Rin played another round, giving the vendor the five tokens she'd just gotten from the last game. Her timidness seemed to momentarily be forgotten as she really got into the game. It felt like there was no one around her so she was confident.

This was just a repeat of the last round. Two games and she still had the same amount of tokens

Now determined to gain some tokens, Rin confidently slapped down the five tokens she'd won back twice now! This round would be different.

Although she still only got one in, Rin managed to reel in an extra three tokens this time around. It wasn't much of a difference, but hey it works...

Rin laid down five tokens again. She added three to her total, but she could always do with some more. She took the male doll and aimed it carefully at the moving van. She'd get more than one in this time!

Aug 28, Play 1: Airah collected her complementary event tokens from Gen and deposited them in her pocket. She looked around and decided that this game was the simplest.
"I hope I get lucky!" she laughed cheerfully, still quite upset about the karaoke.
She gasped when she actually shot two down. "Oh my gosh, Benimaru did you see that?"

Aug 28, Play 2: Optimistic because of her win, Airah decided to try again. "I hope I get lucky again!"
Obviously her luck was still present.
"Benimaru, I won again!"
People must have been wondering at who she was talking to, since there was no one there with her.

At least one hit was better than none, right? And although she hadn't made a profit, it wasn't a loss either.

"Ahhh!" Airah drooped like a wilted flower. "Not a single hit?!"

Aug 28, Play 6: Just for a change, Airah decided to try the game Get in the Van. She wasn't much at aiming, but all the games were pretty much the same. She paid the five tokens and hoped for the best.
"Only one in?" utterly disappointed, Airah didn't know what she should do. Continue playing, or call it quits for now and take a break?

Aug 28, Play 7: After taking a short break to walk around and look at other things, Airah tried again, hoping she'd have better luck this time. She aimed more carefully and tried to throw more accurately...
"None in?!" Horrified, Airah resigned herself to the web shooting game.

Aug 28, Play 8: Playing a more sophisticated game with higher chances - and higher risks - had proved fruitless, so Airah had returned to her first game of choice. She hoped fervently that her losing streak had ended.
When she saw that she had only hit one she sighed, more in relief than in disappointment. She hated losing.

Aug 28, Play 9: As long as she didn't go below ten tokens Airah was still game to play. She didn't want to give up, but every time she lost tokens she kept worrying.

Airah's luck was nowhere to be seen. This was already her tenth game, and so far she still had only thirteen tokens. She wanted more, more!
Alas, it was still the same. She was still hitting only one target!
She had always been bad at ball games, but this was a whole new low for her.
