Satoshi covered her mouth senseing in a matter of seconds she was going to make a loud hiccup "You may not be able to breath underwater without the right equipment but with a little bit of training you can hold your breath for quite a while. I'm just about ready to have a go at beating my record of 11 mins 31secs. But the main reason you were fine in Tricasia is because your such a fine swimmer" she complimented him letting out a second hiccup.
Felina scratched her head giving her rabbit a puzzled look "Umm yeah hopefully that will work but to guarentee a quick sleep from him all the same would require him to try that energy beam thing he does which wouldn't be clever. But do you think we should read up on bunny behaviour so we can teach it to him?"
Yusti shook her head at Hebal when her twirl moved in her direction "But if I make an exception Mei might tell me off and put someone stricter in charge of watching you. All the registry people will have free time to take over from me now the tournament is fully opened. Never mind if you haven't read it. It's just its such a famous piece of fiction from your country I thought you may know of it" she shrugged keeping her voice down

Oassu smiled "I don't think any average book can help, our Cid is magical don't think that sorta stuff is standard in 'my first bunny'" he laughed "But we can try and train him I guess but I don't think he'd like being a battle bunny it tires him out so much." he said.
Gil smiled "Yeah maybe though I don't think I'm that good a swimmer but thats quite a nice record when did you try and set a record?" he said frowning "You shouldn't do that you could drown you know" he warned her.
Mari sighed "So we really have to go now, but those two are going a different way than me" she said sadly seeing Hebal twirl "But I guess it would be a shame if you were to get in trouble..." she said.
Itaka nodded "I'm not bothered I reckon I could beat the champion...beating Gil now thats something I'd like to try I bet he's fairly talented you know, you might have to fight him too" he said.
Zadina sighed "I don't wanna leave yet it's good fun" he said from the top of Hebal "Is there any way she can stay just a little longer Miss Yusti?" he asked.

Hebal grinned bouncing Zadina around the nearest tree "Don't worry up there, it's only Mari who has to go so if you wanted we could stay here a while longer even after she's left. Nobody wants Mari to get stuck with those grumpy air head receptionist type people all day tomorrow right?" she sung hopping back to the others and around Mari in a circle
Seph smirked flexing her muscles at Itaka "Yeah and won't I be the lucky one, he would be a tough one to beat but I think I could hae a goot shot at beating him. I'm deifintely sure I could beat up Satoshi if I had to fight her in the arena though, she's good in battle, quite useful but not so much with a sword" she told him quietly stuffing her towel back into her bag

Satoshi yawned finishing off the rest of the wine in her glass "Don't worry I don't try anything stupid, I do stay close to the water surface but if you don't push yourself once in a while you may never make any physical progress" she defended putting her glass down. "It was just something I used to do whenever I went to a swimming baths but you are better than you think" she insisted patting his leg.
Felina quietly laughed trying to picture Cid dressed in armor "Nah I don't think he wants to be a battle bunny though he may want to do a few ninja things with you. I bet there has to be at least one book or expert that knows all about how magical bunnies behave in the wild since he can't be the only one out there" she pondered admiring a rainbow firework.
Yusti sighed looking at Mari and then her friends "Ok ok you can stay a little longer but I might have to fly you some of the way to make up for time meaning you will have to keep a tight hold of Sophia" she concluded landing on the ground to rest up a little.

Gil smiled "I guess thats ok" he said refilling her glass for her "And I know to push myself I just don't want to practice drowning myself" he laughed "Still if it's important to you I guess I could make an effort, I should get back in touch with water anyway" he said sipping his glass.
Oassu nodded "I guess thats fair enough but I don't know any experts of magical creatures, maybe if you can find a beastmaster or something we can learn a little more about our Cid here" he said.
Mari smiled "Thanks Yusti we owe you one and flying sounds fun I'm sure Sophia will enjoy that" she said bouncing the little tonberry "I promise I'll be in on time every other night" she said.
Zadina cheered "YAY! Still it'd be a shame if we'd have to leave Mari alone, but remember you promised to take care of little Sophia tommorow Miss Hebal" he reminded her.
Itaka nodded "I know but just remember you ain't allowed any magic, gotta rely on pure sword techniques you know" he sighed thinking about Satoshi "I don't know why she entered she must know she's nothing special with a sword, and between you me and Gil the prize is pretty safe I think..." he said.

