((Croix, Nerwin, Hiruko, Spy, Heavy... And I guess Meiko and Souji since he didn't post anything between the two. Ah well.))
Hiruko smirked lightly and shrugged. "If it weren't for that idiot Hifumi, there wouldn't even be a cat living in the cafe I stay at. It just so happens that the cat likes me more than him, even though the guy's completely obsessed with the thing." Well, it was true. Namu was almost always on his brief case or sitting in his lap... No clue why, either. Almost no one could stand being any where near the brief case other than himself.
Soldier seemed to snap at what Medic said and was instantly up and across the table, once hand firmly on the man's shoulder pressing him against the booth with the other hand grabbing Medic's burger as he attempted to shove the thing down his throat, whether he wanted to or not. Scout took a sip of his float before sighing. "An' there he goes. Guess I should go see what the hell those two are up to..." He stood and scooted the chair back in one motion before cautiously making his way over, seeing if Medic was making any sign that he really needed help from him so that way he didn't throw himself into anything that didn't need him. After all, it'd really suck to have to get a black eye or broken nose just because he got in the middle of one of Soldier's rampages.
Gakupo first thought that she meant it was disheartening that he didn't have too many friends. "Well, it's mostly my fault that I don't have too many friends. I usually just stick with Meiko and Luka, any ways, so it's not like I was really trying to get to know every one else. I do get to be in an opera, though!" He then realized she meant the thing with Faya. He looked down and rubbed the back of his neck. "There really was no need for words. She looked... Really upset, almost slightly angry to see me there while she was with... This guy." Yeah, Scout bieng the one she went to first when she came back hurt some, but he knew it was nothing he could control. She was free to do what ever and who ever since it wasn't like they were even a couple while she was alive the first time. He then looked up to Gumi and smiled. "And thank you, but Meiko and Luka or Luki will already probably come at her like a pair of attack dogs, and I'd rather not let my cute little sister get involved in such drama the first day here. Say, after the mission, why don't we go get sweets and join Luki and Azmaria-chan in the park. They'll be swapping stories while we're gone. It should be fun, especially if we bring Meiko, her new guy Souji-kun, Haku, and Neru." When the food arrived, he grinned widely and accepted the food, having completely missed the show since he hadn't been paying attention. (Fine by him. It was just flipping things around and tossing shrimp at some of the larger people at their grill.)
Luki smiled lightly to Azmaria. "Don't worry. I know several naturlly nervous people quite well. It's just because you haven't been treated as well as you deserve." He listened carefully as she told her story about the abusive uncle. So he was right-- she hadn't been treated well as a younger child. It was so heart breaking to hear that such a sweet-natured girl was treated so cruelly when she was little. When she finished, he thought deeply, his eyes closed as he let the information sink in. He then calmly took a sip of tea before saying, "I'm durable." It was just then that food was laid out in front of them. He thanked them in Japanese before picking up his chopsticks and clapping his hands to say a quick thanks for the food, and breaking the chop sticks apart to start eating.
Oomizu smirked lightly as she took the rose. "Breaking the laws is a big no no for alchemists. If hanging out with Ed taught me anything, it was that you should be careful, because something's going to be taken to make up for what you didn't give up." She crushed the rose in her hand before reopening it to reveal she had turned the rose into a chrysanthemum the same soft pink as the rose. "Magic is the way to go if you want to make something that doesn't cost you jack." She tucked the flower behind his ear with a light giggle before pulling herself out of the spring. "We need to hurry. The others might get impatient if we keep them waiting for hunting too much longer. I need to give them a quick lesson, any ways. Doubt any one going has ever had to deal with the stinkers before." She made sure to keep the towel firmly covering herself the entire time and made no exception even as she walked away with a slight sway in her hips to tease Maverick.

