Please just google it they surrendered after the second bombing and in between the first and second bombing the U.S.S.R. Invaded some puppet territory ending a neutrality pact wih Japan.

Honestly that was how it was the first time, most posted for a week then poofed. He only stirred up activity when a s**t load of S and SS ranks grouped up to take over his village and he ran away and left his gennin there against people who could kill them by blinking.
