Yeah, it's part of the Luck clause. No use of items that take effect with luck.. King's Rock, Razor Claw, Scope Lens, Quick Claw, Razor Fang, Focus Band...
But like I said, technically we never really established clauses. And I'm usually the same way. Ubers bother me.. but I'll fight them from time to time.
EDIT: Steelix's defense is pretty badass Jer. I'm sure it can hold onto one or two depending on who's launching it.
Especially with the Shuca Berry :3
But I think Passho berry's right up Steelix's alley :3

I will not deny the epicness that was on my side, I had Live to Win blasting through the whole match, If Jirachi didnt KO I would have lost. then again, you KO'd Sunny >.> It was karma.

We really need to revamp the rules here, with the luck clause and all.

That depends on you and your opponent Toph. xD
Ask your opponent what clauses they wish to activate, if they don't call evasion clause, Double Team is fair game :3
But usually when you call Standard battle or normal battle, they expect a battle with all of the clauses and OU is the ranking of the pokemon.
