Kazuma brushed it aside and then picked himself back up, bad luck couldn't last forever and training could only get easier. He looked up at the tree that stood before him. His hands scraped up, and his pants torn at the knees from his attempts to break his fall, and knot on his head from one failure, and his back was more then likely bruised, but definately sore. He again tried to ascend the tree taking one step at a time, he had convinced himself that this should be at least a time were he passed and seeing as has how he had failed the other previous four tries he was due for some good luck. But just as he thought his bad luck couldn't continue he slipped and found himself in he the dirt again. He had not spoken or said a word since the first time he fell, mostly cause he didn't want to sound desperate. But he looked at his sensei once more for guidance.

((Again, my next five... hopefully I have at least 1 over 13... >.<

And I get just that! In after this and the next post! 7/10 Dx Idc, this just means the more I fail the bigger my bonus XP is gonna be. Though honestly... I'm kinda getting tired of posting...

I seriously am hating you now Rush... O.o I hope you know that.))

Kazuma listened to the words of his sensei closely, hoping that he could finally pass this training and be done with it. But this was a mere fantasy as he would get up and immediately after focusing his chakra and try to walk up the tree he slipped. It seemed either his bad luck was not yet over or his chakra itself was too weak to keep sustaining itself. He just got up and brusjed himself off and sat back and relaxed to see if giving himself a little time would help. He wasn't even sure if he was capable of doing this anymore.

((Haha, wishfull thinking. That's the point. If you wanted to be smarter, you would've put more points into intelligence. That's how it works. Something is ___ hard. And you are ___ smart. If you are smart enough, that eases the task, but you are little kids still, this is supposed to be difficult and time consuming. I can make two assurances. My assigned exersizes will be pretty tough, but the rewards will be very generous. Also due to my lack of foresight, I did miscalculate how long it will take so if enough failures do persist, the DC can go down to 6, so that if you still have trouble at that point, that should make up for it.
*Note, From past experience I've learned that some people don't read what the teacher says if they don't think it's directed at them, so I bold the stuff that applies to everyone to catch their attention.))

((>.< I know it's supposed to be difficult... I just wish we got more easy DC <= 10 training so we had a few levels for us to allocate points and make this just a tad easier... if I actually had a mod of +1, I'd probably be done by now...))

Kazuma got back up and walked up to the tree refocusing his chakra to his feet. He never knew it could beso difficult to get this done. He thought his previous tries were his own skill shining through, but it appeared that it was just really good luck. He again tried to go up the tree and stepped as quickly as he could to try to break his record but never took to notice that his chakra once again was lacking in his feet and he slipped yet again hitting the ground once more. He just layed there and relaxed to listen to the birds and everything. He gave himself a moment of peace hoping that a moment is all he needed to continue his training.

((7 posts to get one more success!! stressed ))

Kazuma opened his eyes and got back and and tossed his very wholey shirt to the side, he had dozens of them home though so he didn't care, but the sweat in his shirt was nearly unbearable and the pain from it touching his bruised back was excrutiating. He then focused his chakra once again as he approached the tree and started to walk up it not sure of what to expect. He just went with it hoping that his next step wouldn't be a total failure of it's own. He smiled as he began making good progress up the tree. Though he certainly didn't know if it would last or not.

((Yes well I've had two gennin in two different villages at the same time. This is a basic exersize. One of them (who I dont play anymore) had this exersize with a fairly beatable DC, 10 or something, and the reward was +3 chakra control and +5 XP
My gennin that I play right now had a DC similar to the ones you guys have and he ended with +2 int, +1 chakra, and +10 Chakra control. (He is now a level 11 who is competing and holding up against three level 20s in the chuunins). He is wrecktastic and it was because my sensei did rediculously hard stuff like that. I promise things like this will be worth the time put into it.))

((Only to fail some more!! scream Though, I feel like Naruto and Sasuke now when they had to learn this. xD They must have rolled one and s**t all night long. xD))

But his good fortune of getting it once again failed as he fell from off of the tree and landed on his back once more. This pain in his back was nearly burning and now he wish he hadn't jumped into the training like he did, or wore padding to training. But if he did, Gwendolyn would have thought him to be a dork, and he thought to himself that he'd never wear armor or anything and take whatever pain he gets and bear it. He was in this not only to impress Gwendolyn, but to prove to his mom and dad that he was able to be a ninja. He was able to do this and even become a Genin before most other students. He had a Jounin there to guide him, so he obviously had an advantage... right?

