No kidding, I wreck my body enough as it is with my strange sleeping patterns and making my own heaviness even worse.
I really need to work out a routine, but I can never really stick to one. -_-; Maybe someday in the future, or else the results could be ghastly, as much as I hate to think about it.
Diabetes + other concerns = not shibby.

It might depend on how strenuous it is too, though...I've been awake in excess of over forty hours at a time and I still manage to maintain a fairly normal routine -- e.g. go to class, clean house, etc -- then again I'm pumping my body full of caffeine and other stimulants, which is probably just as harsh to do. I've got a lot of bad habits I need to break. x_x At least I'm aware of this fact, it's a tiny start.

We pulled over 50 or 60 hours on new years...at least, I did...thanks to extremely little rest the day before a little get-together, very little sleep during that, and very little afterwards...what's interesting is being so dead tired, and yet when your activity/envrionment changes, instead of sleep you can only focus on going for another several hours.
I hope I explained this in a way that makes sense, it sounds better in my brains. gonk

Tiger Guard I almost did. I think it's about that time, yeah? yes, even though I'm actually not physically tired so much any more, but I can tell that I'm tired because I'm reading things wrong and typing poorly.

On the plus side, I've only been up seventeen hours.
Well, I'm glad we had this serious conversation, let's do it again sometime. I'll see you...when I see you.
Maybe if I'm inclined to I'll change my name and/or gender tomorrow. That sounds totally bizarre if you're mentioning it in a non-Gaian context, doesn't it? EXTREME.
So long. domokun
