Where it was found/Who made it: It was created by the First bloodline crusher sage, in order to help them survive. It was lost considered lost until rizo found it accidently, when he stumbled into a cave.

The Range of the weapon: Swords length
Weakness: Requires equal chakra to attack used against the blade in order for its ability to be fully effect. Ability only works on Elemental Techniques. Due to the complex method in creation, the blade is considered heavy for its size, making it difficult to get accustomed to.
Description:
The Elemental Cutter blade was created long ago by a Highly skilled Fuunjutsu using weapon master. Making use of his high skill in sealing and forgery, he was able to create the blade, in which the chakra of a person can flow freely through as if it were his own body, meaning that it puts less strain on the user, as the blade feels more like an extension of the users arm than it does a heavy metal blade. Due to the chakra running through the blade, it allows the user to 'cut' elemental attacks, splitting them into two. But due to the strain this takes on the blade, an equal amount of chakra must be used to cut the attack as was put into the attack. Due to how the blade was forged (Using special sealing techniques and such), the user can quickly and effortlessly flow his elemental chakra into the blade, and can mold the chakra through the sword, in order to enhance the attack power or speed of his strikes.
If chunin lvl fireball is fired at user, user must exert 1 chunin jutsu in order to cut the fireball in half.
