Felina groaned taking a seat on the roof and pulled Oassu down with her "Aww but I don't wanna. I wanna stay here a little longer and enjoy the fireworks since I enjoy looking at the nice colours" she complained gently bouncing Cid's bubble up and down to keep him entertained while he watched.
Satoshi nodded almost kicking over her glass by crossing her legs "Yeah I've delt with fireworks a couple of times. When I was just starting off as a ninja we had to do all kinds of small tasks like helping people set off displays. what about you? Have your travels ever lead you to have a go at setting off fireworks" she wondered taking another significantly smaller sip of wine.
Yusti chuckled rolling onto her back "If you say so but you shouldn't underestimate how much damage someone can do because of their age. We've seen 30 year old men get their asses kicked in this tournament by 10 year olf girls before" she told Mari snickered to herself at the very thought of the memory.

Oassu smiled "Then we can stay a little longer I guess, they can just wait for us you know it's no big deal really besides they'll probably want to watch the fireworks too" he said kissing Felina's ear.
Gil nodded sipping his wine "No it's not something...I'm generally hired to do" he laughed "Your ninja missions sound really tame to start off, I've never had to do anything that hasn't involved battle" he said.
Mari frowned "I guess so but my little baby doesn't know Karma yet," she said bouncing Sophia happily in her lap "And I don't wanna risk her getting badly hurt or anything you know?" she said.
Zadina giggled joining Hebal "Sure she could but I doubt she could make ones as big as that" he said gasping as Ivy's magic made Hebal float off the ground.
Itaka nodded "She loves her mummy more though I'll bet but we can have some nice hot noodles and cold wine in a warm hot tub when we get back" he whispered in her ear.

Seph grinned lightly nudging Itaka with her horns "Alternatively we could eat first and then settle down there but I bet Chobi would love you just as much if you had a role in feeding her every now and then and maybe stop to listen to her chatting for a while" she whispered back then turned her head to glare at a group of dwarves whispering about the odd couple by the fountain with the chocobo.
Hebal gasped in surprise but stretched her arms out pretending to be swimming through the air "Hehe this pixie dust is kinda fun but don't make me raise anymore or else I'll float away to dangerous places ok Ivy?" she giggled holding onto Zadina's hands pulling him up into the air with her "Are you getting some future ideas for making fireworks Zadina? If you could make a rainbow like that it would be awesome!"

Satoshi laughed quietly slowing down the amount she was drinking to match Gil's speed "Yeah the missions have to be quite tame to start off with. The newbie ninja age range is usually 7-14 depending on how good you are or how early you first went to ninja school. They gotta be suitable for a 7 year old but those ones are usually the most fun, you miss out wuth all your battle missions" she answered giving Gil a playful pat on the arm.
Felina sighed happily holding cid's bubble steady to return a kiss to Oassu "Yeah your right about that, in fact knowing Hebal and Zadina they won't have even considered returning to meet us out of being destracted by the display" she laughed snuggling into Oassu and stroking his back forgetting for a moment Jenna was still around.
Yusti yawned but nodded her head in understanding "Yeah yeah I get it and good luck teaching her not to karma you for not allowing her to have sweeties and expensive toys whenever she wants them" she muttered shuffling about trying to get her tail out the way as it was destroying her comfort.

Gil smiled taking another sip of his wine "Sounds kinda cute at that age did you get loads of fun missions back then?" he said letting Satoshi relax a little more on him.
Jenna groaned "Tell you what I'll go back to the place you agreed to meet the others at and check on who is there and let them know you'll meet them soon ok?" she said mounting Boco. Oassu nodded "Sounds good but where were you gonna meet them again?" he asked Felina having forgotten.
Mari smiled "She won't she's a wuvly little tonberry isn't she" she said planting a kiss on Sophia's head "Besides hopefully she won't get all stroppy like that" she said
Itaka kissed Seph's horns as she nudged him "Whatever you like but I hope she likes me a little," he said turning Seph's head back to face the fireworks "Don't worry about them, they're just jealous they don't have girlfriends half as beautiful as you" he smirked.
Ivy sighed letting Hebal down disappointedly causing Zadina to giggle "Aww I think she wanted to take you up to see the fireworks you know?" he said "But I could try one day maybe...." he said uncertainly "I don't know much about explosives though"