Seph scratched her head thinking things over in her head for a moment while forming a small smile "I think I know why she wants to enter... she just wants to do anything she can to help out Oassu and Felina. Or at least thats my theory anyway" she concluded hovering a few inches off the ground lazily. "Unlike her I have a few things I can use to make up for not being the most amazing sword expert there is."
Hebal also cheered resisting the temptation to have a feel of Yusti's wing "Yay thats super she can stay longer and flying with a gria should be a super fun and unique experience for you Mari, I must say I am a little jealous" she admitted spinning around on the spot until she was sure both she and Zadina were dizzy enough "Hehe spinning is fun and I know I said I would look after her plus we said we would try and sell some of Satoshi's unwanted clothes to people"

Satoshi frowned looking at her glass "Don't go pouring me anymore of that stuff, I don't want to end up drunk plus you have hardly had anything to drink so I would feel bad" she instructed noticing how much of the bottle had been emptied. "You'll have to get in touch with water again if you are to visit my place as you need either a boat or to swim to get to the village and the boats are all kept for the way out."
Felina nodded warming herself up by shuffling around on the spot "We go to a lot of places and meet a lot of people so we may atually meet one. Plus our friends have connections particulaly folk like Seph and Alpha so maybe they might know someone who is an expert in looking after magical creatures" she suggested optimistically.
Yusti chuckled surprised by Hebal's response "Umm... you know it's not that great being carried by gira around the place because of how tightly we have to keep hold of you. Also you will have to keep a really tight hold of Sophia so she doesn't fall. I am sure someone would catch her if she does but we don't want to risk that" she instructed

Gil chuckled "Relax your only one ahead of me and I'm almost finished this but if you think your gonna get tipsy I'll leave it alone" he said putting the bottle down "But I'd rather take the boat to your place" he chuckled.
Oassu nodded "I suppose one of them might know something about it they've been around long enough, couldn't hurt to ask them" he said moving closer to Felina to keep her warm "Look its the finale" he said as a series of rapid large fireworks ascended to the sky.
Mari shrugged "My armour is tight it's not a problem and I'd never let anything happen to my Sophia besides whoever catches her would get the fright of a lifetime" she laughed picturing it.
Itaka smiled "I guess thats very noble of her, Mari too though she's actually very good with her sword I think her latent abilities will get the better of her. Technically it's not a spell she's using and she can't control it so the power of her strikes will be high but what tricks do you have up your sleeve?" he asked.
Zadina giggled "We're going to be running all over the complex getting Sophia and Satoshi's clothes, you thought any about how we're going to set up the stall?" he asked Hebal before being spun till dizzy.

Seph smirked putting her hand over her mouth and shaking her head "Now I couldn't tell you about that kind of thing otherwise you'll have an advantage over me if we are to battle. You'll just have to wait and see what I end up doing" she winked at him pulling Itaka and Chobi onwards "Mari could be a dark horse in the competition so long as she can avoid her abilities draining her too quickly"
Hebal stood still trying to get back to her normal to watch the fireworks finale "We won't be needing to be running around if Satoshi gets it all prepared for us and maybe helps with teleporting. I would like to think my jumping would also help speed stuff up. I was thinking though that we may need to go up to the arena staff and ask if we can borrow a table" she cheerfully panned out turning slightly to let Zadina get a better view past the bushes.

