Closing her eyes, she lets a tear fall onto the bed, before wiping her eyes. "Lulu told Logan. Rikku heard it.. Through telepathy while we were..You know..And.."

He feels his heart suddenly sink, how could he have let this happen? He couldn't find the words to speak. He closes his eyes slowly, keeping his arms around her

Covering his hands with her's, she doesnt say anything. She felt so evil, having to tell him, especially with him being in such a state. Keeping her eyes on the beams of light a light outside throws onto the floor, she ignores her own sinking feeling.

*Logan nodded as he went his seperate way then she wandered back up to her usual watching place.
She sat there for a long while, just thinking and clearing her head before something caught her attention and she sprung back into her usual alert self. It had a strange smell close by, the same strange smell that haunted her everywhere she went over the US for the last few years and then as suddenly as it had appeared it disappeared again...
She sighed and stood up on the edge of the building. She looked down to the last few mortals scurrying home to the warmth of their families and friends and memories of her father and her past life flooded back into her mind.
She blinked them away and stepped from the building top, landing on the pavement - no mortals around - before starting to walk towards Gaijin's house. She knew from earlier he wanted to talk...*

"It wasnt your fault. You couldnt do anything, and it wasnt you. Just like the subway." Her eyes fixed on the same spot, she swallows. "If Shadow Shi handt.. Appeared, I might have had you back.. Or I could have helped her against him.." Blaming Shadow Shi for the cause of this, she knows that he still has the Demon, and that he would make another appearance.

Gaijin was laying on his bead, staring and ceiling again. He'd slept for a while, woken up, tossed and turned and basically continued this pattern throughout the entire night thus far. He wasn't really tired anymore, having gotten plenty of sleep but unforunately he was troubled. He also wished that Logan were here so that atleast he would have her to talk to. On the couch, Mia was still dozing.

"A Demon, Shadow Shi, kidnapped me and some other race Elders. He held us in a place, shackled to the wall.. The Vampires were too weak from lack of blood, the Demon was almost broken in half, and I had a drip with silver running into me. Thats the reason I didnt get here right away. Rikku, the Vampire, came back for us." Playing with his finger's absent mindedly, she tries forgetting the whole time completely.

He lifts his head up "Are you alright..?! Oh my gosh... I'm so sorry I didn't help!" He feels a sharp pain in his chest again and cringes.

*Logan approached the appartment, with her jacket covering her arms as her shirt was still in his bathroom. She went into the entrance area and then up the stairs to his door. She noticed it was slightly open, she didn't know why, and she pushed it open making no noise, a slight breeze followed her in as she walked silently across the room.
She had sensed Mia from outside and as she passed the couch she noticed she was sleeping there. As she neared the bed she saw him, his eyes open and she stopped. She started to sidestep, her shadow not falling in an area he would see it, until she reached a wall. She leaned on it and watched him. Trying to unscramble her mind a bit more.*

It's an old building Logan, so sneaking around isn't as easy as all that. Next time, try the window if you want to be stealthy. It's quieter than those old stairs. He smiles softly, sitting up and looking towards her in the darkness. He wasn't wearing his jacket, weapons, or his shades. In fact, he wasn't even wearing his shirt at the moment. In the moonlight, his scar was fairly obvious on his chest. Care to sit with me?