Hebal smiled offering Ivy a flower from the garden as a thanks for the brief floating "Too close to fireworks bad and can burn you, plus I don't want to float out the city and get lost in the sky. Would be too weird but who needs explosives when you can have prett magic spells and then I could copy them off you"
Seph blushed, her face matching the colour of the latest firework "Maybe so but then again it would depend on what they would define as beautiful. I bet that lot are just party poopers who can't be bothered to find their own firework spotting place" she complained warping the group a few streets down without even bothering to turn back around

Satoshi shook her head leaning forwards and scratching Enkidu behind the ears "Nah they were often far from fun. Most of the early tasks were simple like that but very hard work with things including washing a mountain of dishes, hearding cows and peeling 1000 onions in a day ... how I hated that one" she groaned thinking back to the mission.
Felina grinned happy with Jenna's suggestion "sure that sounds like a good plan so long as you don't mind missing any fireworks. I told them to meet by the airship and do you need a hand getting back down again?" she asked letting go of Oassu in case she had to stand up missing a sparkly green firework as a result.
Yusti paused admiring the next selection of green and blue fireworks in the shapes of snakes and dragons "Thats a good thing then, when babies and kids go like that it's the perfect sign of lousy parents who spoil them rotten. Oh and it may interest you to know that your being wathed by a pair of moogles who I think may be a little araid of you" she added quietly pointing to the bushes.

Gil nodded "I guess but I could easily knock out a thousand onions, might be a little painful on the eyes though" he chuckled pausing to admire a flower firework "I guess several arms can help for a lot of things if you use them right" he sighed
Jenna shook her head "Boco can get down don't worry and the fireworks are in the sky, its not like I can miss them" she said hopping off the building. Oassu sighed "Wonder why she left ah well maybe she just wanted to give you and me a little alone time" he snickered.
Mari smiled "I don't know why" she said waving to the bushes "I don't really spoil Sophia, all she has is her Teddy toy I think thats enough" she said "Maybe I'll start her on a soft toy knife or something next" she said while Sophia tried to catch the sparkles that fell after the firework went off.
Ivy smiled hugging the flower. Zadina nodded "I guess I don't really wanna try and use explosives but can you copy every single spell I can cast?" he asked curious.
Itaka nodded "Me too but just relax Seph don't let them bother you, your fine for me and thats all that matters right?" he said kissing her shoulder as the flower firework exploded "Doesn't matter what they think, just enjoy the show" he said happily.

Hebal giggled but shook her head at Zadina "Nope, I can't learn every spell out there but I'm sure if you cast lots and lots of different fireworks spells I'm bound to learn at least one of them" she chirped twirling around towards the flower bed "hehe check that firework out, its like it was made perfectly for Ivy" she commented watching the flower shaped ones.
Seph smiled reclining into Itaka to get comfortable again "I am relaxled enough you know, it's just sometimes having people around you can be somewhat... annoying but problem solved" she answered listening to the continuing kwehs made by Chobi in response to each firework before giving her tail a good tug to get it out the way. "I only moved those guys a few streets over so they cant get too lost"

Satoshi laughed quietly at Gil giving each hand on the side she was closest to a high five "Yeah having multiple arms or clones is a really big help but that was only the onions I had to peel, the other three members had to do 1000 as well so you can probably imagine we all had sore eyes when we got home that night" she added shuffling around Enkidu to hug Gil from behind.
Felina scratched her chin watching Jenna move away from them "I dunno why she wanted to go but I am kinda glad in a selfish way because it means I can spend more time watching these with you" she shrugged pulling him into squishy hug and a kiss "I don't know about you but I reackon we've had a nice little family evening out" she chuckled keeping an eye on Cid.
Yusti couldn't help but burst off laughing as the moogles quickly scurried past them hoping they had gone unnoticed "Maybe they were just curious or came up here to have some form of couple alome time. But are you going to give Sophia learn knife safety while your there? If so you should enlist her into the girl scouts. You two might have fun there" she suggested half joking.

