((Going to make a short post since I'm not 100% sure what to post.... ))

Luki thought for a moment. "Kaito usually has some sort of minty thing with chocolate in it.... And it isn't half bad...." You know, when he wasn't having "Blue".... Whatever flavor that was. With his mind made up, he ordered a Chocolate Chip Mint. When he got his cone, he looked it over. Hey, it really did look the same. So maybe this was what Kaito normally got? He gave it a small sniff. Smelled the same, too, if not more flavorful. After another few seconds of looking it over, he finally stuck out a pink tongue and licked the ice cream the same way a cat or a puppy would to check out what something was. once the taste actually registered, he got this dazzled look of amazement. "Wow.... That actually is good.... Now I can see why he's always eating this stuff..." he took a few more small licks before he looked to Azmaria and then to his cone. He then cocked his head to the side and held his cone out with a smile. "Want a taste?"

Alexander loved hearing Tomoe's giggles and reactions to his touch. It was all perfect! It was then that he heard a yell not far from their location. "Hear that..." he said as he walked toward the source of the sound. "Toph?" he asked as he watched the crying girl on the floor. "What happened to you?"

(( ok so is anyone ganna volunteer to be in the smoke screen or are we good with just letting the dragon fall asleep and be captured?))

((Sorry for taking so long to reply, guys. I went through a mental block here plus got distracted by other things.))

Meiko saw the cloud starting to form and felt a little sleepy. This sent a red flag up in her head. She grabbed Gakupo's arm and tugged to get his attention before she signaled and mouthed for him to move the other two.
Gakupo looked to Meiko in confusion when his arm was tugged. He watched what she said and didn't look to see why. He knew better than to waste time doing something stupid like that. Instead, he grabbed Faya and carried her bridal style in one arm as he grabbed Gumi's wrist and began running as fast as he could away from the dragon. He didn't know what he was protecting them from (well, in this case, trying to avoid having them pass out from Maverick's alchemy), but his instinct told him he needed to move them out of the way of whatever harm they could get into.

Meiko knew she wouldn't move out of the cloud fully in time, so she ended up staying behind as Gakupo carried Faya and dragged Gumi away. She inhaled more of the hazy cloud and ended up falling back and passing out.

Scout was confused when a cloud started to form around the dragon. Huh. It smelled kind of funny, too. For some reason, he was moving kind of slowly. Kind of like when he had an energy crash from drinking one of his Bonk! Atomic drinks. But he hadn't.... Aww crap. It wasn't until he had actually he was on the verge of passing out that he understood that the cloud was causing the drowsiness. Thankfully, he had enough energy left to get himself out of the cloud. He still ended up needed to take a knee when he got back, but at least he wasn't asleep in the sand.

Soldier literally felt no affects of the cloud. If anything, he just suddenly stopped rocket spamming the dragon and fell forward into the sand. He was fine though. Just out cold.




After a good amount of rest (well, maybe not for most, but any rest was a good amount for her at this point), Oomizu slowly opened her eyes and blinked carefully. The lights in the portal room were too bright for her at first, she she reclosed her eyes and buried her face into Bunko's lap for a minute to adjust to being awake again. Once done, she slowly stretched herself out before she sat up. She stood and walked over to her locker. When she opened it, it could be seen that what she had dedicated to being her locker was really a mini fridge she had put in a long time before the newer members of the group had even been considered to join in the fight to save Quasar. She examined everything within the fridge before she pulled out an apple, a banana, a bear-shaped jar of honey, and a pudding cup. She closed the door with her elbow before she walked over and sat next to Bunko and took a seat, letting everything sit in her lap. She picked up the pudding cup and opened it before she reached into her hat and pulled out a clean spoon and began eating. "....Was I out long? I really should remember to binge more when I go without eating for a long time.... I always forget."

Luki smiled happily when Azmaria said the ice cream he picked was good. Yeah, he might be acting a little silly or childish about his ice cream, but that's because he usually doesn't eat the stuff and it was his first time eating "real world" ice cream. Luka was definitely going to have to remember to bring Kaito a tub of this stuff when it came time for her to go home. As she walked to the swings, he followed behind her, licking at the ice cream cone carefully so as to make sure it stayed pretty balanced. He took a seat in the swing next to him and allowed himself to swing back and forth slightly. Something made him feel agitated again, but he made sure to show no sign of it. Whatever it was, it was suddenly gone. Still, the feeling lingered. What could have caused it? He would have to go investigate later. For now, though, he was enjoying sitting in the park, eating ice cream, and spending time with Azmaria. "Hey Azmaria, you were talking about God earlier, right? What's he like?"

Faya saw the cloud and mentally cursed at herself before she was quickly picked up into Gakupo's arms and was whisked away from the cloud and out of harm's way. She was able to wrap her arms around his neck, so she could provide some support for herself, so his arm wasn't taking all of her weight at once. She coughed a few times, but was generally okay, her oni strength beginning to come back slowly as she looked up to the man who was carrying her for a moment before she looked back at the dragon, confused.

