Yes and no. I'm just so off when it happens. It's like rolling a ball on an unbalanced table. I'm going to bed to remedy this. >n> Thanks for asking about me. Have a good night~

Goodnight, My little Foxi!! [Glomp!] STARFISHREALLYLOVESYOU!!!
It seems I somehow ended up getting into some random bit of soul-searching for Koji in my filler post for the main. It really wasn't my intention until I started writing and it all just sort of.. spilled out. I like it so, whatevs
Also, My mom, Foxi, and I went to go see Les Miserables the other night... ;o; it was fantastic! I, unfortunately, never read it or saw a play, or even heard the soundtrack before the movie. Somehow it slipped under my modern classic musical radar. All I had heard about it was that "it's really good" and "it's really sad" and that it had something to do with the French Revolution. ANYway! I absolutely loved it and I was crying through practically the whole thing. I'm not sure if there is such a thing as spoilers for a 150-year-old book. But, seeing as how I had never read it or heard any information about the story or characters before the movie, I'll go ahead and hide my spoilers anyway, just in case anyone is as ignorant to the plot as I was.
[and since the spoilers don't work properly in the thread recap below the posting window, I'm gonna double spoiler-proof a few of them.. because.. just because]
So, going into the movie knowing that it was sad and being warned that I would cry, I sort of expected everyone to die, because I'm pessimistic like that. [And then of course it turned out I was right.] And I still cried regardless. Anne Hathaway was amazing in the movie. Her performance and the emotion she showed while singing was enough to move me to tears, and of course what her character had to go through made my cry as well. [I really did NOT expect her to die so soon into the movie though.] Marius and Eponine were my OTP mostly because I'm a sucker for unrequited love. [I thought that whole love at first sight bullshit with Marius and Cosset was way too ********' cheesy for such a dramatic and emotional story and as happy as I am that she found a husband so Jean Valjean didn't have to worry about protecting her anymore, I still wish their relationship hadn't been as flat as it was.] Marius and his friends were the most handsome ******** ever. [I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY KILLED THE ******** LITTLE KID THAT s**t PISSED ME OFF] One of my favorite characters by the end was Javert. I knew that there was going to be some turning point with his character because he just kept doing the same exact thing in every scene he was in and I just kept waiting for him to do something different for once.
warning: end of character's plot line detailed: [I was SO sad that he died. Honestly, his suicide probably hit me worse than Eponine dieing. He came so close to making a transformation, and I was so overwhelmed when he pinned his medal to the dead child. By his final moment, he was in the same place Valjean was at the start of the film. He was being shown mercy even though there was no reason to. He had the opportunity to realize his mistakes and make something better out of his life. To do something GOOD with his position. But he was so stubborn and stuck in his thinking that all actions are either total good or total evil, nothing in between. It just made me so incredibly sad to see that he couldn't accept that things aren't always black and white and took his own life because he had been spared by the man he was trying to capture.]
So yeah. The music was amazing, Anne Hathaway's singing was breathtaking, and I now own the movie soundtrack as well as a 3-disc Soundtrack from the play.

You should read the book. It's so good once you begin to understand the older English. I sobbed at the end for a good twenty minutes. xD

You call that main post filler? I call it a 5-star post. We finally see a piece of Koji's thoughts on the gang.
