"it's no problem at all" i went back into the kitchen. there were so many herbs. it was amazing. i started to put together what i needed and got out a pot after i found it.

"We will go to my private training grounds. I will call Jane so she can help us." Nebride grasped Gwendar's hand. "Come--we must hurry."

Jane listened carefully and sighed. Nebride was calling for her--and she was frantic. Jane opened her door and saw a priestes walking past. "Andrea--stay here with Ilana. Nebride needs me."
"Of course sister." Andrea nodded as she entered Jane's home and Jane left.

Nebride waited in the small circle, with Gwendar, for Jane. "The things we teach you today have been passed down through the generatins. No human has ever been taught these things, Gwendar." She looked at him carefully. "We do not know how or why it is done, but once you learn these things--you are bound to keep the secrets within you. Only myself or Jane will be able to undo what is done. Do you still wish to continue?"

either way he had to do it he had to change as to protect them all.

he hardly noticed his blind fold now. hopefully Gren would let him take it off early if he kept improving.

after about 30 minutes, it was finally done. and it looked delicious. noodles, chicken, vegitables, and beef broth. it came out perfect. "i'll bring it over. sit down at the table ok?"

he realised that eating with his blind fold on would be very difficult.
"um can i take this off while i eat" he asked

nice joke. "nope. i said 3 days. remember?" i poured some soup into a bowl i had brought out and handed him a spoon. "enjoy. and eating is easier than doging my attacks."

he sighed but gave in.
he tried eating and after spilling two spoon fulls managed to get the hang of it.
"its very good" he said complementing her.
it was clearly an understatement. he loved it. he didnt usually like noodles but he could eat this all day.

"thanks" i picked up my spoon and began to eat. he looked alot younger with food spilled all over him. "once you get the hang of blocking i'll start giving attacks that connect. after your time with the blind fold is over we'll start with the sword"

i thought for a moment. "any other area's of training you'd like to improve in?" if needbe i'd train him to be as strong as myself. but i doubted that was nescesary

he could tell that when all his training was over hed have many bruises.
afterall if gren went even half as fast as she had been hed definably have a few.
