Personality:Kit carries herself as if she is a ferocious dragon, despite looking adorable most of the time. She is proud, bratty, and has a strong sense of entitlement due to her father doting on her. However, though she does her best not to show it too much, she cares deeply for her friends. Fully aware their lifespans will be but a blink of an eye compared to hers, she does her best to enjoy whatever time they get to spend together.
Past: Kit's manakete mother is a native to Learania. Her Beorc father however, came from another world. He was an arrogant scoundrel, but devilishly handsome and strangely charismatic. He was a wandering aimlessly as a Dark Knight mercenary when he saved Kit's mother from a group of bandit slavers. The two hit it off and traveled all over Learania as the seasoned Manakete taught the Dark Knight of his new world. Friendship eventually gave way to romance which eventually gave way to Kit. Once their daughter was born, the two settled down in the mountains with the money they made while adventuring.

Kit was brought up in a world of love, though her father always had a tinge of sadness in his eyes when he looked at her. Kit noticed this and one day finally questioned him on it. Her father would explain in his old world he had a daughter that was taken from him and that he had never been able to find her. As time passed, Kit and her mother stayed much the same, but her father became an old man. Kit was hit with the painful fact that her father did not have much time left on this earth. That was when she made a resolution. She would find her missing half sister and reunite her with their father. First, however, she would need to find a way between worlds. Little did she know her sister had already arrived...

Personality: Reticent and shy, Lilith purposely cultivates her natural spooky aura to keep people from talking to her. In actuality, she has a big heart and strives to protect the weak and--in particular--the bullied. However, she has a hard time trusting people and prefers to keep them at a distance rather than risk being emotionally hurt again. She has a fondness for children, but fears her unnatural appearance will scare them.
Past: On a full moon night, a baby girl was found on the doorstep of a young couple's cottage at the edge of town. The couple, having tried and failed to have a child for years, decided to raise the baby as their own. As the child grew, it became obvious there was something odd about her. Her skin was unnaturally pale and her mismatched eyes looked like that of a wolf. The children of the town immediately picked up on her oddities and began to bully the child for her creepy appearance and her somewhat slow nature. Even most adults in town seemed to be unnerved by her.

Though the child was well-loved by her parents, her experiences with the rest of the town folks led her to feel incredibly isolated. She knew she was different but she had no idea why. Her confrontations with the other children in town eventually boiled over into fighting, until one day she seriously injured a boy in a rage. It was revealed a great dark power dwelt within her, giving her terrifying strength when angered. After that, she was too scared to interact with the other children out of fear of hurting someone again.

It was about this time a man in the town began to take notice of the girl. He was an old retired great knight who had made his riches and retired to the countryside. He recognized her natural fighting talent and befriended the child. The old knight began to teach her the ways of the knight to help her focus her mind and gain control of her raw dark power. At first the girl was resistant to the training, but she soon began to enjoy it. It provided her with the first purpose in life she had ever had and she began to put her all into it. The man eventually became a second father to her. The child eventually grew into a lovely albeit spooky young woman well versed in the art of arms and armor.

Then came the day that a band of brigands took up residence in a nearby cave and began to terrorize the area. To protect the ones she loved, Lilith embarked on a mission with a few other brave souls to defeat the before they could raze the town. Through the luck of the gods, they manged to complete their task, though it came at the cost of her mentor's life. Lilith returned to her town a hero, though she could not shake the memory of how they had once treated her. The battle with the Bandits had ignited a fire in her heart. She knew now what her real calling in life would be. She would use her talent for destruction to protect those who could not defend themselves. With a tearful goodbye to her parents, she left her town to become a knight of the realm. Thus began the adventures of Lilith Emberstone.
