Yuugi began downstairs and into the kitchen. Unsure of what they wanted he turned around and smiled. "Is there anything certain you feel like?..." He leaned against the counter, quite tiredly and casted a glance to the window. It was bright out, much unlike last night...

"Naw, just food," the blond said, pulling out two chairs (one for him and one for Bakura) and then plopping down into it, straddling it from the wrong direction and leaning his arms on what would usually be the part of the chair supporting his back. "You sure you don't want me to cook Yuugi? You can sit down, and I'll take care of it. Y'know I know your kitchen just about as good as I know mine!" He was taking a stab at sounding optimistic. Everybody needed to be cheered up... plus, he didn't like the little scratchy feeling in the back of his mind. Like he was being watched... or something else was about to happen...

Bakura mearly sat himself down in the chair Jounouchi had pulled out for him and crossed his arms and legs. His body language was don't bother me if you have to. He sent a small warning glance over at Jou as if to say rest.

Yuugi smiled weakly at Jou. "It's okay, really, you should rest. I can do it." He nodded as he turned towards the pantry and began to pull out some bread. Tiredly he pulled out some more food, or what he could find to make a decent meal for his 'guests'. The things he found were bread and butter, eggs, milk, and oddly enough a bag of chips, which wasn't exactly a breakfast food. Though figuring Jou would eat whatever, he got them out as well.

Heh, well Yuugi was right about that. Jou would have eaten pizza for breakfast... and come to think of it, he had. And more than once. But that aside, what Yuugi had picked was just fine. "If you're sure... thanks a lot Yuug'." The feeling in the back of his mind had faded, but was nonetheless still there. It worried him. Instead of thinking about it, Jou decided to focus on Bakura, who wasn't looking too happy at the moment.

Bakura sat in his chair, body language told anyone looking at him that he was in deep thought and had closed himself off from the rest of the world for the moment. He frowned, the fact that Marik had let him go bugged him. The fact that Marik had let him go, and so easily caused him to be even more concerned.

Bakura looked like he didn't want anyone to talk to him.
So of course Jou had to lean over and see what was wrong. "Hey... Bakura." He looked at the other curiously, poking him in the side. "You look like you're thinkin' about somethin'. Wanna share?"

Yuugi looked away from the two uncomfortable and began to crack the eggs open. After he made sure no shell bits from the egg was in the yolk and whites he spread them in the pan. Instantly they began to sizzle. Still keeping his eyes off Bakura and Jou he shoved some bread into the toaster, starring at the metal outing of the device.

Bakura glanced over at Yuugi before looking back over at Jounouchi. "I don't know....just, something about last nights events aren't sitting well with me I suppose." Bakura mumbled a bit, but he spoke clearly enough so that at least Jounouchi would be able to hear him.

"Heh, well did it sit well with anybody?" Jou smiled a little and then let out a small sigh. "I mean, come on... they definately didn't go well for me. I still feel like there's something off." He shrugged and leaned against the chair once again, glancing over at Yuugi to make sure the smaller boy didn't need his help. "... Just try to relax. Things seem fine now, right?"

"I know something's off Jou, something happened, and then he was yelling at me to get out. Why go through all thr trouble of taking me only to scream at me to leave shortly after?" Bakura frowned and narrowed his eyes at the floor as he spoke. "I can't relax, things may seem fine right now, but I just don't feel that they truly are."

Jou frowned a little and sighed. Bakura was right, and he knew it... they shouldn't relax so easily. But he had just been hoping that, for once, they wouldn't have to be on gaurd for something trying to get them. That they could keep relaxing. "... I don't know why he'd do that. It's weird." He looked down at the floor as if he were studying the tile patterns, though he was really just trying to think. "If he had something planned though, why let you go...?"

Bakura stared over at Jou for a moment before sighing as well. "I don't know, I just don't know Jou." With that being said Bakura stood up from his chair and walked over to the blond boy and hugged him. "I'm sorry, this is probably the last thing you want to think about at this point. Especially after last night, you most likly just want to relax."

Yuugi meanwhile, still not looking at the other two, flipped the eggs over. His eyes dropped to the ground in thought for a minute. The toaster popped, causing him to flinch out of surprise. He quickly moved over and took the bread from the device. Now he only had to wait on the eggs.
His gaze moved from the floor to the windows as he leaned against the counter. The sun was just below the roof tops now, causing lines of light to fall across the tiled floor. It was really a pretty day...better then yesterday.

Jou blinked a few times before smiling a little. No matter how tough Bakura looked, he was still concerned and loving somewhere on the inside. At least to Jou, anyway. He hugged Bakura back and shrugged. "It's okay... you can talk about it all you want if it makes you feel better." Sure, he wanted to relax... but it was probably not the smartest thing to do, with the threat of Marik still hanging heavily in the air.