Spy was about to chuckle, but the sound died in his throat when he heard something from one of the other conversations in the room. Good lord, really? Dragons? That is what they were going to be sent out to fight? It seemed impossible, but then again, what was impossible for him seemed commonplace in Quasar... Still, he hoped it was just really big lizards that happened to have the name, instead of gigantic, fire-breathing monsters with stone-hard scales. He'd be about as useful as a log, in that situation. The RED cleared his throat, and asked, "Yes, well... Do you happen to know what sort of mission we are gathering for? I don't yet have a replacement watch, you see, and the Heavy didn't think it necessary to read the message."
He had been expecting this, damn it, how had the Soldier so easily pinned him!? Why couldn't the man be that quick in battle? Without much time to think about things, Medic instinctively tried to turn his head away. The German also struck at the arm holding him in place, aiming for the inside of the elbow, and twisting, trying to use Soldier's weight to knock him to the ground. The fact that Scout was there barely registered.

"I don't mind the drama if it helps you, Gakupo." Gumi said as she scrunched her nose a little like a rabbit. She grabbed his hand and patted it gently before she squeezed it tight. "Besides, the way you make her sound, is intriguing to me. It makes me want to see her, just to see if she's really as evil as you make her out to be." She told him before she nodded gently. "Sure! That'd be so much fun!" She told him with a grin before she noticed that their food arrived. Letting go of his hands, she then grabbed her chopsticks, clasping her hands together before she exclaimed a thank you before she began to eat her meal happily.
Faya continued to sip at her chocolate shake as Soldier then attacked Medic with a hand on his shoulder and the other hand with the burger that Medic was refusing to eat. When Scout stood up from his chair and made his way over there, Faya removed her mouth from the straw before she stirred it about, getting the consistency as even as possible. "Alright, be careful Scout." She told him with a light shrug of her shoulders before she placed her lips back on the straw, continuing to drink her chocolate shake before she continued to watch the situation before her, hoping that things didn't go crazy here.
Azmaria sighed to herself slowly as she finished her story, looking up from her lap, although not making any eye contact with him at all. But at his response to his duribility, her eyes widened as she gasped silently, her head now all the way up, staring at him with slight disbelief. Even though she could cause him a series of bad luck and misfortune, which she would, it's never been doubted before, he still wanted to be her friend. That just made her so happy. But when their food arrive, she stared down at her meal before she pickedup the chopsticks, staring at them in her hand, trying to figure out how Luki was holding them so easily. "Thank you." She whispered shyly as she began to slowly get it after a few trials of trial and error, now beginning to eat some of the noodles slowly.
Bunko sighed to herself as she fastened the belt that held her dress firmly against her waist before she walked across the room and grabbed Faya's sword from against the doorand slid it into the hilt of her belt. She then reached for her bow and quiver of arrows, inspecting the bow lightly, making sure that no one else had handled it in her absense. Glad of her finding nothing, she then slung the quiver of arrows and the bow over her right shoulder, balancing them both there with expert precision. She then walked back over to the mirror as he began to talk about Purgatory and his experiences there. "Oh that's right, I forgot that you had to train in many places in order to become stronger." As she stared at her reflection in the mirror, she didn't look that different. Her hair was actually a bit longer now, so that it just passed her chest if she had it in front. "Okay love, let's go." She said as she turned to him before she walked over to the window and opened it. Grinning, she then hopped out onto the fire escape before she jumped off of that and bent her knees as she landed on the grass to reduce the impact of it all. She then set off in a dead sprint, in the direction of the portal room, excited for new mission at hand.
"And now look at you, ready to graduate to the task force of the floating city any day now, although all of the missions coupled with creating a family with me has hindered that graduation some." Tomoe told him with a smile as he then kissed her lips softly. She blushed gently as he kissed her, it seemed so long since he had. They were almost never alone now, since they were either surrounded by their commrades or in the company of their daughter. She then broke the kiss with a smile, staring up at Alexander lovingly. "I love you."

Raidou looked over to the red Spy who was asking about the mission. He looked as though he belonged in the same world as the Medic and Solder he helped fight with not to long ago. In fact their seemed to be a lot of people who had come to this place in groups. Regardless, he walked over to the Spy. "I heard it was a mission to hunt dragons. Something about the security of the city, maybe were going to tame them. So they will work like guard dogs for Quasar." He told Spy, when he looked him over he seemed like a rather sophisticated looking man, but the mask on his face just gave off the feeling of a common thief. It was probably his detective's intuition getting the better of him though.

