Kaine was checking the rum and food storage on the ship we need more rum... and some food.. but mostly rum... he found a rat and threw it over board then looking at the water he noticed something sparkling he jumped down and stood on he water (vampires stand on water) and picked it up "the bracelet..." he put it in his pocket and jumped back up the ship

River walks around then sighs "Kaine" she yelled looking around, she leans against the edge and looks into the water, she sighs

Kaine eyes flash red when he see river but he isnt able to talk he only looks at her then the ships floor

River looks back around until she spots him "hey....." she said walking over to him, she stops a couple of feet and looks at him "umm....can we talk?" she asked looking at the floor

Kaine smiled in a really sad way with a few tears "you both still meant it so that means im not good enough for you... dont waste your time on me.. im a pirate and your a princess are you sure you really want me?" he put the bracelet he found in the water in her hands "you keep droping this thing"

River looks at the bracelet "yea i know" she puts it on with some trouble "its too big" she smiles softly and looks back at him "yes, i really want you" she wraps her arms around him and kisses him deeply

Kaine was surprised but was able to kiss her back even more deeply then biting her bottom lip softly then let it got and spoke to her and the captain "its ok... both of you .. vatti ill teach you how to be a good captain ok... and river im sorry for how i treated you.."
