Elemental Draconis I have no relevant thing to this pokemon conversation.
Just dragons.~<3 There's a dragon on the cover of both games. Too bad Kyurem is basically s**t tier among dragons.

Which ones? I know Black and White have dragon-type pokemon. Which one is the best?

Black has Reshiram (the white one) and White has Zekrom (the black one). I think Reshiram is slightly better because you can place him on a team with Groudon and have the second coming of Kyogre with sun-fueled Blue Flares everywhere. Also, the only Pokemon out of all 649 of them that resists both Fire and Dragon is non-Dream World Heatran. EDIT: Black 2 and White 2 both have Kyurem, just in different forms.

Ice is such a common and powerful offensive type that I actually consider dragons (90% of which are double weak to it) an enormous risk. Sure, you can switch 'em in relatively safely, but then what? Everyone and their mother knows Ice Punch or Ice Beam. Hope you have 999 speed and attack.
Water-Dragons are kinda cheap, though. I'll give you that.

I tried the battle subway online and met a trainer with six dragon types EV trained for attack and speed, spamming nothing but outrage. It's just stupid and there's no strategy to it.

That's... a little ridiculous. Still, I bet an Adamant Weavile with Ice Shard would have straight up wrecked his s**t if he had no Kingdra. It's so satisfying to OHKO a Garchomp with a 40 power attack, you have no idea.
Maybe I just have a huge boner for Weavile or hate how I can never even use my Dragonite because it's too slow, but I really don't think Dragon types are that OP. High risk high reward, definitely, but I wouldn't rely on one like I'd rely on a good water wall.
I don't think EV training is half as dumb as IV breeding, honestly. Maybe it's just because it's far less luck-based than breeding for good IVs is. Anyone with a search engine can get a Pokemon EV trained in a matter of hours; IV breeding can take weeks if you don't hack.

Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if there were effective strategies against it. I'm just not a good enough trainer, I guess.

Nah, you just forgot to bring a speedy or sturdy Ice Beam/Punch spammer this time. Sometimes I forget to bring Rock/Fire/Ghost type attacks and get my Battle Tower win streak crushed by a Shedinja. emotion_facepalm RAGIN' FOR DAYS
Have you ever tried a Sandstorm team? Those are OP, my god. You dunk all over everything and laugh at pretty much every water type but Feraligatr.
