Komen was now a 2 feet below the ground and looked up at Neji. "Hey Neji. How was that?" komen asked as he jumped out of the hole. Neji watched Komen jump out and nodded to him. "You did fine Komen. A bit rusty but you just need to practice that move more. THat technique believe it or not took the longest for me to master." He told Komen as he walked toward the inside of his house. "Come Komen I think we need a rest. After that. I will teach you the most destructive technique of the Hyuuga Clan." Komen yawned as he stretched. "I can't wait." komen had a smile as he was starting to feel a bit sore now.

Neji sat on a chair and relaxed as he pulled out a small cup and a tea kettle that already had some hot tea residin insde of it. Neji took the liberty to pour Komen a cup. "Come Komen have a nice cup of tea and relax." Komen did as Neji said and pulled up a chair.

"So komen what have you been up to before the Chunnin Exams? Have you had a mission yet?" Komen shook his head side to side. I have yet to have a Konoha mission. I've been busy training lately to have a misison imparted on me." Neji drank his tea and nodded, "I see. Hmmm after this rest would you like to join me on a small mission? It was a request by a town on the outskirts of Konoha."

"Hmmm ok. I'm game Neji." Komen said as he drank his tea down. Having a chance to have a mission for the first time excited Komen to a unforeseen level. After a few moments of quiet and relaxation both Neji and Komen had finished their tea. Neji got off his chair and walked toward the exit. "Come Komen we must be off. We need time to gather information their before nightfall hits that town." Komen wondered why they needed to rush if it was such a short assignment. "Ummm whats the rush Neji?" Komen asked as he followed Neji out the door.

Neji didn't say a word as he just started to run his way toward the designated Location. "Neji!" Komen said as he quickly gave chase to Neji. Komen still wondered why Neji was going so fast. NejiLooked back to see Komen was keeping very well. "Hmmm Hurry up Komen. Or are you just a slowpoke." Neji smirked as he sped up. Komen smirked as well. "Ohh...the challenge has just been set." Komen started to speed up as well.

Komen was starting to gain on Neji as he didn't want Neji to be the one with the last laugh. "Neji! Your slowing down!" Komen said as he was literally biting at his hells.

Neji smirked as he speeded up to his fastest pace. Komen panted as he had already pushed his speed to it's limit. komen saw neji start to get farther and farther ahead. A bright light at the end of the Forest where Neji and Komen wererunning in blinded Komen a bit. He put a hand in front of his eyes as He saw Neji had stopped at the edge of the forest. Komen stopped right next to Neji. "Is this the Village Neji?" He asked as he stretched his legs a bit after that run. Neji simply nodded and started to walk toward the village.

Komen saw the village coming into Focus. It resembled his own village in many ways but his village definitely had twice the rice fields then this village does. Komen felt like he was at home as he gave a sigh. Neji turned a bit to look at Komen. "Komen keep your mind on the mission never get distracted by your surroundings." He siad as he looked ahead again.

Komen nodded as he kept his eye sight straight ahead. "Alright Neji."

THey both made their way to the Village where they had almost everyeye in the village loking right at them.

Neji walked over to an old man that stood outside of a small but humble hut. Alot of the houses in this village were like big hut like houses. "Sir. I Neji Hyuuga and my partner Komen Usai have come from Konoha to assist in any way possible." Neji said to the old man as he gave a small bow. Komen saw Neji bowing and immediately started to bow along with him. The old man smiled as he heard this wonderful news. "I'm so glad that the Hokage accepted my request for shinobi support. Oh my name Hien Shunabami. I am the village head."

The Village head gave a bow to the both Komen and Neji. As the Village head gave a bow the whole village dropped what they were doing and bowed to them as well. Komen felt kind of weird having an entire village bow to him and Neji, and not the good kind of weird. Neji waited for them to rise before he began to talk to the village head. "So what is it you need the assistance of Konoha shinobi?" Neji asked in his usual tone.

"The village treasure, The horn of the heavens, was stolen last night. It has been a treasured item among the village for generations." THe village said as he showed the empty pedestal that once held the horn.

Neji quickly held a handseal and focused. "Byakugan," He said as the veins in his eyes started to grow larger as his byakugan was active. Neji was loking for traces of a direction the thieves could have gone to. Komen was curious about the horn as he turned to the Village head as Neji did his searching. "So what was so special about this Horn of the Heavens?" Komen asked as the Village head turned to him as well. "The legend that is told generation of generation says that the horn of the heavens was a great shinobi's weapon. He was able touse that horn to create miraculous winds that swept his enemies off thier feet and straight into deaths hands."

Komen's eyes opened wide as he heard that. "No way. Did the legend say the Shinobi's name that weilded the horn of the Heavens?" Komen asked like an overly excited little boy. "The Shinobi's name was Rai Jyuunbin. A rather strange name but that shinobi was born and raised here and fought in the first shinobi wars. He eventually died in a battle long ago and only his horn was able to return to this village where he was born." Komen heard that small story and was amazed. "Wow now that is a real shinobi." Neji simply continued to hunt for clues as Komen talked.

"Hmmm. Neji did you find anything yet?" Kome asked as he walked next to him. Neji was studying the scene and finally saw a faint dirt trail. It was covered up almost perfectly. "Komen be on your guard. We are fighting against shonobi." He said as he jumped into the thicket and Komen Followed. Neji kept his eyes on the tracks and the signs of broken leaves in the area. "Hmmm...they were moving pretty fast through here. We need to quicken our search. komen use your Byakugan." He said to Komen as he increased his pace.

Komen held the handseal as he turned his byakugan on. He kept his eye on the tracks until he saw Kunaiscoming in fast. "Neji!" Komen said as he dodged the few that were flying at him. Neji smirked as he jumped out of the way and caught the last one that flew right for his head. "Hmmm these shinobi mean business." Neji said as he chased after them.

Komen followed Neji as he saw that their was only two shinobi. "At least the fight is even." Komen said as he charged the chakra at his shoulder. THe shinobi's split up and came at Komen and neji for a one on one.

Komen faught a shinobi that was thin but not too thin. A regular run in the mill shinobi. He had strange garbs that were black and gold. Komen dodged a poison mist strike from the shonibi. "Damn...a degenerative Shinobi." Komen said as he watched the shinobi's moves. "Hmmm..." Komen said as the shinobi did another set of handseals. This time a kunais started to appear out from thin air and fly toward komen. Komen gave a surprised look and was struck all over. The shinobi smirked as he saw that his Kunai clone technique had succeeded.

komen hit the ground on his knees and a puff of smoke engulfed him. It turned out that the Komen that was struck was a substitution. Komen held his stance behind the ninja. The ninja turned around and didn't have time to counter. "EIGHT TRIGRAM 128 PALM!" Komen turned a 360 degree spin and delivered the first two paralyzing blows. "HAKKE!" He performed the 128 strikes and the shinobi lie on the group unconcious. Komen had finally learned the move when he was in the heat of battle and saw the shinobi's tenketsu points more clearly.
