actually gaia does most the work.
first you copy the url address
then go to gaia and post a message. above the message screen are option like Bold, Underline, color, etc. well one of the buttons says URL you click that. it open up a box and you paste the url address you copied earlier. then you hit ok. then it opens another box. this time you type in what you want to call it. then hit enter and poof you're done.
