Yes, it's Luca.
1- He either saw Sarah get raped or saw the aftermath of it, depending on which account you want to go by. Either way, it made him crazy.
2- He killed the rapists, and then took over most of Jowston.
3- Luca prefers phsyical strength, but he seems to be good at making best friends turn traitor.

IIRC Luca didn't see his mother get raped. He certainly knew about it(Jillia exists, afterall), but I don't think it ever says he saw it.
Also last clue is vague like vague cat.