Hiruko hated explaining things. He usually got bitter and sarcastic when he had to explain anything... So when some one else stepped over and explained the mission, that was one less thing for Hiruko to deal with. He nodded and replied with, "That is exactly what we are doing. Of course, I'm not in this for the thrill of the whole fighting and hunting down the dragons. I'm more... Feeding my curiosity." That crooked, misplaced smirk of his came onto his face. Ah, he bet a dragon's nightmare was... simply delicious. Definitely something he shouldn't miss out on. Yeah, he's eaten once tonight already, but maybe he could save the new nightmare for a slow day. Yeah, that sounded good...
Soldier cursed and withdrew his arm away from Medic as he was struck. Damn. He forgot that the German was the kind to use that sort of move. He soon found himself face first to the floor and growled before he tried to jump up like an angry dog. It was then that Scout jumped in. When and how he had gotten his bat, who knows, but it was quickly to go in front of Soldier's neck and pull back as Scout wrapped his legs around the man's waist and he gripped the bat with both hands. Soldier gripped the bat and started trying to shake the Scout off. When did he even-- Oh, screw it! Like it mattered when he joined in the fight. The point was now the guy wouldn't let go and probably wouldn't until he calmed down or passed out form the lack of oxygen. Well, like hell he was going to just lay down! He was going to fight! He ran as fast as he could before turning and slamming his back against a wall. Scout grunted and could feel himself slam his head against something hard, but didn't know what exactly it was. Rather than ask questions, he just tightened his grip and called out for Medic to do something to see if the two of them could get the angry American to relax some.
Gakupo smiled and decided to drop the topic. It wasn't like Faya was evil. She had just... changed. But, then again, she was a being of the real world. Even if not human, she still required to change and grow up some as time went by. He, on the other hand, was just exactly the same and always would be. Seeing it actually happen in person for the first time was just a bit of a bitter pill to swallow, but nothing to make him want to hang himself or cut his wrist or something stupid. She was just one girl, after all. He could live without her. He mirrored her actions before picking up some of the grilled eggplant and enjoying every flavor contained in that one bite. "Mmm~! I love real world food. It just seems more colorful than back home. Please remind me to bring home treats for the other when we get home so that they know just how good it is!"
Luki nodded lightly and continued to eat. It wasn't that he was wolfing the food down-- if anything, he was eating quite calmly and politely-- but within a few minutes, half the tuna he had gotten was almost gone. He glanced over and Azmaria having a little problem eating with the chopsticks and decided to help. He sat his down carefully on his plate before he reached over and took her hand into his own. He carefully moved the chopsticks into just the right position before he carefully used his thumb to push her own to mimic the way he moved his own chopsticks. "Try it a little more like that. It's probably a little more comfortable that way. Also, if you move your hand like this when you go to pick up a noodle," he made her twist her wrist slightly like she was twirling a fork with spaghetti on it instead of two sticks, "then the noodle will wrap around the chopsticks some and be a little less likely to slip away... Also, as ruse as it may sound, slurping is alright. Some people actually think that helps make the soup taste better. To me, it just makes it a little less difficult to get the noodle since you don't have to try lifting it completely from the bowl."

Spy said nothing at first. He turned to look at who had been talking, then simply paused. Then, he pulled out his disguise kit, took one last, long drag from his current cigarette, flicked it to the ground and quickly replaced it. "Interesting..." he finally replied. With the way they spoke about the dragons, it was most likely the giant monster kind. Unfortunate, perhaps, but he supposed two missions where he very nearly died was enough for one day.
Medic took half a second to smirk at the hamburger that had fallen to the floor, before jumping up out of the booth to assist Scout. That boy would get a concussion long before Soldier would give up. He hooked one leg under the American's, trying to knock him down, again. If they could pin him, they might be able to remind him about the hunt, which could very easily diffuse the whole situation. Even if that didn't work, it would at least give them a chance to start running, and both were much quicker than Soldier.

Raidou nodded to Spy as he replaced his cigarette. He turned to see who had also joined in the conversation, he saw Hiruko standing there smirking. He wasn't to sure what he was thinking about. "What do you mean by Feeding your curiosity?"

