2. A Tazmission that strangles Matt Striker, and leads to unconciousness or even death.

Technically Tazzplex should be the word being defined. Therefore your definitions would look like this.
Tazzplex
1. A grappling hold that strangles the oponent, and leads to unconsciousness or even death.
2. A chokehold that strangles those inferior to Matt Striker and leads to unconciousness or even death.
