I'll play the role of the Otobe's leader, as well as Kasuke temporarily during the uprising, that way should she return and wish to take back the position, she'll have until the Otobe's defeat. Should that come and she's still not returned, well, we can deal with that should it come.

But I doubt you'll want to do that. We've been through two events, one for Thanksgiving and then a general winter one that actually just ended today. Other than that, Oto is planning a coup to get some plotline moving, and Kiri and Kumo are kinda at a standstill, everybody seems to be just training or getting their academy students to become genin.

Well once I get my characters back online, we can get the otobe running. Things need to happen, or else they just loose steam. What's the news for oto? Just sort of a twilight zone or what?

Just sort of a twilight zone or what? Indeed. Ghost got the updated Otobe clan approved by Qyp, but other than that I don't think there are any characters made for it yet. P: Oto has been... yeah pretty much dead. I was thinking of reviving my other character to be killed off in the uprising, but that was about it. just planning going on in Oto right now x] As for all the other villages, only Kirigakure and Kumogakure are active as of right now, the others literally haven't been touched in weeks/months..just not enough people.

All I see is Ghost and you, is El still around? Highly doubtful. Suna is also just gathering dust. I actually don't post in Otogakure either, my main character is in Kumo. In fact, I think that Ghost is the only one that posts in Oto, and even then it's pretty scarce. xp We'd be better off just waiting for people to join the guild and become active and right now just focus on the two main villages(kiri and kumo). I think it'd be a bit too much to handle for three villages considering the small amount of people posting.