Toph soon lifted herself from the springs with a sigh. "Okay Yuzuki, well, I'm going to get changed and go walk around for a bit. The little one is starting to get restless." She said with a smile before she made her way out of the springs and walked into the girls' changing room. With expert precision, she grabbed a kimono, which had a combination of light and dark greens in a dragon design, and wrapped it around her larger body. With time moving so quickly hear, her stomach was still puckering, it seemed to grow larger every day. But she was still a few months away from her due date, well that was if she was still back home. Here, it might only be a few weeks. Since Kratos was Tomoe's brother, maybe she should ask her about pregnancy, since she went through the same thing with her pregnancy. She then left the room with a smile as she began to walk around the city, hands over her stomach protectively as usual.
Yuzuki smiled to her friend before she gave her a quick wave. "Okay, bye Toph-chan! Be careful! I'll come check up on you as soon as we get back, okay?" She told her with a smile before she got out of the springs as well. She then walked into the changing room, but dang, Toph was already gone by the time she got there. With some quickness, Yuzuki quickly slid on her outfit before she fixed up her pink hair to look perfect. With a smile she then left the springs before a pair of skates then appeared from her boots before she began to skate off in the direction of the portal room, actually excited for the new mission that was going to start very soon.
Gumi took her chopsticks and grabbed a carrot that had been grilled to perfection. It wasn't soggy or undercooked, it really was cooked to perfection. As she placed it into her mouth and took her first bite, a look of pure ecstacy overtook her face and she continued to eat the perfectly spiced and perfectly grilled carrot. Gakupo was definitely right, this food was a lot more colorful looking and tasting than back home. "Yes! We must bring more food home for the others! They would definitely love us more than usual if we did that for everyone." She told Gakupo with a cheerful grin as she picked up another carrot and slid it skillfully in her mouth, now beginning to chew on it with an equally as happy expression.
Faya's eyes widened as she watched Soldier drive Scout into a wall, quicky psuhing back her chair as she stood up. "Scout!" She exclaimed before she began to move forward in way to help. But she held back, maybe as a form of respect for the guy's pride. Also, she didn't know Soldier and she didn't know the extent of his strength. She didn't want to become a liability to both Scout and Medic by jumping in when she wasn't asked to or needed.
Azmaria sighed gently as she continued to fail at eating with chopsticks, almost on the verge of giving up until she felt Luki's hand upon her own, guiding her fingers to hold the two sticks properly. She looked up at him, her cheeks tinting at a light pink before she looked away from him and back to her hand, looking at the position of her fingers as she flexed them out for a moment, deciding that this felt the best for trying to eat. She smirked at this before he began to twist her wrist a bit, realizing that this was almost exactly how she would eat pasta back at the Order. She silently giggled at this before she looked back up to Luki, listening intentively to the rest of the pointers that he was giving. "Thank you so much for giving me all of this good advice, Luki. If it wasn't for your help, once again, I would be lost." She told him with a giggle and a smirk before she looked down at the bowl, chopsticks now properly in hand. She then leaned forward and placed them in the bowl before she swirled her wrist exactly how he taught her. She then lifted the small mass of noodles and leaned her head down to it before she placed it in her mouth, sucking them into her mouth, actually making a light slurping sound. Once finished, she blushed gently before she looked up at him once more. "Like that?"

Nerwin was happy to know that the Spy appeared to have such nice manners and she couldn’t help but smile at him. She was a bit surprised when he said that there was a BLU spy. So there is two of them than I take it, she thought, and was unsure how to address the new comer until he mentioned that he liked cats more than dogs. “I love cats” Nerwin exclaimed forgetting herself, but once she said that she turned red took a step back and said “sorry I didn’t mean to interrupt” Nerwin noticed that Heavy appeared to be the strong silent type, and understanding this, she returned the smile before looking at the gun he was holding. Must be really strong to be able to carry that around all the time, Nerwin said to herself. “I have not fought a dragon yet Croix, but as you know my parents had to fight one, so I made it part of my way to remember them to study dragons so I know a thing or two about them at least.” Nerwin replied looking over at Croix and sliding a strand of hair from in front of her face to behind her ear.

