::Hiro hears a soft thud of the large chunk landing in the dirt, he opens one eye, Umm that wasnt there before...he thinks too himself, he opens his other eye and looks around seeing Shin scraching a boulder::

*Kage enters the dojo area, confused as ever. He quickly sheds his fancy clothing from the ball at Korrick mansion and dons a loose fitting yukata. He needed time to think things through. He would also need to finally speak to ZhangHe. He strolls about the dojo in thought, letting the cool breeze relax him*

*Tension surged through Kage's fist. Dorwan was powerful...and strategic. His "honesty" tactic could lure many. Would he get ZhangHe on his side? Truly things could sway either way right now. Kage felt twisted inside. He pauses after crossing the pond and stares blankly at a collection of trees grown over the meadow.* There were times when power and money would've been tempting....*Kage walks into the center of the patch of trees and kneels...meditating* What are my goals now? Where will I go?

*Kage's mind raced with thoughts and memories. Remember when you were a mercenary? Money and power drove you then. Life was simple. It was direct. Survive or die. Kage had to admit a part of him yearned for that life again. But what of before then? What of being born a Hunter? No matter the choice, he was and is forever a Hunter...last of his clan...the strongest and sworn to protect whatever lands he is one with. The problem was that, other than a scuffle in an alley, there was no proof that this "demonic activity" was of any evil worthy of a Hunter's intervention. What is Morigan's point of view in this anyway? Kage eventually stood up and breathed a long sigh. Questions leading to questions. Only certain people may have answers. A decision like this was still going to need more information.*

*Kage returns once again to the dojo after talking with De-On* Ahh how things begin to come to a head. *He sighs and drops his backpack near where he stashes his clothes and makes sure to check on things at the dojo.* Hmm...sharky's hungry. The bots are still inactive. Otherwise everything's fine.

*Kage whistles for Allen. The combat droid rushes to attention as usual.* Allen...some events are taking place around here. *Allen tilts his head in confusion for a moment but simply nods and bows. In seconds he is engulfed in bright light, and reappears as the spitting image of Shin.* I've always admired that talent. *Both fighters walk to an open point in the meadow and Kage stretches, preparing for battle*

Shin's forarm raises suddenly, catching the hook, followed by a knee to kage's sturnum which sends him reeling backwards.

BLOCK: *Kage grunts at the force of the counter, inwardly cursing his weakness. He kneels as he doubles over and, sensing another attack, attempts to roll to the right and under the swipe to recover himself*

STRONG: *After avoiding the attack, Kage sees a brief opening. His instincts said now was the chance! From his crouched position he leans back and turns over, extending his left leg to attempt to kick at Shin's once again seemingly exposed body. He pushes off the ground with his hands to add power.*
