Samul moved one of his arms to lightly rest it across his eyes, a strained look on his face. When Yuki sat beside him he turned to rest his head on her lap, curling up beside her. Soon enough he was relaxed again as he enjoyed how warm Yuki was.

Yuki offered a weak, yet, obviously happy smile. She warapped some of her blanket around Sam.

"Uh, yes, I uld love to stay. I don't have work tomorrow, since I get a week of vacation time that I haven't used yet. Besides," Rina swallowed her last piece of cake and placed the plate on the table, "I think sleeping here on your couch is better than my lumpy mattress."

Sam made a happy little noise as he cuddled up under the blanket, soon falling asleep from the warmth and comfort Yuki gave him.

Yuki smiled and patted Sam's head lightly. "If I didn't know any better, I would think you're like a cat. You like attention, shelter, and dislike loud noises."

Yuki pulled the hair tie out of his hair and ran her fingers through it, undoing the braid. She stroked his hair for a while waiting for Rina to answer.

Sam couldn't help but shiver a little at the feeling; he loved it when his hair was played with, it felt so good to him. "M-mmm..." he murmured, his eyes shut as he concentrated on the feeling of Yuki's fingers running through his hair.

Yuki giggled, but continued stroking his hair. His hair was so soft. She wondered how he could keep it that way.

Samuel hummed with pleasure, soaking up all the attention like a sponge.

Yuki smiled and giggled again. 'Why am I giggling so much?' She thought. 'I never giggled this much since I watched my cat go fishing in my fish tank when I was 5. Hmm... maybe it's because Sam is being so..... cute. Like a kitten, trying to chase after yarn.'

(( You might be getting a new rper soon. One of my friends would be happy to join. And she isn't that bad either. Don't worry too much, everything's gonna work out. ))
Rina smiled. "Oh thanks so much, Yuki! If I could only repay for all the kindness you're always giving me...despite my attitude towards life..." she said, again sheepishly looking at her feet. Yuki was the only person Rina ever let her stubbornness drop to, since she was the closest thing to a friend she'd ever had.
