a number of points that didn't make sense but its enjoyable

One thing that they did better which I think critics scorned them on is that when robots where fighting, they focused on the robots and not just the humans the entire time.
Compared to the first one where you would briefly see the robots bcs they where moving too much

I was way to excited to notice plot holes.
In the first it was on the humans because Sam's survival/ escape was more important than who won. Duh.
Besides some ppl *co-mymom-ugh* found it hard to follow the fighting -> couldn't tell who was who.
In the second movie only Optimus Prime can fight the one decepticon. So there you go.

I found it easy to tell who was who. And Optimus was fighting like three decepticons the entire time.
