Looking from the window, she clenches her jaw. Her eyes fixed on a mortal talking with another, but it didnt work. Ignoring the tears, she closes her eyes. "..Its nothing right now. Other things come first."

Gaijin lets go of her as she moved to stand and go get her shirt. When she comes back, he's reaching for his own raggedy shirt and pulling it down over his torso. He smiles gently and nods. Of course I'm up for it. That sounds like alot of fun, especially with you. He stands and goes over to the desk, pullin on his coat and arming himself as usual. Even a joyful time could turn into a fight after all. There were people after him. Lead the way.

*Logan stood and pulled the bag onto her shoulders as she headed for the door. She walked by his side to the cliffs, vaulting the wall and then wandering to the other side of the cliff top where she dumped her bag before pulling some random wood from the area and piling them at the edge of the area, in a small circle made from small rounded stones.
She turns to him as he approaches and speaks.*
Not enough wood up here, i'll go get some from the shore line, down there.
*she motions over the edge of the ledge. She had done it many times before.*

Returning to the bed, she keeps him from getting up by gently pressing on his shoulders. "Thats not healthy." She remembered how Shadow Shi had told her. The whole 'Sir Jace' speech. Wrenching those thoughts from her mind, she looks down at him. "Its nothing. He was careless. I wont be."

They make the trip through the city together rather quickly, and fortunately without any incident. They soon some upon the wall to where the cliffs are. Logan is of course able to vault easily over it. Gaijin curls his legs and leaps, catching the corner and pulling himsef up. He then swings his legs over and drops down the other side. There were problems to being short and human. Oh well. He followed her to the spot, nodding. Alright. Be careful. And with that he sat down, waiting for her.

I'll be extra careful... i have seen whats down there...
*And before he had chance to argue or say a word she ran and dived from the edge of the ledge into the dark water disappearing beneath the waves as they crashed on the cliff faces.*

Gaijin knew that it would do no good trying to shield Logan from every little danger. She wouldn't have any of that and he damn well knew it. So he had let her do this, after all it was just getting wood for the fire so it's not as if she were jumping in to wrestle sharks. Though he wouldn't put it past Logan to try doing that given the chance. Still, he sat there and waited for her to come back.

Closing her eyes, she wraps her arms round his. "Its not worse than whats happened to you." Refraining from leaning on him, she lets out a breath. "It can all wait, till we have you back. That Vampire wont have a clue where to start looking."

*Logan surfaced and swan a short way along the cliffs to a small area of shingle where a load of wood usually washed up. She piled quite a large amount up and then wrapped it into her jacket which she had brought along for this purpose. She then swam back out a way - knowing the edge was full of potholes and hidden dangers.
She timed waited for the oportune moment, on the crest of a wave, before grabbing the cliff face again and climbing back up with one hand.
once near the top she threw the bundle up before pulling herself up. She stood and piled the wood next to the fire to dry off before heading back to her bag and getting her matches from her gadget kit. She then started to light the fire to dry herself off a bit.*
