And, though she had her guard down..One of her demons threw itself in the way of an attack..Falling before their power..and making her eyes ********> she snapped, dashing to and from with increased ferocity, tearing through her foes with a vicious, reckless abandon....
Only calming once they were all in pieces, on the ground. She sighed, said a small prayer for her demon, and moved along..The code being updated.

"Kin-Ki! Let's show them real power!"
The golden, Physical demon matched her strikes fierceness, with his own stern tenacity, the two's swift moves making short work of their foes...And causing her to dust her hands off.
"Hmmpth. Not even worth my time." she called, picking up the node, and moving along. If they were so focused on power..They'd need to have more to back it up. Koji Masahiko Mori  He sat on the bench near the Hilltop, taking out a cigarette and taking a long drag. Koji sighed as he looked at the town below. Not so long ago he had come here too...only the place looked completely different. There..he had met his uncle, too. A darkened expression fell over his eyes at the memory. Kazuma Koroko had been a problematic encounter...but also quite informative. He had learned, first hand, about his temper and his protectiveness of his sister... something Koji had heard from his mother back in their time. Meeting his uncle...it had been...not pleasant, but welcomed.
Now, he wondered if that man was out there. It made him wonder if his mother was out there. And his father... He had heard about the Shogun in Tokyo...and while he had been wanting to go there...he had other plans right now. Perhaps once he had collected some more of these Candelabra in this small town, he could move to the Capital. Perhaps...perhaps there, his father would help.

When, at long last, she saw it. A familiar figure...The red scarf..the glasses..and the somber expression.
"Koji!" she called without thinking..darting towards him....
And then Slugging him in the arm, Hard.
"You damn stupid idiot...Where were you?!" she snapped at him, her mother's stern scowl firm on her face...Though, not as vicious as it had been...
The boy was a dear friend to her..One she'd missed for a long while..and one she had been most concerned about.
In a world like this..with demons, rampant humans, and general madness around every corner....She had to wonder...Was he okay? Did he change? Would they still be friends?
"I ******** worried sick..you chump." she uttered, lightly averting her eyes. It had been a while...Far too long...
But, she finally found him again...and could tell with her own eyes..

Walking around Inaba to see if there was anyone who she could help, Yuuki saw a familiar figure in the distance and wasted no time making her way to that person's side. Is it Nekura-san...? The girl thought as she tugged on the sleeve of who she believed to be a good friend, and once he turned, her expression instantly lightened up with a smile. It's nice to see you again, Nekura-san. She wrote and showed.
She was surprised he looked so different: the scar being the main focus point, but his clothes were different too... He looked like a protagonist from a shoujo manga, actually. Yuuki tired not staring at the changes though. She didn't particularly care about them either; she was more caught up in the fact that she got to see Nekura again.

Koji Masahiko Mori The young Mori flickered the cigarette, seeing it fall and disappear down the hill, before turning and seeing a face he had not been expecting to meet in this place. "Kokona?" His words had barely left his lips when the punch hit his arm, making the boy to recoil back slightly, but said nothing in return. He deserved that, probably. They had been together for a while, and got separated the moment they reached the new world. Koji presumed the daughter of Keiraku would manage on her own in this new time without the Corruption, and knew they would reunite at some point...so he didn't worry and continued forward. He had not been expecting, though, that the reunion would be like this.
"I apologize. I didn't mean to worry you in such a way..." He answered with a little bow of his head, before turning to look at the young woman before him. He noticed the way she averted her eyes, how her shoulders tensed, how she seemed relieved but worried at the same time. "I knew you would find your way in this place... It is good to know you are well." He stood up, his gaze turning again to the town below, a frown taking over. "This war is coming to an end... and if we want to make a better world we have to win for the Reason of Musubi. Then...no one will be hurt again. Join me, Kokona."

Minori Koroko  His wounds were deep. He acted strong and said nothing as she worked, but Minori knew that this was painful. It was enough to see those gashes, all that blood and burns to sober her up a little -even if the nervousness lingered in the pit of her stomach. Her fingers brushed over his bare skin, removing all the pieces of debris that had stuck. With her cloth, she was able to wipe away the blood, pressing it down on the wounds to stop any active bleeding. She worked carefully, slowly. She didn't want to hurt him more. "There should be someone with more medical experience somewhere. Or at least with some kind of equipment? How I wish I had some clean bandages right now..." the blond muttered to herself, turning her gaze to his from time to time...noticing how he had slowed his breathing, how he closed his eyes, keeping focused. Was she hurting him? Was he keeping in the pain?
"I am almost done...I am sorry, Genji." Minori muttered, before feeling how he leaned into her touch, making her smile faintly, her cheeks tinting pink. He spoke, and the blond girl couldn't stop herself, leaning in and pressing her lips to his bare shoulder in a feather-light kiss. "I know... We will get out of here together. We can do this." the girl leaned back and cleared her throat, "A-all done." 'Damn Mori..and their Analytical minds..' she thought with a small huff, wondering why such a brilliant mind...and such proper upbringings..could still result in such...density. The boy remarked on the war...On how to make the world better..and how they would never be hurt again..If they joined the reason of Musubi.
"Reason..?" she started, before the same furious, tense frown appeared on her lips. "Koji Masahiko Mori, I don't give a Flying ********> about some Bullshit 'Reasons' or even the 'World' that we're in. No, What I care about, is that you're ******** alive and well, Dammit!"
She didn't know what these reasons were..Why people were fighting..or why the world was as swarmed with demons as it was.
"I don't need some side to tell me what to do..I don't want somebody barking orders at me..And I don't want any part of being part of some glorious 'Viva le Revolution' World changing bullshit. I just want to stand by your side, and not let you ******** ditch me like that again...You punk."
She had..a lot of bottled up emotions, and was letting out. Yet, despite her harsh words..Her vicious tone..and her lashing tongue...There was something that even a blind person could see in her eyes...
Something more than general Camaraderie....or misplaced aggression. Even if the demons that had started to gather...quickly backed up in fear. No..They knew..