Hiruko gave a slight, uncaring shrug of his shoulders with the same smug smirk on his face. "It is as it sounds. I am feeding my own curiousity about these dragons." To the new girl interjecting her like of cats and then backing out, he lifted an eyebrow lightly, the smirk gone from his face. She was new... Wonder if she had nightmares, too. Eh, another day. With so many people near by, Hiruko unconsciously reached for the brief case sitting next to him and picked it up before he sat it in his lap. The last thing he needed was some one opening it and releasing what ever it was that caused the sickening aura that came from within.
Soldier was so busy trying to get Scout off of him that he forgot about Medic long enough for the man to hook his leg beneath him, causing him to tumble forward. He landed and-- despite how light Scout was-- found himself pretty much trapped beneath the boy. Still, he did try fighting back and trying to get Scout of him. It was easy to forget such a scrawny little guy was used to these sort of fights thanks to his brothers and what not. Scout grunted as Soldier landed on his legs and arms, but he held on like a spider monkey. He managed to get out a "Thanks Doc" while he continued to try pinning Soldier, who was a persistent man, considering he was old. (Well, old to Scout.) He heard Faya and glanced up to her with a quick smirk. "Yo, I got it. Don't worry, 'kay?" It was then that Soldier's elbow shot up and nailed him in the chin. Needless to say, Scout bit his tongue.... hard. Like, REALLY HARD. This is why you don't talk when fighting a guy like Soldier. The guy's persistent when he's truly mad and wanting a fight.
Gakupo jokingly thought deeply about it, over exaggerating the motion before saying, "Hmm, do we really want that?" before laughing. He put more eggplant into his mouth, wanting to savor the good food but knowing that they probably needed to hurry if they wanted to make it o the mission on time.
Luki shrugged lightly. "What better way to learn then from some one who eats with chopsticks nearly daily." he carefully watched how she did it before smiling lightly and giving an approving nod. "Very good. You really do catch on quickly. Maybe when we do practice singing together I should just teach you a song in Japanese." He was joking, of course. He wouldn't make her try singing in a foreign language right away, especially since half the songs he knew tended to be violent, sad, or related to love some how.... Oh, wait, that was all of them. Never mind. Besides, he knew English well enough. He could handle trying to learn a new song if it meant making it easier for Azmaria.
Oomizu stood in the changing room, frowning at her armor. Maybe showering with it on to clean it off was a bad idea. She had forgotten that it was partially cloth, so it was still wet and would be uncomfortable to wear during battle. She thought deeply and sighed softly. "Crap..." She picked up her hat, which had some how completely dried off even though it had been in the shower, too. Gods, she hoped she had some spare clothes hidden in the depths of this thing. With that, she went and sat on a bench and began digging around, almost half of her upper body actually inside the hat as she rooted around in search of some clothes that would be dry for her to wear...

Spy chuckled. "You do not have to be so shy, petite. We are, after all, all on the same side, oui?" He wanted to draw attention away from Hiruko, the baku was getting a little nervous. Always clinging to that briefcase of his... Did he even know what was inside? "Are we not?" he asked, casting a sideways glance to Raidou.
"Idiot, you need to keep his arms under control!" Medic scolded, briefly blasting the boy with the Medigun. Good thing he hadn't actually had the time to put any of his equipment away. Once he was sure the boy wouldn't bleed to death, he knealt down on the Soldier, pinning the man's arms in place. "I vill count to sree, zhen you vill move, and I vill hold him. Understand?" Experienced as the boy was in these less than fatal tussles, his strength was going to wane well before the Soldier's did. They needed someone with a little bit more muscle to hold him in place.

Raidou nodded to Nerwin and smiled. "Yes, were all allies here. Though I don't really know any of you here embarrassingly enough. So, I guess I'm the one who appears the least trustworthy." He told the group. He wished at least someone he knew here would show up. Though he only really knew maybe two people in the entire city so chances were looking slim.

