Cadence had been sticking close to the group but after the event with the Tepig and the strange notes, and talk of a Celebi there was no way she was going into that cave so instead she sat outside, waiting for the group to return. She heard many noises but the screeching of zubat and screams of the people inside were what had her jumping back onto her feet and getting ready to fight. When Cara exited Cadence was quick to run to her side "What happened in there?!" she asked.

Interacting with: Cai, anyone discussing mutations and such
"Yeah, Team Rocket has cropped up now and then here," Anise told Cai. "A while back they'd had some kind of base in Moterrossa, lured a bunch of people there with stories of an Eevee swarm, then proceeded to capture people and try to take their pokemon. We eventually managed to get free and apparently drove them away, at least from that spot at that time." She made a face and added, "That was also not a fun trip."
A number of other people started to gather around to talk about the how the pokemon in the area had been acting. She considered what people had to say on the subject and added, "Well, even though this paper looks really old, so did the fliers that had originally, and those had referenced recent events. Someone mentioned a Celebi earlier, right? If one of those are around, I think it's fair to say anything relating to time and apparent age may be a bit...shall we say variable than normal."
She looked at the paper in her hand, shrugged and asked, "Anyone else want to take a look at this?" holding it up for anyone who wished to examine it.

Once out side Vana opened the parasol and held it over the two of them to keep them in a shade and a bit cool. The cave was awful and they didn't find much to help solve the problem. "Yeah, I mean how are we supposed to unmutate things? If that was the problem shouldn't the celebi have taken us back to stop it before they were mutated?" This whole situation was confusing.

Interaction: Eros "Ah I see." Michelle nodded with a slight blush that she hadn't caught that. "That would make sense too I suppose." Remy purred out.
In the end Michelle didn't go into the cave with everyone else, having a slight aversion to being in a confined area when there were mutated pokemon around. So when they came back out she was very glad to see they weren't hurt though it seemed some of them did see some pokemon.

Oki did not like the talk of mutated, violent pokemon. It was hard enough trying to protect this trainer in the current setting without more violent pokemon added to the mix. He paced around Anise as she traveled, never staying more than a few steps away and trying to watch everywhere at once.

sabre watched as a few trainer's got off the path and veered onto the trail towards some sort of cave... but he wasn't chancing it.

  "Hopefully search parties?" Fifi said, aghast. "You want other people dragged into this horrible mess, or to waste their time uselessly searching the desert for us?" Fifi asked with a distressed quaver. Apparently reacting to her unease, Alastyn shied away from Cal, snorting in his general direction.

Cara looked over at Cadence, grimacing a bit at the grossness of the memory. "You really don't wanna know....but we were attacked by Zubat that were adorned with some very intricate accessories and the floor of the cave was quite literally covered in guano. It was gross...and very very stinky." Cara heard others talking about the mutation and the 'hope' for a search party. She had to agree, it wouldn't do them any good if others came looking for them. Celebi had sent them to the future, she was pretty certain of it now, considering all the scraps of parchment they were collecting and what they said. She then noticed that another member of the group had another piece of paper, offering to share it and decided to share hers as well. "Hey, I'll be right back." she said to Cadence and headed over to the others, pulling her note out too. "Um hey, if it'll help put clues together, I found a journal note too back near the Tepig. Anyone can take a look if you think it would help find answers." She said to the group.

Things were getting insane, if these strange-looking Pokémon were anything to tell by. Such varied and unnatural mutations were ones she'd never come across before, and their concentration here and the suspicion surrounding the journal might have been linked. She began to take pictures and notes on whatever she could, and noticed only when Ajax began tugging on her pants that Corbin had spoken to her, and then run off with Aaaron.

Interacting with: Cara When someone else came up to look at the piece of paper Anise had found, she readily held it out for inspection. It turned out the young woman had also found a bit of what seemed to be the same journal, so Anise read that over as well. "Ah, so whoever wrote this was trying to cure the mutations? Doesn't give any indication of the cause though, which isn't helping."

Danae noticed Oki noticing her and she growled a little, half darting towards the other pokemon, how dare he dismiss her as nothing "DANAE" Katori said harshly, frowning at her "Last warning, please Danae, behave" he sighed, he didn't want to put her in her pokeball again but if she was going to aggravate other pokemon, it might be wiser to. "Last chance Danae" he muttered as she stood, wavering between obeying her trainer and teaching that Oki a lesson for ignoring her. She decided on the former and, grumbling, returned to Katori, keeping by his side. "Sorry Anise" he called to the other trainer.

Cara nodded. "Yeah well, my theory is that it's people who have been mutating the Pokemon, experimenting on them; Considering whoever has been writing these says "They know". "They" normally refers to other people, and it sounds like they are bad. I don't know who would want to mutate innocent Pokemon though...or why." She said.

This one didn't reveal much.

As she returned Danae picked up a bit of paper, it smelled like the other scraps that they'd been finding all over the place, Katori took it from her and looked at it "Curious" he mumbled "Unable to what? ....." he said out loud, pondering it

Corbin looked around some more but still didn't see Eliza. It wasn't until Aaron pointed her out that he spotted her. He made his way over to her and tapped her on her shoulder. "Hello Eliza. So sorry about leaving you behind. I thought you were right behind me." He apologized. He then noticed what she was doing and tilted his head. "Did something else happen while I was gone? And are you taking notes on everything?" He asked.