Gil gasped as he got a hug "Your certainly happy aren't you" he said reclining into Satoshi "Still bet you had some really fun missions to do too but....who would need 1000 onions?" he asked confused as he sipped his wine.
Oassu chuckled returning the hug and snuggling into her "Yeah your right maybe Jenna was just being nice to us then letting us have a little private moment together" he said kissing her.
Mari frowned "I don't think we can go to girl scouts I'll need to teach her myself besides maybe I'll train her to use a samurai sword instead" she chuckled happily.
Zadina nodded "Right...but its just the one spell for all things you know? There's not really multiple firework spells its just how you use the one spell you know?" he tried to explain.
Itaka nodded "Well we're not exactly in a private place anyone can access the fountain you know, but don't worry" he laughed "Chobi certainly seems to be having a good time, guess she's never seen anything like this." he said.

Hebal sighed in disappointment at Zadina's news but soon cheered up again upon seeing a rainbow firework "Shame it's just one spell but never mind, maybe I can ask one of my old pals to show me how to make the really pretty ones and then we could have a total firework display showdown!" she challenged him while she juggled 5 apples that happened to have fallen on the ground.
Seph also nodded patting Chobi on the back hoping not to disturb her too much "Yeah I know it's public and all but I like being selfish plus I don't like it when people stare at me and make me feel self conscious like that" she explained dismounting her chocobo to sit on the fountain next to her "the view is a little better from here"

Satoshi nodded tightening her grip around Gil's waist "What reason do I have not to be happy about right now. I mean I have a good firework display, good drink, good view and good company" she pointed out releasing one of her arms to get another sip of the wine "Umm I got to rescue kitties out a tree and got to work in a chocolate factory. Your allowed to eat as many as you want in the factory so long as you don't try and take any home" she laughed.
Felina smiled tilting her head to look at the next firework which had made the loudest bang so far "Who knows why, could have been down to Boco for all we know. Hows your arm doing by the way? I noticed it's been a while since you last said your arm was hurting so I hope it feels better" she suddenly remembered.
Yusti shuddered not even wanting to picture the horrifying image of a fully grown Sophia coming at everyone with a samurai sword "Umm ok if thats what you think will be best for her but the sword might be a little heavy for her little arms even if it's only a small one like a wakizashi" she muttered hoping to put Mari off the idea.

Gil smiled "Glad you think so" he said feeling comfortable against Satoshi "Still your job sounds awesome, I wish I'd been allowed to work in a chocolate factory as a kid" he said amazed.
Oassu smiled "My arm's feeling quite well thanks for asking, I think it'll be ready in a few days more as it's still not 100% you know..." he sighed wiggling his fingers at the end of his cast.
Mari giggled "Well sure she can I'll train her to be really strong with her arms so she can wield one, if not then I expect her to at least be talented with a knife" she said as Sophia hopped slightly at the sight of the loud firework.
Zadina giggled "You'd still lose my magical fireworks are still very good you know, they impressed Amane I think but if thats what real explosive fireworks can do you may beat me" he said clapping as Hebal juggled the apples.
Itaka nodded "I guess I can see why, but you never struck me as one who'd be self concious considering your....usual attire" he chuckled "I dunno if it's comfier though." he said getting off to sit next to Seph on the edge of the fountain dipping his fingers in the water.

Seph smirked putting her hand in the fountain and flicked a bit of water at Itaka playfully "Now if I wasn't a little self conscious at times then there would be the odd occasion where I might be going around the streets looking silly without noticing it. For example if I had cream on my nose or something like that" she laughed dipping her tail in the water.
Hebal paused standing on one leg while she juggled the apples before using her toes on the other leg to grab hold of another apple and toss it into the pile she was already juggling "See if I spend loads and loads of time practicing with the explosives then maybe I'll be able to have a great firework competition with you but it's no surprise Amane liked your fireworks. She loves pretty colours particulaly yellows and blues and greens"
