What's your credit score likely to be if you've just recently gotten a job and opened, say, a savings account in your local bank? Low or high? My mom told me that not spending money will actually lower your credit score. :s

It depends on a lot more than all that. Your best bet would be to get a credit report. They are good to check up on every so often.

Astri I'm not the revenge type either, but don't be his friend again. I agree. Then again, I may be biased because something similar is happening to my sister. I could see some hope of a friendship if it were a mutual agreement that the relationship isn't working at that level. But to break it off suddenly (especially because they've found someone else), it doesn't exactly leave you on very good terms to return to "friend" status. As for credit cards, as useful as they maybe, blech.

All I've got is a spoiled brat rant. sad
I'm got cast at one of the local Rennaisance Faires (yay!) along with my mom and sister. That's the good part. The bad part is we have to make our own costumes. When I was growing up, I was all but forced to learn how to sew. My sister somehow escaped that fate. So now, I have to make my costume all by myself and my mom and grandma are making her's. scream I call shennanigans! This is unfair! I don't want to sew my silly corset, I want it done for me. Jerks. crying
And Jovo has blue hair.

My whole don't-say-anything philosophy when I'm stressed or being bothered by something doesn't work. I just end up distancing myself from the people I really like because I make myself feel uncomfortable around people. So, I'm thinkin' that I'll start saying something. Just to see if it really does make me sound like a demanding b***h. Of course. I'm only thinking this. I probably won't, because I'm terrified of being disagreeable or being in any way the kind of person that my friends wouldn't want to be friends with anymore. Which is ridiculous. Why do I want these people as my friends if I'm going to be utterly terrified of their disapproval?
I wonder if I subconsciously set myself up for this stuff.
