XD It means.. "That's ******** up!" but means it in an awesome/cool/epic sort of way, not a bad one. And.. it apparently was only used during the 70s.. XD So it's very silly and such now. 9w9 It's more of a Quebec slang than anything. xD

1- Because Serend found a website with Quebec Slang and was asking me which ones were real (only like a quarter, really)
2- Oh, Serend... the more I've been saying it out loud, the more I realized it's still being used. So you don't look half as Silly as I first tough. But only if you use it while pointing out at something, and not just using it by itself...