While Meiko was telling Gakupo to get them out of there, Gumi was having a bit of a coughing attack. Since she was the youngest of the four there, she had the slightly-weaker immune system of the (if they even have them, if not, she's just weaker lol) group. But as she was then yanked away from Meiko by Gakupo, she felt herself becoming a tad drowzy, but forced herself to keep up with her brother, so she wouldn't fall behind and risk tripping and falling on her face, out cold.

Yuzuki, being a persocom, wasn't affected by the alchemic cloud and instead put away her weaponry before she ran over to Soldier, deciding to get his body moved out of the way. As she bent down and picked up the man with one arm and slung him over her right shoulder, before she ran over to Scout and dropped him off next to his commrade. "Watch him." She mouthed to him before she ran over to Meiko to help move her out of the way as well.

Bunko smirked down to her friend as she tossed about, burying her head into her lap like she was a child. Oh, Oomizu. She thought to herself as she chuckled to herself as she shook her head, her short hair bouncing slightly, grazing her shoulder only slightly as she did so. As the young blond got up, however, she took this time to reposition her legs into a cross-legged position as she stretched, her back cracking as she let out a happy sigh. "Not too long, but long enough to recharge. I helped with the dehydration and fatigue though, so you weren't that bad." She mused slowly, glancing over at her friend before looking back at the battle, making sure that Faya was okay.

Azmaria began to push herself slightly with the toes of her feet, licking the sides of her ice cream so it wouldn't start running down the cone and onto her hands, making them sticky. She metal and chain of the swing began to creak softly as she moved, only moving about half a foot forward and back, just keeping in motion. But when Luki asked about God once more, she looked down at her cone and knitted her brows together, trying to find a suitable answer to his question. "Well, I haven't actually met God. God isn't just someone you can go and visit when you feel like it, God reveals Himself to only certain people, those that God deems worthy enough for greatness. To save His people, the Jews." She said, trying to describe it as best as she could. "But from the Scripture, God is both full of wrath and is a God of damnation, creating horrible disasters and plagues in an instant, but God is also benevolent and kind, creating everything in the world and even allowing His own begotten son to die for the sins of the world."

Tomoe kept her head down, contemplating her revenge on her brother. He was now lost, on the journey to complete darkness. Her bangs covered her eyes as it took every ounce of her strength to not begin to track down that low-life right then and there. But for the moment, her friend needed her. "No. Toph, we will not allow that to happen. He won't ever be able to touch your child." She told her in a serious tone, although it was still quiet, as her normal voice always was.

Toph continued to cry into Tomoe's chest. Although hearing both her and Alexander's promise to her that they wouldn't let Kratos come anywhere close to her or the child that she was carrying, she couldn't help feel unsettled. Like she just had a bad feeling about the entire situation. Right now though, she just wished that she had Luka there, or even Luki there, to go to for comfort. But she had no idea where the Vocaloid went and she wasn't in any state to go looking for him.

Yuzuki ran over to Meiko and kneeled down beside her. Careful about her body, she was able to put one hand behind her back and the other under her legs, picking her up bridal style since she guessed that this way would be a lot more comfortable to the sleeping woman. Analyzing her, she quirked a brow before standing up and rushing her over to her friends. So she was half-human? Interesting. Panting lightly, the pink-haired girl then set her down with Gakupo and the others with a genuine smile. "We should get out of here." She mouthed to him as she pointed a gloved hand to the portal.

Gumi felt her eyelids begin to get heavier before she felt her head connect with something soft yet firm at the same time. It was warm and very familiar. It took her only seconds to realize that it was Gakupo's chest. Smiling lightly before yawning in the cutest way she knew how, she rubbed her eye drowzily before she fell asleep on his chest.

As soon as she felt the ground beneath her, Faya quickly sat up, not completely back to her normal self, but enough so that she could get up and move about. Luckily she wasn't a human or she would have been aching like that for days, but since she was only half, it was still there but bearable enough. She glanced over to Gakupo for a moment before she looked away, biting her bottom lip gently. When Yuzuki told them that they should get out of the way, Faya nodded and stood up. She didn't move for a moment, looking down at Gakupo, giving him an apologetic but also thankful look before she ran over to Scout and Soldier, wanting to warn them to get out of the way too. Once there she pointed to Soldier before pointing to the portal, wanting them all to get out of there now.

Bunko, who had already had her earplugs out as soon as she arrived back in the portal room, smirked when Oomizu finally remembered to take her own out. Accepting the offered hand gladly, she tugged on the girl's arm as she stood up, smoothing out her battle garments as she did so. "Oh trust me, I know! Like that one time when we were kids and we got caught in that rock slide on the mountain! I swear that lecture made the fish go belly up in his office~!" She exclaimed back with a grin and a laugh, especially when Oomizu began to fake snore. Holding onto her right shoulder with her left hand as she rotated her right arm in a circular motion, Bunko nodded in agreement. "Yeah, I'd have to agree with you there. It really can't do much harm. And 'sides, we should let it get back to the wild quick, before its mother decides to come looking for it up here." She said as she lowered her arms and moved towards the portal, her hands now on her hips as she watched the others begin to retreat back to the portal.

