Wash form is better in general. Fire typing is not that good of a wall, which is the only reason torkoal is NU.

The fire forms only fire attack is overheat... which halves your sp atk stat... so no thank you xd
but anyways, the wash forms ability to counter scizor, isn't so much in the offensive,... but more in its ability to shrug off scizros attacks. being 4x resistant to bullet punch. and can further cripple scizor with will-o-wisp.
besides, taking down scizor with a fire type has never been a good strat, its so obvious that hey just switch out, and fuel a flash fire poke.
its always best to use something that is seemingly unthreatening.

I don't use Rotom that much which makes it a disadvantege to me if someone uses one of his forms cause I gotta know which type it is
although I'm sure the forms are banned right?