((I've faile enough and posted enough to deserve at the least 20 or so experience added on to that... gonk Cause I wants levels too... crying ))

Kazuma got up proud as could be with his severely bruised back. He wasn't even anywhere near giving up. He just looked at his sensei and said. "Sensei, after this can we learn a Jutsu or practice a weapon skill?" He said not even waiting an answer and focusing his chakra to his feet and approached tree to try and ascend it. He knew he was likely to fail, but he would try, cause the pain and bruising was a mark of pride and determination as far as he was concerned. And just as he thought he probably would fail, he slipped and feel again right onto his back again. He really wanted to get this down since Chakra Control was needed for most everything ninjutsu related.

(( lol In five posts... I actually pass this rediculously hard training! YES!!!))

Kazuma agains would focus in his chakra and send it to his feet, he wanted to get this down really badly. He didn't care how much more pain he had to deal with. This was something he wanted. As he approached the tree he walked up it slowly yet again. He smiled at his own resilience to get this done regardless of how much he hurt. And yet again he slipped and felt nothing but pride in this. It was his first bit of training as a ninja, and yet he wasn't only a Student. Being a ninja must be nothing but fun if this is what he had to look forward to. He almost embraced the very thought of it. And hit the ground on those thoughts and looked at his sensei to get some guidance to ease it up just a little more.

(Yeah, now you see. ^^ x2 to anything in training having to do with chakra, and my chakra's always split in half. Hey, once the lock's gone, it's a**-kicking time. twisted Oh, and I know for the 5 fails, everytime I hit 5 fails, I'm adding an additional five to the count, so that I can make sure I'm at the right DC.)

Hachiro straightened himself up and walked back a few steps to get a running start. He wasn't exactly going to enjoy this because anything his teammates were going to do, he'd have to double his efforts just to get the same amount of training. It wasn't because of natural ability or anything, it was actually just because of his limitations from his clan. Unfortunately, Hachiro knew nothing of his clan, so all he could think is that he was a horrible shinobi. He shook his head and ran at the tree, only to take one step and then having to, yet again, roll backwards in order to stay safe. Things were never easy for Hachiro.

(Kazuma, I'm enjoying this whole "impress Gwen" thing. ^^)
Hachiro rolled his shoulders and took in a deep breath. It was one thing to fail at something, then have it become easier. It's another thing when no matter how hard you try something, it bites back and you can never accomplish what you want. There was some invisible barrier that kept Hachiro back, all because of his clan. He didn't know it then, but all these troubles would one day just fade away when he came of age and a certain level of skill. He walked back to where he always started and got ready to try again.

Kazuma was proud of himself and watched his teammate Hachiro give it another shot. He felt so proud of himself though he wanted to pass it on to his fellow teammate. "Go Hachiro, you can do it! It's easy once you focus!" He shouted to him after he failed attempt. But Kazuma now had to get up and try once again. He focuses once again and walked up to the tree and started to scale it slowly. He didn't slip or break the bark under his feet and just walked causually. He no longer cared much for the pain, he bore it with pain and a smile. Something uncommon for most kids his age. But Kazuma was never much like kids his age and wasn't quite sure why.

((I needed something increase my post's length. xd And seeing how they're the same age, why not have an RP crush? I can be like Naruto too, see? xd Bad enough I'm thinking of getting the Toad Summoning Scroll too.))

His success was short lived though as when he went to look at Gwen to see if she had noticed him yet or not he slipped again on the tree and went falling back to the ground. He didn't mind though he feel the ground with a smile and even hit the ground with a smile as well. It's not like it could possibly get any worse. But next time, he thought to himself. Next he would get to the top and stand there and see how the others would react to it.

Hachiro did feel a little better after Kazuma started cheering him on. He'd always been training either on his own, or by one person that would tell hi to do something and then ignore him. Hachiro didn't mind at that time, but now he was happy that at least someone could help him to keep moving on. He kicked off the ground and started towards the tree, only to take a single step and fall backwards onto his back. Hachiro sighed and smiled a little. In the end, this would all be worth it.

(Eh, that's true. With Hachiro, I'm kinda focusing on his past that he will not know for a long time...wow that's a little mean on my part. I feel bad for my character ^^)

Hachiro's head snapped up as Nadiya started to say something to him. Anything at this point would help really. He nodded slowly as he stood up and began to walk back to his original starting position. Maybe this new advice would help him actually make this training work. Hachiro took a deep breath, took one last look at Nadiya for assurance, and started towards the tree to test out his new advice.