Azmaria bit down on the cone of her ice cream, done with the actual ice cream of it now, chewing it for a moment before she swallowed with a light nod. "The best way to describe God though, is as follows: Then the Lord came down in the cloud and stood there with him and proclaimed his name, the Lord. And he passed in front of Moses, proclaiming, "The Lord, the Lord, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness, maintaining love to thousands, and forgiving wickedness, rebellion and sin. Yet he does not leave the guilty unpunished; he punishes the children and their children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation." Azmaria told him with a light smile before she took another bite of the cone. "That bit of scripture is from Exodus 34:5-7, in the Bible. I should have just said that verse first, to avoid confusion." She told him with a light giggle, continuing to swing back and forth slowly. "We praise God every day, thanking God for all that He has done. Some people do this through prayer and going to mass, a holy gathering of people to devote time to thank and praise God, but I feel the best way for myself is to sing my praises to God."

(( wanted to say im really sorry for being gone for so long. got busy with other things and forgot about the rp. last time i was on mav was asking about the re-posting of the rp. as a matter of fact if i wasn't with mav the other night when you all was telling him to post i wouldn't have known that the rp had been updated. anyways back to the rp.))

As Nerwin charged up her second spell, out of the corner of her eye a girl caught her attention. the girl was making motions to some of the others. it looked like she was telling them to aim for the dragons heart. the heart must be its weak spot Nerwin thought as she consecrated on the heart of the dragon, she was all most fully charged when people started to attack the dragon's eye. this throw Nerwin off. so wait do i attack the heart or the eyes? she asked herself. however she knew she couldn't just keep all that magickal energy building up and not release it so she stopped the flow of energy and re-adsorbed it as she watched in confusion as the others battled the dragon. than out of nowhere a giant cloud surrounded the dragon and Nerwin saw everyone heading back to the portal. with a deep sigh Nerwin fallowed them. she would have to apologize to everyone especially Croix for her being a burden to everyone and to be willing to accept the punishment of being thrown out of the group if push came to shove.

Yuzuki smiled at Gakupo as she watched how he cared for his sister, while she was in his arms. But as he stood up with the young girl in his arms and began to walk to the portal. The pink-haired persocom quickly put one hand behind Meiko's back while the other hooked itself under her legs before she lifted her up with ease. She was just glad that she had come with built-in filters, so she wouldn't be affected by the smoke that apparently was making everyone else pass out instantly. Yuzuki then caught up to Gakupo, walking in stride with him silently.

"Well yeah! But luckily for us, we weren't that stupid ever again. Wait, no, backtrack," With that, Bunko made her arms parallel to each other in a crossed state before her chest as she had only her index fingers pointed while she made her arms move in a backwards way, as if she were rewinding her entire sentence. "We did a lot more screwy stuff over the years, that was just the tip of the iceberg." The ginger-haired woman said with a laugh before she looked over at Oomizu as she took out Nina's old computer. Although she was a child and she didn't really know Nina before her death, she could still tell that the pain of losing her still affected her best friend, even to this day. Blinking quickly when Oomizu made her discovery, Bunko scratched the top of her head as she sighed "Damn, it's been that long? Huh, it literally feels like just the other day. But yeah Mizu, you're right anyway. A pint-sized problem is better than a goliath of one." She replied with a nod before she walked through the portal, passing all of those that were evacuating. Seeing Oomizu having trouble opening the giant creature's mouth amused Bunko, but also humbled her slightly. "Here, I got it." She said with a cocky grin with a thumb jabbed in her own direction. Pretending to spit on her palms before she rubbed them together, she then placed her hands on the dragon's upper jaw, bending her knees to lessen the pressure on her back before she began to pull upwards. Slowly but surely, with a lot of help due to the demonic blood flowing through her veins, the jaw began to open, the dragon not providing any resistence. "Got it?" She then asked, holding the jaw open a good foot or two open, since she thought that such was all Oomizu needed to finish this.

Faya sighed to herself as she took out her earplugs, finding that she no longer needed them. As she stood next to Scout, she stared down at him with a brow cocked and her hands on her hip. Tapping his shoulder lightly, getting his attention before she pointed to her ears, motioning for him to take out his ear plugs now, that everything was clear and okay to do that. "Hey, you want me to help carry him? I think I can get him outta here faster than you can." She said with a genuine smile, sniffing the air. The powder still hung in the air, therefore, it still was able to affect people. So it was better that the three of them got outta there quickly before they both turned into Soldiers.

Azmaria blinked over at Luki for a moment, now finished with her cone. "Um, excuse me a moment." She said with a shy smile as she hopped off of the swing before she moved quickly towards the closest trash recepticle and threw away the napkin and the paper that was surrounding the cone. After she returned and sat down on the swing, now beginning to swing a bit more than she was earlier, now that she had her hands free, she decided to answer him once again, "Well, churches are are buildings that can be build simply and can hold only a few dozen and others that are grand and lavish that can hold thousands. But yes, in these buildings, people gather as a community to pray to God together. These gatherings are called Masses and are usually held on Sundays, and even more special ones are held on Easter and during the time of Christmas." She told him with a cute smile, her head tilted to the side slightly so her long, silver hair fell over one shoulder. "Does that help, Luki?"
