Zero Omega Little Indigo Zero Omega Little Indigo Glad to hear that you had a nice time at a prom. Usually, I hear nightmarish stories about prom; it's nice to hear happy things for once. It was horrible! gonk I got there 54 minutes and 32 seconds late! My suit fell apart! The girl left me on the dance floor after slapping me and knocking me in the nuts! gonk I wonder if such a story has actually happened to someone. There was one where one of my friends' friends had a dress made out of duct tape and her dress fell apart mid-dance. She had no duct tape to fix it, either... And the boat/yacht in which they had their prom had some malfunction so everyone had to go home. And she didn't have a ride because her date ditched her.
I hear a lot of pathetically funny prom failures. xd Who in their right mind goes to prom in a duct tape dress? xd Ah man, I wish I had people tell me hilarious prom failure stories. The Duck tape people are supposed to give you money for college, that's my understanding. ninja

Zelyhon Well, how many of you were impacted by the whole boycott thing today? I'm not going to go into the actual politics, as I don't care/know enough specifics to talk intelligently about it. Anyways, there are two things I want to note: 1) Doesn't it seem a bit counter-productive for teachers to say "no penalties for not coming to class"? That kinda makes it a pointless gesture, as those who honestly couldn't care less take it as an excuse not to go to class (I was good, for some reason. Even with an 8 AM section. gonk ). It is fairly empty if you're able to do that without taking any penalty. Yes, your convictions are strong enough that you are willing to...miss fairly empty lectures with no penalty to you. Just something that struck me. 2) Due to people not being at work, only two of the dining halls were open. For those who don't remember, I work at Dominos. This evening, no dining halls at all were open for late night food. With no other food options, the *ENTIRE CAMPUS* decides that it's a good idea to call Domino's for delivery. From 8 to around midnight, the phone never stopped ringing except the one time the boss turned them off so we could catch up. Then again at midnight when he decided "Y'know, we're pretty much out of dough from a busy weekend (since the weekend had an order of 75 extra large pizzas in addition to normal weekend orders.) and turned them off for good. Then I got to go home once we finished the 30+ pizzas that had backed up on the screen. Yet strangely, that was the best day of work I've had in a while. Enough to keep me busy and to keep people off my back about criticizing every little thing. blaugh I wasn't impacted...but I just think it's stupid. Of course, I don't think the bill should be passed because there is too much bad in there that I don't agree with. Simultaneously, I don't agree with people easily being here illegally when all other countries are a lot more difficult to stay in illegally. I have no issue with immigrants...legal ones, or even illegal ones putting back into society. People seem to think I'm a crazy Republican who wants a white America. talk2hand But I think people need to respect May Day as any other holiday and not hold people accountable for standing up for something they truely believe in, no matter how trivial or not it may seem. That's part of what America is founded on. But then people were urged not to go to the demonstration if they could not skip work and they didn't want students skipping school, but just wait until after school to go.

Zelyhon Well, how many of you were impacted by the whole boycott thing today? I was in training for my sexual assault crisis counseling certification. I was aware of the boycott, but this training is important to me, as well. Especially since part of the training involves the issues surrounding immigrants.

Blargh crying Which test is it? CompSci. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, so I think I pulled a 4. -crosses fingers- Calculus is tomorrow, but I'm not very worried about that. I'm pretty good at calculus, so I'm just doing major topic review tonight. And then I'm done with APs gonk And then have 2 projects to finish for Thursday crying Ah well. At least I have only one final and then one week to hang out around campus until I graduate cool -goes to study >.>-

Zelyhon Streamjumper Zelyhon Kinetic Dream Zelyhon Also entirely possible. What cares a vampire if they get hit by a car? Unless it's made of silver. Or on fire. Or Holy. Or if a werewolf's driving it. Truth, where does one draw the line? I mean, technically, a car's engine is superheated, and therefore 'technically' could be considered on fire. And what if it was painted silver? Could you trick a vampire into dying? What about golf carts, since the single most powerful man of the western religious world rides around in one? And really Zel, what self respecting werewolf would be out in the middle of the day? stare ... xp Hmm...That gave me a great idea. An Ahouron Bone Gnawer who uses an engine (with a fire spirit tied to it) on a silver pole as a giant bludgeoning/burning weapon to kill vampires with during the day. XD Check the Bone Gnawer tribebook... one of the totems is automotive... the General Lee. Hmm...Can it be made into a weapon? XD Not really, but it does give the pack bonuses when they use tools as weapons... Trust me... look up this totem. I think you will want to play a pack that has it.

I keep trying to come up with a humorous response using your description, but it seems to make me realize how few people hang out regularly anymore. So, I'll simply say, Hoorah. Because a new face is a new face. And new faces mean a lower percentage that I, and my clone breathern, will be Gator bait. Then again, it also means that several of your brethren may be slain so I have parts for my plots to haze her. Either way, it looks like a win-win situation from where I'm standing. twisted

MegamanPsy In word processing today we had to use a quote in a power point presentation, and I use Stream's piledrive quote. Teacher: Let me see that. Me: *Hands paper* Teacher: ......I don't like that quote. Me: I'm not changing it. Teacher: You're supposed to use a quote from a famous author or someone you respect. Me: He's not an author, but I respect him more than anyone around here. Teacher: Why doesn't he have a last name? Me: No one has ever lived to hear it. I don't think she likes me. surprised I know you've already been told, but I spent about 10 minutes laughing after this and even grinned and chuckled a few times during the day thinking about it. For this, there must be a reward. I'll tell ya what; I normally don't take requests, but name one person here you want maimed horribly and I'll do it.

Peppermint Elf Malaryush Peppermint Elf Mmm.... donuts.... heart
Hello new lunchmeats person! 3nodding ... I should make a sammich. That's real food, right? But it doesn't take a lot of preparation. Yes. I should make a sammich. I think it depends on the sammich. Bologna, ham, and turkey don't take a lot of effort. PBJ takes a bit more effort due to the opening of multiple jars. Tuna takes even more effort as you have to open the can, drain the water, add mayo, mix, then apply to bread. I advise agaist tuna... and any grilled sammiches as they go against the code of lazy and into the realm of too much work. 3nodding Its still more work than tearing open condiment packets and sucking the contents... Odds are that Mala won't do it.