Azmaria smiled happily as she stared up at Luki, basking in the glory of his approval in her. Very rarely when she was growing up would she even recieve a compliment from her family or those who were in her presence. the only time someone did truly act nice to her was Rosette and Chrono. She just wondered how they were doing in the afterlife, even though she had no idea that they were ripped from their world in the last seconds of their lives and taken here during the last crisis in Quasar. But when Luki mentioned that she learn a song in Japanese, she nodded to him lightly, continuing her smile. "I would love to learn Japanese to sing with you. I'm sorry if I'm not comfortable with singing more "modern" songs, I only know classic gospel mainly. But I would be more appreciative if I could learn more to sing to the children back home, and maybe even here if they allow me to."
Faya hated feeling helpless like this. This just reminded her of when she and Bunko were kids and how the FOQ stole her away when she wasn't looking. They tortured her for information until people from the city were able to save her. And even then, Faya was not in the group that did save her. Like now, she was always sitting on the sidelines, watching her dear friends get hurt just because she couldn't do anything. Like she said earlier, she wasn't very well acquainted with either Medic or Soldier, so she didn't wnat to hurt either of them if she did interfere. But when she saw Scout get hurt, her fists began to shake as she bit her bottom lip, trying as hard as she could to do as she was told.
Gumi thought about it for a moment before she shrugged her shoulders, working on yet another perfectly cooked carrot that was making her feel all warm and fuzzy inside. "Well, maybe that wouldn't be a good thing. They might just attack us for the food and leave us laying there battered and broken." She told him with a giggle before she picked up her glass of green tea and took a sip of it before just swallowing the liquid in the cup whole. At this point she was about three-quarters of the way done with her meal, since she wanted to get to the mission as quickly as possible.
Yuzuki continued to skate down the streets of the city before she then sighed with delight upon arriving at the portal room. Skidding to a stop inside, she looked around and saw that the party was just beginning to gather. "Hi Raidou!" She exclaimed with a wave towards her friend as her skates disappeared into her boots, now walking to the small group that was beginning to form. "And Bonjour to you Spy." She told him with a genuine smile, feeling as though she had not seen the masked man for a long while.

Maverick smirked. He exchanges air for other materials. He nodded as she suggested going to the portal room. "Well dragons are not as hard as people think they are. Just find out the element that they are attuned to and use it against them." he told Oomizu as he waited for her to come out of changing. That woman sure knew how to tease a man. All he wanted was her at the moment but there were other things to attend to.
Souji walked into the portal room with Meiko. "Ok so we are here. You sure you wanna do this Meiko? I have never fought a dragon dragon before.... i mean i fought death himself but i think that was different..."
Heavy pouted as he looked over to the spy. "Dragons Spy how many times have to tell you?" he said as he looked around. "Vhy you no get watch from locker like others do?" he asked the spy
Alexander looked into Tomoe's gentle eyes and smiled "I love you too Tomoe" he knew that she had missed the attention since he himself had missed the attention as well. He took her hand gently and smiled "Missing the graduation for a while is well worth it for our family baby. There will be others after all"
Lord Inu smirked as he performed one of his father's tricks and turned into a ball of energy to travel along side Bunko. He followed closely untill they arrived at the portal room. "Looks like we made it in time Bunko" he told her as he materialized once again.
Croix nodded to Nerwin. "Thats great to know. Ill keep an eye on you none the less just to be safe." he told her as he stretched.
Emmet stepped out into the room once again. "Hey everyone good to have you all here. As you may or may not already know we have a small dragon infestation right now. We need to get rid of them fast to avoid them comming into the city and wreaking more havoc then has already been caused." he told them. His words were hiding pain at the moment. Pain of many new memories streaming into his head. "Umm... ok... first place you all need to go is the Desert. There is a powerful Burrowing dragon there. Proceed with caution as this one likes to ambush. Also. Take some ear plugs. Its screams are enough to paralyze a grown man fairly quickly." he told them all.

Raidou looked to see Yuzuki gliding into the room, he returned her greeting, waving to her as well. "Hello, Yuzuki, its nice to know you'll be on this mission with us." He said to her with a smile. He then turned to Emmet as he began discussing the mission. After hearing that the dragons they would be hunting could paralyze people, he looked around in his cape to find the demon tube for High Pixie, since she could heal ailments like paralysis.
