Being able to turn time backwards is a pretty cheap maneuver. How are you supposed to learn from your mistakes if you can just get rid of them? Why try and learn from a mistake when you can fix it?
Wouldn't you rather have learned what happens when you don't fix someone's spleen?

Ahhhh, bite me, Farm Boy. besides. there's a difference between fixing as mistake and trying to erase a mistake. Turning back time is the latter.
