Seto poked Rei's stomach, grinning. "Hmm, there seems to be skin in the way. Should I carve it out?"

Reis eyes widen agian as she covered her stomach moving out of setos reach "dont touch me you monster!"

"Aww, but aren't I your husband?" Seto changed the power of his Millennium Rod so that he was only partially controlling Bakura, and his face shifted out of the smirk Seto usually had into a concerned look by Bakura, his voice the same. His eyes still had the glassy look in them, though. He scooted over to be closer to Rei. "After everything we've been through together... you call me a monster?"

Rei's eyes looked slightly confused "..seto...leave bakura alone..please leave bakura alone seto...." she dident know to belive if it was her hubasnd or not. tears started gathing in her eyes "I want my husband..."

He gently held onto Rei, pulling her into a hug. "Shh, shh, it's okay. I don't know what the hell just happened, but if it was that damned priest, I'll kill him." He pulled away, studying Rei carefully. "Did he hurt you in any way?"

Rei shook her head no "he...he said he was going to kill our child...Said he should carve it out..." rei clung to bakura and started sobbing softly.

He hugged Rei tightly back, putting his cheek against the side of her head. "Don't worry, I wouldn't really do that. It'd make far too big of a mess." Seto hissed into her ear.

Rei let out a startled cry and tried to pull away her eyes huge.

Seto grabbed onto Rei's wrists, disabling her from pulling away, grinning like a madman. "Can I have a kiss before I go?"

Rei struggled still trying to get away from him "No!" she yelled squirming.

"Hmph, fine." Seto said with a frown, getting up and moving away from Rei. He considered three things; force Rei into kissing him, just let Bakura have the body, or leave Bakura a present. He chose the last two as he pulled out a dagger from within Bakura's red cloak. In a single, swift motion, he plunged it into Bakura's stomach, making sure to avoid striking anywhere that would make him die. He didn't want the thief dead; just wounded enough for when Raia finished gathering men and came to finish the job Seto had first hired him for. Seto quickly pulled out of Bakura's body after that.
Bakura came back into control of his body with a searing pain in his middle. Looking down, his hands were covered in blood from where he had them pressed against his stomach, where the handle of his own dagger was sticking out grotesquely. He fell to his knees, trembling in pain but not making a single sound.

Rei gasped "bakura!" she cried out. She slid the dagger out and grabed the neared blanket pressing on the wound. "bakura lay on your back" she told him gently making him lay down . Sh started to rip the blanket to bandage his wound. tears were still running dwn her cheaks. She felt awful that she dident stop the priest.

The modern Bakura, always one to enjoy pain, doubted that the thief could bear this, and took control of the body, swearing breathlessly at the pain. "God I never would have thought I'd miss hospitals more than I do now..." He mumbled in Japanese, because that language came easier to him.

"no kidding. You think im crazy about giving birth without a hospital?" she said in japanese.she took his hand and made him press on the wound "hold that. I need to get a needle and thread." she said quickly getting up.

Bakura's hands shook as he struggled to apply pressure to the wound. "Is it just me or does the guy have something with stabbing people in the stomach?" He asked a little bit later, not even sure or caring if she was back. "First you, when Bakura had to get down and plead for the priests to send you back to the modern world, and now this..." The incident where the priest had stabbed Rei was one of Bakura's 'first' memories, before she had gone to the modern world and then got sent back to the past, where Bakura didn't remember her.
