The 'woman' bowed and returned to the card, smiling. Remmy shook her head and almost laughed. "Congratulations, you just activated your element card."

"Element card?" he repeated staring at the odd object in his hand. He then exchanged glances at Remmy. "Wait a minute...time out! What's thie element card nonsense and what just happened?" he asked getting a little upset.

"Well, um, a long time ago this guy named Clow Reed made these magical cards and then forty years ago this girl Sakura transformed them and made a few more of them. They all have unique powers and now there are guardians that train us on how to use and capture them. There are six of us and we're card captors. You're number five." she said, thinking of the order they discovered them in.

dearest Remmy ::the voice would seem to come from nowhere, though Remmy would know Pyralis was in her pocket:: perhaps it would be best if you explained things in more detail to the boy someplace where you do not risk being overheard? like, say, your home? and perhaps the lovely Franki would be able to aid you in convincing him... after all, who better to convince a non-believe than one of his own thinking?

Kai nodded along to Remmy's words as he kept staring into the Windy card. He was trying to make sense of everything that had been happening. He was still totally freaked out though. "But why me? I'm not special enough to be a 'card captor'. What are card captors suppose to do anyways?"

"Well, we capture cards. And the cards seem to choose people with less self esteem or who don't believe in magic. Like the fact that you don't think you're special enough. I swear my card chose me to give me a friend." she said, pulling Pyralis out of her pocket. "And I think he's right, heading back to my house might be best." she said.

Kai started to freak out once more after hearing a voice come out of no where. He looks around and then sees the creature that Remmy pulled out. Things just seem to be getting weirder and weirder and found that more questions began to form in his head. He then got nervous about a girl inviting him back to her house. He just slightly nodded as a hint of pink appeared on his cheeks. "Ok," he said meekly.

*Ran sipped his tea with a saddened expression. He was glad to know that she wasn't afraid of him, but that also made him worry slightly. However, he looked up at her with a smiling face* Yeah, I guess that could be a little tough. Well I guess that's what Fai is there for, right? If I get out of line, then I'm sure he'll set me straight for you. *Ran laughed nervously at his comment. He had definitely lowered the atmosphere with his stupid comments and was trying now to lightened things up. He never was really good at conversation*

Glory looked down at her tea, waiting for it to cool down. SHe listened to Ran and his comment about Fai but began to worry a little. What if Ran does change his personality again? Would she beable to hurt him? What if tried to steal the cards...what if...those questions ran through her mind. '..enough of the 'what ifs'...I'll deal with them when and if the time comes...' she thought then taking her tea took a few sips. She looked back up to Ran........and then tried to figure out what to say. After Ran's comments and nervous laugh...she kindda became a space case. And know she was trying to figure out what to say next.

Y-Yeah...sorry for making such a fuss. A-Anyway... *Ran dug through his mind for a subject to change to and felt somethng from deep down arise* Glory...why exactly are you seeking the cards anyway? I mean, what will you do with them once you have them? *Ran faced the table and sipped his tea, his appearance slightly darker than before* stare

Glory didn't notice Ran's slightly darker appearence. She continued to sip her tea trying to remember why she needed the cards again. She then remembered why she and the others needed them. "..oh well...we need them to make sure they don't fall into the wrong hands..and so that they don't cause any trouble.....umm..why do you ask?" she asked innocently as she put her tea down on to the table.

*Ran shook his head and looked up, his eyes looked colder but still held a hint of their former warm glow* I was wondering because all of the captors seem to work for a common goal, but what if the old man is the bad guy? What if he'll use them for evil purposes? *He finished his tea and set the glass down on the saucer* I myself, seek the cards so that I can see my family again. *He looked up at her questioningly* Does that seem like an evil purpose to you?