Satoshi grinned bending forwards to give Enkidu a bit of attention by stroking his tail "In that case you'll have to bring your own boat or kanoe because they won't be provided for you... helps keep the place a secret. But the rest of the wine is yours, I've had my share and don't fancy stumbling around the streets of Kunec" she claimed hugging Enkidu.
Felina gasped in amazement at the fireworks exploding across the sky in the shapes of a group of gria fighting against a dragon "Wow this is a pretty cool display, makes me wonder how they make all those shapes, it's got to be a mixture of magic and explosives for that one" she pondered rubbing Oassu's back while she watched.
Yusti laughed not having thought that far ahead "Hehe I guess that could be problematic for if the wrong person were to catch her she may plummet further and I might have to do a dive for her. I don't like high speed diving too much so hopefully it won't happen. It may look fun when watching but it's a massive strain on the eyes" she muttered her attention shifting to the display again

Gil smiled seeing Enkidu look at Satoshi gratefully "Well then why don't we just save it for later then?" he suggested corking the bottle and cuddling Satoshi "I can't swim or canoe with my armour though, and I don't want to just leave it lying around." he said.
Oassu nodded "I think most of these are half magic half explosives, they must've got some outside help with it since I only thought Gria's could deal with nature magic" he said admiring the display.
Mari frowned "Well nice to know you'd do that but don't worry I won't drop her she's too precious to me" she said patting Sophia's head who was now sleeping in her arms.
Itaka smiled "I guess so, though you've got me interested now in what you can do, Mari is good with a sword and I reckon they'll keep her healthy enough if she tells them about her predicament." he said as they reached the complex.
Zadina shook his head "Don't worry about setting up the stall I have a special spell in my book that can help us with that but sure she'll teleport us if she's not busy" he said brightly as he stopped to watch the end.

Seph nodded pulling from her bag her and Itaka's contest passes to get past the rather board looking gria guarding the complex entrance "Yeah hopefully she has remembered that little deal but I bet everyone is more concerned with having Sophia around" she predicted glancing around the main area inside and what facilities were provided for them. "These guys sure now how to meet your every need" she smiled impressed by the amount of services there was.
Hebal gasped and clapped her hands excitedly at the final fireworks "You could have said that before silly since getting a table was the hard part. We can probably just carry the clothes and if any are too much you could float them down with us. But doesn't that dragon firework look awesome like its gonna jump up and go rwar!" she cheered.

Satoshi shrugged glancing up at the sky using hand gestures to get Enkidu to also look up "In that case you should just take it off and swim over I would be able to carry your armor for you in a bag. It's not so hard to carry equipment over if you can swim well and know how to hold things in water. Have you ever tried canoeing before? It's really fun and great for two people" she added lightly poking Gil's leg with her toes.
Felina scratched her head obseving the fireworks for a longer period of time before nodding her head "Yes they most definitely are part magic, thost shapes are not one you could get with just an ordinary explosive. But you know there is a large population of moogles in Kunec too. Although it's not common there are the odd black mage moogles around"
Yusti glanced down at Sophia then shifted her gaze back to the firworks "It's kinda funny how something so small can fall asleep with all the loud bangings coming from above her. You'll also have to keep her calm but you probably know all that already so I won't go into a bigger safety lecture" she yawned.

Gil smiled "Is that a hint? We can go canoeing if you like but you couldn't take my armour either its too heavy you'd just sink straight out thats why I need a good boat" he sighed "It's sounding like it'd be harder to get your place." he said
Oassu smiled "Those must've been the ones who helped" he said as a giant moogle firework went off in the sky "I bet that one was in thanks to them for their help" he chuckled.
Mari nodded "But don't worry she won't see me fight so she won't get mad, Hebal is gonna look after her but she seems nice and calm just now, musta had a tiring day" she said
Itaka nodded "I guess the jacuzzi and wine were pleasent surprises but what else do they really have here for us?" he asked looking around "But I'm sure Sophia will be fine, they won't allow her to fight alongside Mari so there is no danger." he said.
Zadina cheered "That one looks coooool" he said cheering along "But yeah we'll have great fun selling all Satoshi's stuff tommorow she can make some nice money from it!" he said

Seph looked around having to squint slightly to read the signs of all the surrounding buildings "Well lets see... theres an infirmary, a spa, some shops selling food and drink and other things, a bar, a resturant and a few other things with the signs being too small to read" she informed him pointing out each building she mentioned.
Hebal sighed in disappointment but also applauded the last of the fireworks "Aww all over already? I wanted more" she quietly complained gently placing Zadina on the ground "Maybe we should demand a tiny bit of the profit as a reward for selling it. But we will have to try and look as cute as possible to get more customers in" she planned out rubbing her hands together.
